A while ago I stumbled across this device. You can program wast range of frequencies with alleged various benefits for health, sleep and well being .

It wasn't very pricey ( and later I found exactly the same device on Temu for fraction of the price at only €16 ) so I decided to experiment with it.
I had no expectations but after few weeks of using it I think there are tangible benefits.
I wake up feeling refreshed and throughout the day I have noticeably more energy and increased sense of well being and good mood. it on on my bad stand during the night. The only drawback is the light - which is not very strong but interferes if you prefer to sleep in complete darkness.
I dont think this is placebo effect but I cannot rule it out.
Recently I went on a long road trip which was quite demanding and I felt amazing. I shared the room on most nights with a friend and she also noticed the effects. I have been experimenting with animals too and there is noticeable relaxation effect.

It can be used with headphones ( which are also supplied and pretty good for the price you pay), for example for mediation but I dont find the sound very pleasant. Some frequencies sound better than others. However you can just leave it on without headphones and as long as you are in the one meter radius the frequency is supposed to affect your cells. It can also be placed on the body part that requires healing.

You can program various frequencies. And they all have supposed different benefit, sleep, cellular repair, killing of parasites etc.
I dont know about that, cos if you look at the list of frequency effects its pretty much the same for all different frequencies.
I think it is individual. I found that I sleep the best with 0.9Hz and also 528Hz. I haven't experimented much with meditation and the headphones, but without headphones i had few good experiences with 432Hz.

The detailed list of frequencies is here

did a quick scan on this company and product and found this company -Calminity lacks transparency, and user reviews raise red flags about misleading marketing, delivery issues, and unresponsive customer service.
Maybe Scottie has got a take on the device ? there are loads of them on sale in places like Temu etc .

The company promotes content attributed to "Dr. Ludvig Johnson" and "Dr. Jonathan Reed", but investigations suggest these figures may be AI-generated personas.

Multiple users on Trustpilot and Facebook report being blocked for questioning the authenticity of Dr. Johnson, with evidence pointing to AI-generated videos and mismatched identities.

imoe I am choosing to stay with regular qigong practice and grounded meditation practice ;) for me it definately changes my personal frequency as well as people around me !
