A Polish general is hinting on national television that they are preparing for a coup in Belarus and that they are keen to support it. I guess in a similar way that Poland supported the coup in Ukraine. It appears that all the Western freedom and democracy loving leaders are happy to apply a bit of violence to force countries to bend to the 'garden' empire.

This was stated (Rosyjskie i ukraińskie media cytują słowa gen. Skrzypczaka o Białorusi the former Deputy Minister of National Defense of the Republic, General Waldemar Skshipchak.

“We are preparing for an uprising in Belarus, because it will happen,” Skshipchak said on the Polsat TV channel.

"We need to be ready to support the troops that will conduct an operation against Lukashenka," the general said.

Poland ought to prepare for an inevitable “uprising” in Minsk and aid the pro-Ukrainian “army” that will back regime change in Russia's ally, retired general Waldemar Skrzypczak has told Polsat TV. Following the comments the Kremlin responded on Wednesday that Warsaw’s hostile behavior will not go unanswered.
Appearing on the Tuesday evening newscast, Skrzypczak said he hoped the coming Ukrainian offensive and the “signal” sent by the raid on Russia’s Belgorod Region will “trigger an uprising” in Belarus and maybe even in Russia itself.
“Let’s prepare for an uprising in Belarus, because it will happen. The point is that we should not sleep through this moment,” Skrzypczak told Polsat. “We must be ready to support the troops that will carry out the operation against Lukashenko. We have reasons to help them, just as we help Ukraine. The Belarusians will support them against [President Alexander] Lukashenko with enthusiasm.”
According to Skrzypczak, Belarus doesn’t have the military capability to prevent such an uprising, while Russia can’t help because “it will have its own problems.” In addition to providing help to the Belarus insurgency, he added, Poland needs to prepare for an “exodus” of refugees from the country.
https://www.rt.com/russia/576169-belarus-border-attack-ukraine/
Skrzypczak was Poland’s deputy defense minister for armaments and before that, commander of the country’s land forces. Now retired, he has been a frequent guest of Polish media, commenting on the Ukraine conflict over the past year.
Asked about the general’s remarks on Wednesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov condemned Warsaw’s “Russophobic tantrums” and vowed that Moscow will come to the defense of Minsk.
“Poland is a state hostile to us, not just unfriendly,” Peskov told reporters. “We see that this state, hostile to us, actually openly talks about its intention to interfere directly, including by force, in the internal affairs of a neighbor – our partner, ally and brotherly state.”
Russia, he added, has an obligation to ensure the security of Belarus, “which we will do in the face of such obvious threats.”
Poland is currently the hub of NATO efforts to supply Ukraine with weapons, ammunition and equipment to fight against Russia. In the summer of 2020, it was the base for US-backed efforts to overthrow Lukashenko in a “color revolution.” Opposition politician Svetlana Tikhanovskaya has since declared a “government in exile” in nearby Lithuania, seeking US and NATO support.

The need for joint preparation
Shoigu: Moscow and Minsk have become objects, in fact, of an undeclared war on the part of Western countries
Sergei Shoigu, the Russian Defense Minister, at a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Viktor Khrenin, said that Moscow and Minsk had become objects of, in fact, an undeclared war on the part of Western countries. He stressed that NATO's actions have acquired "the most aggressive orientation."

The head of the Russian military department described the situation as extremely alarming, stressing that Western states, by providing military assistance to Ukraine, not only support the continuation of the armed conflict, but also contribute to its escalation.

"Today we are witnessing some form of undeclared war that the West is waging against us, against Moscow and Minsk," Shoigu said.

"NATO's military activity demonstrates open confrontation and aggressive intentions."

Shoigu drew particular attention to the active military assistance that the West provides to Ukraine, saying that this supports the continuation of the conflict and contributes to its aggravation.

"These actions not only prolong the current armed conflict, but also do everything possible to escalate it," he said.

The Russian Defense Minister stressed the importance of strengthening the alliance of Moscow and Minsk to resist threats from NATO and to continue ensuring regional security
Шойгу: Москва и Минск стали объектами, по сути, необъявленной войны со стороны стран Запада

And here, in fact, are the details of this very preparation
Minsk and Moscow signed documents on the content of nuclear weapons in Belarus
The heads of the military departments of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, Sergei Shoigu and Viktor Khrenin, signed documents regulating the procedure for storing Russian non-strategic nuclear weapons in a special storage facility on the territory of Belarus.

"Today we will sign documents defining the procedure for keeping Russian non-strategic nuclear weapons in a special storage facility on the territory of the Republic of Belarus," Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said at the signing ceremony.

