Winter and Snow

Railway service in the Netherlands is being hit pretty hard too. The railway company even recommends not taking the train, because there's a good chance you wont reach your destination at all. I've just spend two hours on a train trip that normally should take around 20 minutes. There's around 30 cm of snow in my city, and I can't remember the last time I saw that. I think it looks beautiful though.

It's snowing again! If this continuous like this I don't see any bus driver taking on the roads. So hopefully no school for me. :P

I have so much work which I have to finish tomorrow, I don't think I can make it :(

Anyhow next to my feelings of hope. I really found this article insightfull:

http://www.sott.net/articles/show/199627-The-Coming-Ice-Age

I totally missed that one, I always though that the global warming scam can resolt in disclosure of many strings behind the curtain since well the lie won't hold on towards the real situation.

But yeah this article explains quite well that even if that happens, it won't change anything.

Thanks for the insight

It's a balmy 0 degrees here in sunny Missouri in the U.S. That's up from the -3 degrees in the early morning, with no warming up for the rest of the week.

This global warming thing isn't working very well. :P

Right now, it's -20 deg F here in northern Canada. This is actually kind of normal for this area of the world, but it still never feels that way. ;)

It's colder in South Georgia than I'm used to, even during this time of year:

Wow, that beat us. ;D

Here it is around -6°C, which is warm for the time of the season.

It has been bitter cold here this week too. More snow, wind and single digit/subzero ambient temps in the forecast. Time to break out the Bermuda shorts. :cool2:
Here's a pic of my 'office' from last year, pretty much the same deal this year.

Here on the US Great Plains we have had:
The coldest summer on record, the coldest October on record, Most snow of any December about 26"

Forecast for Weds and Thurs High about 0 F high winds blowing snow 4-7" possible. This is getting serious, we are getting buried.

Are we seeing a trend here? ;D

Hey everyone about this issue I don’t know if you all have experienced the same but this odd weather surely is having a impact on people.

Last night I was out dinner with several people. Didn’t know most of them that well but I am seeing them more regular, the thing is. A suddenly remark was made by someone that this was the beginning of a new ice age. Although she heard that from someone else. Than it followed by two others who also did read about it, that it is really a possibility. I tried to test them out concerning that issue and said to them that it really was contradicting concerning the whole global warming parade. The response more or less of everybody was that it was just one of those lies. Lies from those searching for control. I couldn’t agree more of-course.

Than it went on to other things.

People are really paying attention. This odd weather isn’t left unnoticed. I think it’s just that people don’t really know where to go or search for this kind of things.

And you know, people can really suprise you :)

In this (western) part of the UK the temperature dropped to -12 C in my garden last night and climbed to -4 C during the day. Usually the winter weather here is fairly mild, often rainy with a gloomy grey sky, so having so much blue sky and snowy white ground does help compensate somewhat for the cold temperatures. :) Also, so much light has activated some singing by songbirds and drumming by woodpeckers.
