Smoking is... good?

Recently I was noticed that nicotin spray that is used for people who want to quit smoking, contains propylen glycol. Google says that PEG is harmful to reproduction. It has may different side effects.

Also very similar substance PPG polyethylene glycol cross brain blood barier and is used to transport different substances to brain.

I was also research nicotin pouches ingredience and some contains synthetic sweeteners. E1520 Propylene Glycol is also used by some brands.

BTW. I was big fan of hourse balm until I noticed it contains PEG. Also chestnut balm contains polysorbate-20. All polysorbate familly substance has side effects.

I heard that PUEBLO tabacco doesn't have additional substances.

I bought PUEBLO CLASSIC (yelow) and PUEBLO BLUE and I don't have allergies or side effects like from commercial cigarettes. Blue version taste better.

I also try to smoke tabacco in pipe and it's OK when you have tabacoo that don't have high nicotine content.

Hello, I heard that Pueblo had some. In the past, Pueblo did not go well with me. But it wasn't Blue Pueblo, it was the yellow one.

I smoke RIY tobacco in my pipe and it works well!

I roll pipe tobacco in paper, as well, and if the tobacco is not too wet, it works. 😁

Pueblo classic, Manitou and American spirit apparently aren't sprayed with additives. I buy a stone by RAW to keep the tobacco moist. (Place in water for 5 minutes then in the tobacco).

Something I hadn't been doing for the last decade, rolling cigarettes, is buying a box.

For example, today, I would buy this one:

It is 120g and it costs 23 euros here. I am fortunate to have such low price in regard of what people say, in this thread.

I always passed by the tobacco shop and was exclusively buying "pouches" of 25g or so. But those boxes work wonder, if you smoke much. I don't understand why I never did that "step". You can roll big cigarettes. I have been discovering the above brand, for example, and the tobacco is good.

If you are a casual smoker, it may be better than to buy small packs. But boxes are advantageous. If the goal is to smoke, those work well!

Just a post to tell people that there are those boxes, around, and that we may not see those! :cool2:

There's cigarettes that have many different names in different countries.

Camel Autentic
Camel Esential Brown Box
Camel Natural Flavour Filters

I tested them and there's no additional substances inside. I tried to get tabbacco from the same brand and couldn't find it.

Decided to post this, though it could be shooed away as "Mandela Effect" and memory error. I'm watching Black Mirror season 7, episode two titled Bête Noire, where the female protagonist always sees her hubbie's red hat and the writing on it saying: "BARNIES"
This is the Original Reality / Timeline before the re-bracketing-change by Orion STS:
1.jpg

Yet as a serious reality-change sets in, with the synchronistic/symbolic appearance of the suspicious "Matrix-Actor Female Villain", the writing on the hat is forcefully changed retroactively and when at work it curiously immediately comes up, they google it and "now" the company name is changed to:
2.jpg

Only for our poor lady in distress the female protagonist - who has the correct memory of the red hat from the Original Timeline, but now everybody at work thinks she must have lost her mind!

So I wanted to post this yesterday, but decided against and forcefully closed the net browser. Now I'm seeing a TV Show, where writer Charlie Brooker did a special episode just for this topic, so here we go:

I kid you not, there was an alternate timeline couple years ago and I remember perfectly, that I drifted / slipped into it - possibly a crooked reversed version of a normal timeline - where a CIGAR - big brown and famously Cuban in our timeline ATM - was called the cigarette in American English, and a cigarette was the name used for our current CIGAR. Blue links above have been specially constructed to make you feel, how exactly I felt then!
It was completely reversed!
I remember reading the sessions and Laura's writings (The Wave series) and sayings "No cigar!" and I diligently checked the dictionaries THEN, when this was happening and pictures on the net, and was angered, because even right then, when this was happening I still remembered the original timeline from decades ago - before slipping/drifting into that reversed timeline happened - that always in my country a friggin' cigarette - "cigaretta" literally in Hungarian - was the thin white-bodied--brown-at-top thing and the cigar - szivar in Hungarian - was always the big brown Cuban thing! For a time it was completely reversed even in the dictionaries! I was totally nonplussed about this heinous illogical fact and got confused and was just shaking my head how the heck was this possible!

Then after this "intermezzo" as the timeline was further messed with by ORION STS' practicing their time bracketing, this specific entire data set was re-asserted and re-edited back and corrected and now we have the cigarette as the thin white bodied thing with the light brown colored part where it goes into the mouth and the cigar again correctly as it was originally couple decades ago a large thick brown Cuban cigar that was always enthusiastically enjoyed in Hollywood movies!