The Minister stressed that all measures taken by Russia and Belarus in this direction strictly comply with all existing international legal obligations. Nevertheless, Shoigu clarified that nuclear weapons are not being transferred to Belarus - control over them and the decision on their use remain entirely with Russia.

"Russia does not transfer nuclear weapons to the Republic of Belarus: control over them and the decision to use them remains with the Russian side," the head of the Russian Defense Ministry said during the signing of the documents.

Shoigu also noted that additional measures are possible in the future to ensure the security of the Union State and respond to the current military-political situation.

The Belarusian side has not yet commented on Shoigu's statement, however, earlier the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that nuclear weapons in the country will be controlled only by the Belarusian side.
Минск и Москва подписали документы о содержании ядерного оружия в Беларуси

Iskander-M and Su-25 attack aircraft converted for the use of nuclear weapons were transferred to Belarus
During the recent statements of Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, it became known about important changes in the military sphere of Belarus. He clarified that the Iskander-M missile system was handed over to the Belarusian side, and a part of the Su-25 military aviation was also re-equipped. In addition, Belarusian military specialists have received comprehensive training in Russian training centers.

Shoigu stressed that all these measures were taken in the face of a sharp aggravation of the situation and threats on the western borders. The decisions of Moscow and Minsk on the introduction of retaliatory measures in the military-nuclear sphere were taken taking into account these circumstances and are a response to current challenges and threats.

However, the Russian Defense Minister convincingly stated that all the steps taken fully comply with existing international obligations. In particular, he stressed that the retaliatory measures of the Russian Federation and Belarus in the military-nuclear sphere do not violate the provisions of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.

These statements emphasize the importance of cooperation between Russia and Belarus in ensuring common security and maintaining stability in the region against the backdrop of growing threats from the West.

Reminder of another coup atempt in Russian yard. And the speed with which russian army responded. Belarus is closer, and russian army is now faster.

Belarus is closer, and russian army is now faster.
I think that is true, but the article just goes to show how much they believe in their ability to engineer coups in other countries and also how much they underestimate the abilities of Russia and Belarus. The 100000+ troops from Russia and Belarus on the border with Ukraine are still there as far as I know and they should be able to handle destabilising foreign forces. Poland and the West might be counting on military forces in Belarus who will defect to them, but I am not sure how realistic that scenario is. I suspect it is a rather doubtful scenario and too reliant on wishful thinking.

"The thief and the hat is on fire": Lukashenko — about those responsible for the undermining of the Kakhovskaya HPP

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has no doubt that the destruction of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric dam is the work of the Ukrainian army.

"You can probably guess who blew up the Kakhovskaya HPP.

They say the thief's hat is on fire. Who was the first to shout about it?

It is clear that the Ukrainian side had to hide three days of the "counteroffensive", where almost 200 armored vehicles were destroyed and more than 2 thousand people died.

That's why — Kakhovka, Kakhovka, and no one talks about that (the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during an attempt to counterattack, — ed.)," Lukashenko said during a meeting with the secretaries of the security councils of the CSTO member states.

"And you see what a careful, cautious position the United States has taken. They immediately said, "We can't say who did it yet. We have to figure it out.“ Think about it, why would that be?" — the Belarusian leader asked a rhetorical question.

There is definitely an understanding of these processes in Russia and Belarus, but it is not there or it is not enough in the countries of Central Asia, which is what the global "democratizers" are trying to take advantage of.
The main task is to sow enmity: the United States is cultivating Russophobia in the CIS countries

The ancient Chinese philosopher Confucius is credited with saying: "God forbid you to live in an era of change."

Right now we are living at the moment of the development of human civilization, when there is another replacement of the outdated scheme of the world order with a new, more perfect one.

Unfortunately, the struggle between the defenders of the old and the supporters of the new takes on inhuman and merciless forms. The Anglo-Saxon world, in an effort to defend its unipolar world order, established by the end of the last century, does not stop at anything.

Yugoslavia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria — traces-evidence left by the collective West as a result of its struggle for undivided domination.

Currently, the United States and its allies have identified China and Russia as the main opponents for themselves, as leaders of countries advocating a multipolar model of the world. And if the Anglo-Saxons are still taking measures against China mainly in the political, diplomatic and economic spheres, then a hybrid war with an open armed confrontation in Ukraine is being waged against Russia after the beginning of its collective West.

In addition, the United States and its allies seek to isolate Russia, for which they systematically provoke disagreements and contradictions in its relations with its allies, primarily within the framework of the CSTO and the CIS.

President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko spoke about this recently.

