Actually, he didn't say that he said,
"blood letting or Ordo ab Chao. Something that will make everybody take notice!"
That's a lot less precise.

"Over the course of the summer I've been working with a temporal illusion. It's an illusion that allows you to change the past," Holmes said in the video.
He appears slightly nervous speaking to the group but also extremely intelligent.
This is how he was explaining his mentor's shared interest in fantasy versus reality in the video:
"He also studies subjective experience, which is what takes places inside the mind as opposed to the external world. I've carried on his work in dealing with subjective experience."

Perhaps, in his researches into such things, he opened himself to 4D STS influence. They could sure help him with "temporal illusion". From what we have learned about those 4D STS entities you sure have to be careful about what you ask for.
Still, I don't see how he could have assembled, let alone afforded, such weapons and equipment and the knowledge to use them without 3D help. False flag for sure.

Isn't it also true that a lot of people who are subject to mind control techniques are often linked to the military or the intelligence? I wonder if the family has any connections to the military. Has any information been released about his parents or himself?
The younger Robert went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in mathematics at Stanford, a master’s in biostatistics at UCLA, and a doctorate in statistics at the University of California at Berkeley in 1981. His doctoral thesis was titled “Contributions to the Theory of Parametric Estimation in Randomly Censored Data.” He subsequently authored studies for the Navy and the Marine Corps on how to forecast personnel changes using something called “tree classifications,” the trees in question being statistical. Eventually, reports say, he signed on as a low-six-figure-a-year senior scientist with FICO, which produces management systems, fraud protection, and credit scores. He married Arlene Holmes, a nurse. On Dec. 13, 1987, James Holmes was born........

If he is a plant, then why? He didnt seem to say anything specific or push his account in any direction. Just a bunch of mumbling really. I wonder if its all part of the game now, getting "conspiracy theorists" talking about it on forums. I thought this about 9/11. The glaring holes in the story were part of the whole sham. Maybe they feed off the energy they get from people discussing an event for the next 10-20 years.

And it's also the way he said it that was very suspicious, like someone was standing next to the camera reminding him to say those words. Why would he even need to say "just for the record"?? That's not something a witness would say in the first place unless he was instructed to.
"for the record there was only one guy..."
NOBODY ASKED!
