Portugal: Government introduces the possibility of expropriation in connection with the economic recovery plan

The Portuguese Government has enacted legislation under which the state will be able to expropriate its citizens in a situation of greater need in connection with the plan to rebuild the economy after the coronakry,' announced the socialist cabinet of Prime Minister Antonio Costa on Friday.

Under the new law, the person who is deprived of property by the state should receive compensation. However, he will not be able to oppose the transfer of land to the state in a situation of 'exceptional need' for priority investments for an emerging economy.

Before the expropriation of a citizen, the authorities will have to justify the high 'public utility' of the land taken over.

According to the new rules, a property may be taken over by the state in situations where there are important networks for energy transmission, transport or ecological importance.

The government resolution stipulates that expropriation can only take place in 'exceptional situations' and must be 'duly justified, while preserving citizens' rights, freedoms and guarantees'.

The resolution of the Costa Cabinet is the implementation of a law adopted by the Portuguese Parliament on 12 September 2020, in which the Cabinet authorised the country's authorities to 'timely implement' priority investments for rebuilding the economy after the Covid-19 epidemic.

In Quebec, Canada, same type of law was proposed. I do not know if the bill passed, but it is very similar. That's part of the PLAN. It will be interesting to see how many countries will pass a similar law.

First, through dealing specifically with the COVID-19 pandemic, it provides the government with additional powers well beyond those of the emergency provisions of the Public Health Act. Under that Act, the Government or the Health Minister may only act “to protect the health of the population”. This is not the case of the exceptional executive powers that Bill 61 contemplate. Indeed, by way of relaunching the economy, the bill would give the government exorbitant powers, targeted at “accelerating projects”, that derogate from the legislation that normally applies to expropriation, government procurement and public contracts, and environmental protection, among other things. Fortunately, it would do so on a temporary basis, as the exceptional measures would remain in force for one year (the original version of the Bill envisaged a period of two years). That said, one year is a completely different category of duration from the 10 or (with the consent of the National Assembly) 30 days provided for in section 119 of the Public Health Act regarding the renewal of the declaration of public health emergency.

For those who are getting exposed to a bunch of vaccinated people, I suggest ivermectin 12 mg once per month. According to a recent study performed in Dhaka for a population that was exposed to COVID patients, 73.3% of subjects in the control group who didn't take ivermectin were positive for COVID-19, whereas only 6.9% of the experimental group (those who did ivermectin 12 mg per month) were positive. They used PCR tests in their studies. I personally will take it from now on, other than a low dose hydroxychloroquine (one every other day).
We should really start nebulizing iodine.
They took down almost all related information but there's still some to find.
I will buy a nebulizer for my workplace and my home and just start doing it.
It would be great if it would be used in hospitals and care homes.
Iodine, the most effective agent for killing viruses - Why Iodine can change the world

Excerpt:

What is Nebulizing?

Humans have been nebulizing for 150 years and it is simply the act of turning liquid medicines into a vapor so they can be introduced into the lungs, throat and nasal passages. Oddly enough, this is very similar to inhaling smoke of a cigarette or other substances. The smoke or vapor is in a form that our lungs can interact with and transport into our blood stream. Pubmed: A history of nebulization.

SSKI (super saturated Potassium Iodide) a form of iodine(lugols is safe too) has been nebulized for a long time to help clear the lungs of various substances including yeast, fungus and mold infections and more. Unfortunately, once a virus has defeated our defense mechanisms and is exploiting our cells as it replicates, iodine and nebulizing iodine will not have much beneficial effects. But other nutrients, like glutathione and various vitamins may be able to get to work quicker if we nebulize them. I have nebulized vitamin C, B12 and others, but I did research and confirmed that I was using the right form of each.

When I get home from going out in public, I wash my hands and nebulize Lugols.

Using a nebulizer allows us to easily directly inhale substances. But we can also use other methods to get these substances into the air where we can breathe them in. Humidifiers work similar to nebulizers, and allow us to vaporize the liquid medicines or nutrients. Adding the substances to a pot of water and heating it till it generates steam can work also, but high temperatures should be avoided as they may just ‘burn’ the nutrients off very quickly or even convert them into other substances. If none of these methods are available, we can also saturate a rag or other clean cloth with a substance and place it over our head, or nose/mouth and breathe.