"After a special military operation began in Ukraine and large-scale sanctions were imposed against Belarus and Russia, some people in our countries hesitated, spun, staggered, and so on. This is probably natural. Very violent events happened instantly, so it takes some time to assess the situation," Alexander Lukashenko said at a meeting with participants of the 52nd meeting of the Council of Heads of Security Agencies and Special Services of the CIS member states, which took place on June 1 in Minsk.

"And we need to understand that the major players around us — Russia, Belarus, the Central Asian states — will slowly try to pull us apart.

And in a good way, and in a bad way. We must not allow this to happen," the Belarusian leader stressed.

Also during the meeting, the director of the FSB of Russia, Alexander Bortnikov, spoke about this, noting that the West wants to destabilize the situation in the CIS by dramatically increasing the conflict potential throughout the Commonwealth and at its borders.

"The United States of America and Great Britain are actively working to separate the Commonwealth countries. The forces of the intelligence community and diplomatic missions are working with the political and economic elites of the CIS states. This is the current situation, it really develops. We all see it.

Under the threat of secondary sanctions, or the promise of preferences, they are trying to drive a wedge between our countries, impose formats of cooperation in the field of defense and security that are beneficial to non—regional players," the head of the Russian special service said.

In addition, the Anglo-Saxon coalition, together with European vassals, are increasing the grouping of NATO troops in the region. This fact was also noted during the meeting of the heads of the CIS security agencies. "The military-political situation around our Commonwealth is getting more and more aggravated, and it will get worse," the President of Belarus stressed. "We see the increasing militarization of the NATO bloc countries and the unprecedented concentration of troops near our common territory, the incitement of religious and armed conflicts," Lukashenko said.

In this regard, the President of Belarus pointed out that there is no alternative to strengthening integration between the CIS member states in the current conditions of the international situation:

"If one of us thinks that we will be able to sit out, it's in vain. The recent events in Kazakhstan are an eloquent example of this."

The President of Belarus was referring to the events of January 2022, when only thanks to the effective conduct of the CSTO peacekeeping operation, it was possible to prevent a coup in the Republic of Kazakhstan initiated by external destructive forces.

At the same time, Alexander Lukashenko considers the events in Kazakhstan also an example of the effectiveness of collective actions. "But the example of Kazakhstan is that we all rallied then. And, it seems, we did nothing, but as soon as they saw our determination, they retreated. Therefore, we need to be closer to each other," the Belarusian president is convinced.

In turn, Alexander Bortnikov drew the attention of those present to the frequent visits of the leadership of the security agencies of the NATO bloc to the CIS countries.

"The Americans and the British are very seriously "hoeing" the political leadership of the Commonwealth countries, trying to influence the situation in our ranks," the head of the FSB noted.

According to him, American and British intelligence, with the support of the mass media and controlled non-profit organizations, have launched large-scale activities to prepare conditions for a violent change of power in the CIS countries. "We see this and take measures to neutralize these threats," the FSB director said.

It should be noted here that the leitmotif of the whole event held in Minsk was the main idea — the conditions of the international situation are such that they do not leave much choice for the CIS countries — either to "lie down under the West" and become poor resource appendages of the Euro-Atlantic "golden billion", or to integrate more closely and stand up, then to follow their own path of development.

In this context, we recall some statements made not so long ago by well-known politicians.

For example, the first President of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan once confessed to journalists: "The post—Soviet republics are of interest to the United States only from one point of view - what damage they can cause to Russia."

Hillary Clinton, who was about to leave her post as US Secretary of State, said almost the same thing in 2013, just before a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Dublin: "The US is trying to develop effective ways to slow down or prevent integration processes in the post-Soviet space."

Now we can recall what is happening in the former republics of the USSR, already "undemocratized" by the West.

At the same time, the Baltic countries should not be considered — they were deliberately molded into an "advertising showcase of the European Union" for the rest of the "post-Soviet" ones. Nevertheless, this did not prevent a catastrophic population decline in them, for which the republics received the well-established unofficial name "Baltic Extinctions".

But in Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova, over the past 20 years, almost all elections have ended in scandals, disinformation and riots. Constant personnel reshuffles, permanent revolutions every time the opposition is dissatisfied with the results, the "third round" in Ukraine and so on — everything that slows down and distracts from the development of the state has happened and is happening. As a result, at the moment we are not talking about any "democracy" and "freedom".

There are collapsed economies, an embittered population and mandatory Russophobia. Agree that it is easier to sow enmity and destroy than to create.

It is obvious that, one way or another, but the awareness of such prospects is present in the leadership of the CIS member states, whose representatives visited Minsk in early summer. The President of Belarus did not fail to point this out: "And the fact that all the heads of security agencies have arrived in Belarus shows that you see what is happening around our borders, our Commonwealth, and you understand what can happen."

