A while ago I stumbled across this device. You can program wast range of frequencies with alleged various benefits for health, sleep and well being .

It wasn't very pricey ( and later I found exactly the same device on Temu for fraction of the price at only €16 ) so I decided to experiment with it.
I had no expectations but after few weeks of using it I think there are tangible benefits.
I wake up feeling refreshed and throughout the day I have noticeably more energy and increased sense of well being and good mood. it on on my bad stand during the night. The only drawback is the light - which is not very strong but interferes if you prefer to sleep in complete darkness.
I dont think this is placebo effect but I cannot rule it out.
Recently I went on a long road trip which was quite demanding and I felt amazing. I shared the room on most nights with a friend and she also noticed the effects. I have been experimenting with animals too and there is noticeable relaxation effect.

It can be used with headphones ( which are also supplied and pretty good for the price you pay), for example for mediation but I dont find the sound very pleasant. Some frequencies sound better than others. However you can just leave it on without headphones and as long as you are in the one meter radius the frequency is supposed to affect your cells. It can also be placed on the body part that requires healing.

You can program various frequencies. And they all have supposed different benefit, sleep, cellular repair, killing of parasites etc.
I dont know about that, cos if you look at the list of frequency effects its pretty much the same for all different frequencies.
I think it is individual. I found that I sleep the best with 0.9Hz and also 528Hz. I haven't experimented much with meditation and the headphones, but without headphones i had few good experiences with 432Hz.

The detailed list of frequencies is here

did a quick scan on this company and product and found this company -Calminity lacks transparency, and user reviews raise red flags about misleading marketing, delivery issues, and unresponsive customer service.
Maybe Scottie has got a take on the device ? there are loads of them on sale in places like Temu etc .

The company promotes content attributed to "Dr. Ludvig Johnson" and "Dr. Jonathan Reed", but investigations suggest these figures may be AI-generated personas.

Multiple users on Trustpilot and Facebook report being blocked for questioning the authenticity of Dr. Johnson, with evidence pointing to AI-generated videos and mismatched identities.

imoe I am choosing to stay with regular qigong practice and grounded meditation practice ;) for me it definately changes my personal frequency as well as people around me !

Lets don't discard healing and myriad of other properties of frequencies, it is a valid and very interesting topic, it is just this particular device which is subpar and based on not honest marketing

Well - whether it’s placebo or not - i enjoy the effect of this device. Actually love it 🤩

I found a lot of testimonials of people who have serious chronic issues that also swear by it. They don’t seem to be fake judging from their social media profiles but one can never be 100 percent sure.

As long as it have positive effect on you who cares if it is placebo or not, you achieved your goal and that was the whole point of the purchase.
Now i spotted the difference between video i posted and device you linked, guy from video reviews single frequency (shuman) generator and yours is variable frequency which is good, probably it would work for zapping viruses and such (there are various studies on this topic, check them out they may provide data on which frequencies resonate with what) but as a sound generator i consider it useless, square weave is just not natural and you may have much better luck with using any online frequency generator and headphones
Of course i comment on calminity device and you bought temu stuff which is not the same
Here is better solution for those who would like to experiment
Of course the best sound is done by natural means as tuning forks, gongs bells and such

No I bought from Calminity and then later saw exactly the same on Temu for fraction of the price I paid. I presume its pretty much the same device.

Yeah i noticed that .

Despite all hype smoke and mirrors it is very basic device and you can get it in many forms and prices from professional signal generators for $$$ to simple temu stuff for less than 10$, then you hang there whatever you like, headphones which sounds awful, coil which will generate electromagnetic field or drive electrodes via simple circuit and zap yourself with electric current to bust undesirable stuff.
But now compare sound of such gizmo to rich deep beautiful sound of for example gong, i could spend hours in vicinity of gong but i can't take more than few seconds of gizmo and i'm sure you will feel the same.

When I read the opening post I immediately thought of the January session's discussion on electronic music.

Jan. 24, 2026
Q: (luc) My impression is that instrumental music might work, and that human input is crucial (no shortcuts), and that collaboration might be worth exploring. Any comments, warnings or pointers on that?

A: Electronic music is antihuman.

Q:
(Niall) Boom!

(L) (to Ark) You're gonna have to throw your keyboard away, dear. [laughter] What do you mean anti-human?

A: Messes with cellular vibrations and intracellular communication.

That device is just an electronic wave generator, Schumann or not, and is akin to a synthesizer. The tuning forks on the linked page might be a better option. However, I'll propose a different option of singing long, low tones, as low as you can go that you can sustain. Helps with breath control, loosens your vocal cords and folds, engages the vagus nerve, is a tone that is naturally produced by your body. I'd offer not to be overly concerned with the science and instead "drone" your own tones. 🎶
