KeevKK, I would like to echo what the previous responders have said to you. At the age of 22, you ought to be in the prime of your life. It would seem that you need to clean up your body and your environment.

Of course I recommend that you seek a Doctor to assist you.

Start with the body: to clean up your body the best place to start is the kidneys, these can become a major bottleneck if the tubules are blocked. Lots of water will help to flush them.

If you work with galvanizedmaterials like nails, you can pick up heavy metals like Cadmium.
Research heavy metal detox.

You might also find mould around windows or on ceilings where there is condensation and insufficient ventilation. It's very important that you eliminate it.

Pets. If you are in contact with animals of any kind you may be picking up parasites from them. Tiny eggs can grow into monstrous worms in your body, like tapeworms, there are thousands of types. Cleanliness is next to godliness in this case, wash before eating. You can pick these things up from the very air you breathe. Carpets will harbour them, they may need to be properly cleaned. Steam is good. Clean your floors. Don't forget door handles and railings.

If cleaning, try to use non-toxic materials, I use vinegar and bi-carbonate of soda, and some borax.
