It's true, dance is an art. And flamenco dancers are true artists, at least in Carlos Saura's films. In this very dramatic scene, in which two men are going to die for one woman, we can see just how much dance is art. It's the climax of Federico Garcia Lorca's play, Bodas de Sangre (blood wedding) that Carlos Saura turned into a film, but a film with no sets, just dancers. And here is this scene, very artistic, very beautiful, which gives you shivers. Because the scene is as beautiful and dramatic and tragic as life itself.
