Before I leave my country Japan...

It was a full moon day. A big earthquake hit right before I told coworkers that I was leaving this country.
Sings are everywhere... but I don't know what they all mean.

Hey Aya:

Wow an earthquake happend right before you told your coworkers... seems like the universe is speaking right to you. A sign that you're doing the right thing imo.

I can't imagine how hard this must be for you, but it's great that you have someone like fabric to be with you at this difficult time.

The uncertainties is one of the hardest things. And it's always there when you do something really big, that could be a life changing experience. The unknown is always uncertain. But sometimes from those uncertainties comes some of the greatest experiences/lessons in life, and it makes it all-- worth it.

I wish you well Aya. We're all with you in spirit girl. :flowers:

You are doing something that is very hard to do, you have my sympathy.
May your travel and arrival be safe Aya.

I respect your decision, but I always wanted to ask why don't you go to south Japan, like Kyushu or Okinawa?
I'm living here in Kyushu and it is 1100 Km from Fukushima. In the time I was a kid Chernobyl was also part
of my life. It was also 1100 Km from my home and as I heard Chernobyl was worst then Fukushima, till now.
We had a normal life in Poland. I wish you the best in Your future, Aya! Ganbatte kudasai!!

Good luck Aya. Are you serious about your flight number?

Also, you probably saw this, but just in case, here is a thread concerning the situation.

I hope I can at least get out from this stress. The stress that kept me down for last three days.
I couldn't sleep, eat, speak, laugh, and concentrate.
It was killing me.

Have you tried any breathing or meditative exercises to help you cope with the stress? I especially recommend Laura's Eiriu-Eolas breathing/meditation program: http://cassiopaea.org/Eiriu-Eolas/ If you haven't tried such exercises before, I highly suggest you check out the video, memorize what you can of it, (at least the pipe breathing), and practice it while traveling. :hug2:

I seriously doubt this. And the nearly blackout in MSM for last 2 days about this issue doesn't look good to me. I hope I am wrong.

Hi, just to let everyone know, Aya made it here ok. She's a bit jet lagged and resting, though still troubled by her decision, I think she'll be ok.

Great to hear she arrived safely and getting some rest!! :)

I agree. You see yourself saying "my god what I am living is not usual and its a change, what could this change bring to me???".
I know its not a happy change maybe.

Good luck Aya.