Although there are a lot of substances that are safe to inhale via this method, precaution should be taken and small doses should be tested at first to make sure a person does not have some type of reaction. The information provided here is not to be taken as medical advice and a little research should be done before trying any of these methods. I personally have used them all without any issue, but I always do a quick search before hand .

Rheumatic medicine effective against covid-19

Ilona Meernik | News from: 08-01-2021

Seriously ill COVID-19 patients admitted to intensive care have a greater chance of recovering fully and staying in hospital for a shorter period of time if they are treated with medications usually used for rheumatoid arthritis. This is proven by groundbreaking research.

The findings, which have not yet been assessed by peers, come from the so-called REMAP-CAP study. The first findings were reported in November 2020. These showed that the existing drug tocilizumab works for very sick Covid-19 patients in the ICU. However, the exact effect was not yet clear.

UMC Utrecht intensivist and researcher Lennie Derde coordinates the research in Europe together with physician-microbiologist and UMC University colleague Marc Bonten. This research was set up as an ongoing international study to improve the treatment of pneumonia.

Effective treatments

"This is an important finding that could have immediate consequences for the sickest patients with COVID-19," says Lennie Derde. "This study shows that these drugs can increase the chances of survival and recovery in the most severely ill adult patients receiving ICU ventilation. At a time when hospitalizations and deaths due to COVID-19 continue to increase, it is crucial that we continue to look for effective treatments that can help stop this disease".

From the excellent article of Gaby COVID Mass Vaccination Experiment: Prepare For The Worst With This Health Protocol
which ends with the following sentence:
Even if you manage to hold out and avoid being vaccinated, keep the above health protocol in mind for the worst case scenario - a real pandemic sparked by genetic recombination occurring in the vaccinated.
In reading the local news , i fall on something that can go in this direction:
An outbreak of covid in the residence for the elderly in Ribeira affects 19 users and two workers.
The vast majority of residents and workers received the first dose of the virus vaccine on December 30

The Department of Social Policy confirmed this morning that an outbreak of coronavirus has been detected in the nursing home of Ribeira, which currently affects 19 users and two workers. After the first two cases were discovered -in a resident and an employee- a massive screening was carried out that allowed to locate the rest of the cases. For the moment, all show mild symptoms, and are in isolation pending their evolution.

On December 30th, this residence became the first in Barbanza to receive the vaccine against the virus
, whose second dose should be given within 21 days. From the Xunta they explained that the great majority of residents and workers had been immunized and that the appearance of the virus could be due to the fact that they were already infected before injecting the vaccine or that, as it was already reported, until the second dose is given it is not totally effective.

Since the beginning of the pandemic in March, the nursing home in Ribeira had managed to keep the coronavirus at bay, and no cases had been detected among workers or users.

For those that can not find ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine in their country, what would be the best way to get it?
Ivermectine is an antihelmintic. The alternative will be another product from this family: albendazole, fenbendazole, levamizole, mebendazole, etc (they finish by -azole)
These drugs have wide range effects: anti-worm, anti-cancer effect, antiviral effect, immuno-modulators
I remember Dr Luiz Moura advising levamizole during AHT, 75mg 2 days, each week you go AHT.

There's a thread: fenbendazole.
On pubmed, one can find some studies
Dewormer drug fenbendazole has antiviral effects on BoHV-1 productive infection in cell cultures - PubMed about antiviral effect of fenbendazole on Bovin Herpes virus

Dewormer drug fenbendazole has antiviral effects on BoHV-1 productive infection in cell cultures - Long Chang , Liqian Zhu

Background: Fenbendazole, a dewormer drug, is used widely in the clinical treatment of parasite infections in animals. Recent studies have shown that fenbendazole has substantial effects on tumor growth, immune responses, and inflammatory responses, suggesting that fenbendazole is a pluripotent drug. Nevertheless, the antiviral effects have not been reported. Fenbendazole can disrupt microtubules, which are essential for multiple viruses infections, suggesting that fenbendazole might have antiviral effects.
Objectives: This study examined whether fenbendazole could inhibit bovine herpesvirus 1 (BoHV-1) productive infection in cell cultures.
Methods: The effects of fenbendazole on viral production, transcription of the immediate early (IE) genes, viron-associated protein expression, and the cellular signaling PLC-γ1/Akt pathway were assessed using distinct methods.
Results: Fenbendazole could inhibit BoHV-1 productive infections significantly in MDBK cells in a dose-dependent manner. A time-of-addition assay indicated that fenbendazole affected both the early and late stages in the virus replication cycles. The transcription of IE genes, including BoHV-1 infected cell protein 0 (bICP0), bCP4, and bICP22, as well as the synthesis of viron-associated proteins, were disrupted differentially by the fenbendazole treatment. The treatment did not affect the cellular signaling pathway of PLC-γ1/Akt, a known cascade playing important roles in virus infection.
Conclusions: Overall, fenbendazole has antiviral effects on BoHV-1 replication.