I remember at least three such significant timeline changes: The "double light-switch" on the wall before our staircase apartment door or inside, then as second:
my lottery win completely erased / edited out from reality with mom and his friend still automatically repeating their broken script lines from the original timeline where I won the lottery and lastly the sensitive Israel-line was completely erased from the sessions to never come back! All three I reported here on the forum.

An alternative to smoking tobacco!
An old tradition often overlooked is the use of snuff and chewing tobacco. The convenience of forgoing the burning process, and directly absorb the properties of the this leaf with its therapeutic benefits is worth considering. It may not be everyone's taste or disposition, and an acquired familiarity may require some time, but my personal experience with chewing tobacco either from strong tobacco leaf from cigars or the prepared packaged variety can be somewhat pleasant once accustomed to. I normally only use a small pinch once a day for a week or so at a time, and for therapeutic benefits rather than enjoyment as I would with smoking a cigar. If I ever come around to it I'll try snuff out of curiosity. For those interested in purchasing prepared chewing tobacco, I suggest avoiding artificial flavors and preservatives and processed sugar, or just simply loosen a good old cigar and use a pinch placed in the side of the mouth to absorb its properties. All the best.

Q: Now, I have forgotten to ask this the past couple of times... I have such a screwy metabolism. Now, I know that you once told me that my thyroid had been tampered with from other densities in an effort to dissuade me or prevent me from doing my work. The result of this is that I can go for days and eat almost nothing, and still gain weight! Why?

A: Because you have changed your third density frequency.

Q: What am I supposed to do now? Just stop eating altogether?

A: Lost. Altered your chosen balancing mechanism.

Q: What altered my chosen balancing mechanism?

A: First: what is your chosen balancing mechanism?

Q: Do you mean something physical in my body?

A: Close.

Q: I don't know. Going to the gym?

A: No.

Q: Something about the way I work or function?

A: No. Something you, or one, takes into the body.

Q: Thyroid pills?

A: This substance raises hemoglobin levels.

Q: What?! I quit smoking?!

A: Yes.

Q: How can smoking be a balancing mechanism?

A: Speeds up metabolism, thus allowing greater food intake.

Q: Well, all it did for me was allow me to eat at all! I guess that now I will have to quit eating completely forever!

A: Or bring nicotine back.

Q: Well, that's not gonna happen! Isn't there something else that would work?

A: No.

Q: So, you are saying that nicotine is actually good for me?

A: Yes. Without it, you will remain with weight problems, because you will not be able to lower food intake enough to compensate. Why do you think you had the inkling to start smoking in the first place?

Q: Well, I just was going along with my friends, I thought.

A: No.

Perhaps it's not just about nicotine, but also MAO inhibitors that can be found in tobacco smoke.

We read with great interest the report on the new anti-obesity potential in mice models of reversible monoamine oxidase B inhibitors by Moonsun et al., as opposed to the lack of such effects observed with irreversible MAO-B inhibitors (iMAO-Bi).

(...)

According to a recent study by Park et al., iMAO-Bi may destroy the MAO-B enzyme and further activate compensatory gene expression. In contrast, reversible MAO-Bi (rMAO-Bi) can competitively occupy the active site of MAO-B enzyme, resulting in intact MAO-B enzyme without activating compensatory gene expression.

Hi everyone,

I have a bit of a layered question—part physical, part esoteric—and I’d love your thoughts.
I used to be a smoker, but I quit about five years ago because I developed a persistent cough. The coughing stopped once I gave it up, and I hadn’t touched tobacco since… until recently.
I’ve been dealing with anemia, and while researching natural ways to boost hemoglobin levels, I came across some interesting claims that organic loose tobacco might help stimulate red blood cell production. Out of curiosity (and maybe nostalgia), I tried smoking again—just one hand-rolled cigarette in the morning and one in the evening. I have to admit, I enjoy it. It brings a certain calm. As they say, once a smoker, always a smoker. 😌

But now my cough is starting to return—and it got me thinking.

Is this just my body reminding me that it really doesn’t want tobacco anymore? Or could there be something more subtle going on?

From an esoteric perspective, could the cough be my body’s way of releasing something deeper—maybe emotional residue or subconscious material trying to come to the surface? Could the tobacco be acting like a catalyst, not just physically, but energetically?
Or wishful thinking….

I’m curious if anyone has had a similar experience—or thoughts on how the body and spirit respond to reintroducing something we once let go of. Is this resistance? A