Quercetin worth adding to the defense kit?
I think a lot of people have used quercetin at some point or another. It used in the past to calm down histamine reactions.
I read Ivermectine is used extensively in animal keeping against bugs, so it could be sourced from veterinarians?
I hope so!
We should really start nebulizing iodine.
They took down almost all related information but there's still some to find.
I rescued some of Dr. Brownstein's protocols here:

Thanks @nature.

But I am looking for drugs on the counter without a prescription.

I saw Ivermectin on a site called India Mart, but don't have any experience buying from them. Don't know if anyone else has bought from them before?
I've used Alibaba before and they were quite easy to deal with.

The removal of property rights is an essential part of the 'sustainability' and 'equality' of Agenda 2030 i.e. we have it all to sustain ourselves - the rest of you are left equally poor.

Untitled3.1c.d.jpg

In Ireland we have the same. Under the smokescreen of COVID noise, a new proposed amendment to the Irish constitution quietly completed the Dáil Éireann (Parliament), First Stage in July 2020 and once it has no doubt completed its further passage through the full legislature, will arrive before the people for sanction sometime in 2021/2022.

When it does it will be sold to the people as an equitable and necessary response to the extreme housing shortage here (intentionally generated and amplified by mass immigration - with a further million planned for a country of 5.5 million expected by 2040 (read 2030) as well as further call upon modern Ireland's current weakness for being the most woke society in Europe. However if you read the text (which I'm pretty confident most never will and will never be debated openly when it comes to the emotive media manipulation of the vote), it states:

PART 2

3 1° The State, in particular, recognises the common good as including the right to secure, affordable, dignified housing, appropriate to need, for all the residents of Ireland and shall guarantee this right through its laws, policies and the prioritisation of resources.

3 2° The State, accordingly, shall delimit the right to private properly where it is necessary to ensure the common good and to vindicate the said right to housing for all residents of Ireland.

- recognises the common good
- appropriate to need
(i.e. 3 sq meters)
- residents of Ireland
(note, not 'citizens' anymore)
- shall delimit the right to private properly where it is necessary to ensure the common good

= straight out of the Marxist text book, processed by fascist technocrat wannabes and completely inline with Agenda 2030 pathocracy.

If anyone wants that video i posted - i have a hard copy

I ran into Del Bigtree @ the Washington DC, Revolution Day Fight for Trump Rally. I posted his speech to my youtube channel. You Gotta See It! I had my crystals in my pocket, Thanks for the crystals Laura and The Lighthouse!
Del talks God, Country and vaccines! Please grab a copy , as we know what the borg will do with it.
Yahoo! got banned my fist day! /grin
I will try to open a rumble, im not the best video editor, ill reupload it later.

Regarding the 'mutant UK strain', I've previously read it being 70% more contagious than the original version. I can't find any reference or clip - but I swear I overheard on a recent mainstream news channel report '70 times more contagious'. It was a quick advertisement for the upcoming nightly news between the commercial break on another program which I was only half paying attention to, but even so - my ears pricked up. Probably an innocent mistake - or not.

It's just another example of the false programming being perpetuated. If we are really headed for a bleak future in the near term I wish they could be honest about it, get it done and do away with the obnoxious over-the-top songs and dancing.
More contagious doesn't usually mean more deadly, especially when it comes to nature, however, not when it comes to man's actions in a laboratory, or, now, with a vaccine.

It is possible that this is the strain that certain unhelpful individuals are aiming to 'target' with their genetically modified vaccine...... If they see something more contagious, how about making it more deadly....? But, of course, nobody is allowed to speak about the dangers of this vaccine.

It bemuses me that health "science" is SOOO concerned about bacteria getting immunity to antibiotics, as well as swapping code with each other, in nature, but nobody talks about man doing exactly the same thing with viruses in a laboratory, and with vaccines. It's not like we aren't swimming in a sea of both. Why talk about bacteria like this, and not viruses?

I guess it comes down to commerce. It's all about making money, not saving lives, and humans are like livestock to them, anyway.