Thus, the presence in Minsk of representatives from serious structures of the CIS countries can be regarded as an offer to develop a joint strategy of action. After all, who, if not they, are the best versed in security issues.

This means that the integration of the CIS subjects should be, and not just be, but consistently strengthen — this is the condition for survival in modern realities.

Понимание этих процессов однозначно есть в России и в Белоруссии, однако его нет или оно недостаточно в странах Средней Азии, чем и пытаются воспользоваться всемирные "демократизаторы".

The Belarusian author discusses how the collective West acts against Belarus.
"Why did the European Parliament need a cheap performance performed by an escaped criminal?"

At all times, demonizing the image of the enemy state in the eyes of the citizens of their country and the regional public has been the first rule for any aggressor.

This postulate was actively used by the conquerors in ancient times, portraying representatives of hostile peoples in the information field of their state as barbarians or wild animals in human form. All colonial empires, for example, Portugal, Spain, Britain and France, did the same in relation to African natives, American Indians, Polynesians or the population of India.

And, finally, the ideologists of fascist Germany did the same, defining all the peoples (primarily those who inhabited the USSR) in the category of "subhumans". Today, the Anglo-Saxons and the European Union serving them do this in relation to Russia and its ally Belarus.

It should be noted that the aggressive rhetoric of the collective West against Belarus has become familiar in recent years. It has also become customary that Euro-Atlantic puppeteers actively use their puppets to slander Belarus.

For example, the other day the "Belarusian lidarka" Tikhanovskaya was brought to the European Parliament and even gave her the opportunity to read the text. There was nothing new in it — from the speech of the "cutlettenfuhrer" a mile away reeked of manuals used in 2020 to cloud the consciousness of Belarusians.

All the same cliches, all the same old cliches. "Tyranny", "loss of sovereignty", "servile colony of Russia", "civil society", "democratic state", "striving for freedom", "Lukashenka's regime", "executions and torture" and so on, and so forth — this is an incomplete list of hashtags that were present in the "fiery the message" To the European Union.

The imaginative, oversaturated speech with slogans and pathos, in the complete absence of any arguments and facts, was apparently intended primarily to once again pour slops over Belarus and its citizens who continue to live on their land according to their own laws.

True, some surnames sounded in Tikhanovskaya's speech, but so many lies and falsifications were woven around them that an ordinary resident of Belarus would not be able to fully read or listen to this nonsense. However, there is no doubt for whom this "work" was intended.

Vile insinuations about the historical past of Belarus and its national symbols, tearful stories that allegedly took place both with the participation of Tikhanovskaya herself and with members of her family — all this could be "swallowed" and "digested" only by representatives of European and overseas political structures. That is, those who order and wait for these ridiculous and scary fairy tales.

The speech of the Lithuanian kept woman was not without an indispensable appeal on behalf of the entire Belarusian people — it can be said that this is the calling card of demagogues from the collective West. That is, an impudent and unprincipled feature is to pass off the dreams of a small handful of traitors as the aspirations of all citizens of Belarus (or the whole world) and not even blush.

But, no matter how trivial the speech of a runaway Belarusian criminal may be, a number of points should be noted.

First, there is a very clear (previously Tikhanovskaya was afraid to do this) opposition of "Russia — the West" in the context of the future of Belarus. For example, a few slogans from the speech of a political housewife:

"We come from Europe. And that is where we are aiming for", "The European Union is our ultimate goal", "We want to return home. Home to Europe. Europe is part of our DNA," "The European Union — from Lisbon to Minsk — is a nightmare for Putin."

And here, from her: "The Kremlin's goal is absolutely the same: to turn a sovereign country — Belarus — into another servile colony of Russia," "And Putin is not alone in this matter. Lukashenka helps him in this, who sells the independence of our country in parts," "On the sly they eradicate our national identity. Their goal is clear — to absorb and assimilate us."

In general, everything is clear here — the traces of the previous traveler of Ukraine have not yet cooled down on this dangerous path. In other words, the European structures "gave the go-ahead" to form a new project "Anti-Russia", but already on the basis of Belarus.

And all the talk about a "democratic European Belarus" and its brightest future is a carrot for a donkey, the main thing is to tear it away from Russia, and the Anglo—Saxons and the UES do not care what happens next with Blue—eyed.

The second point.

Through the husk of hackneyed phrases, the picture clearly shows — there is a kind of "underground movement" in Belarus that is actively operating. It was for this purpose — to form a false idea among Europeans about the situation in Belarus, Tikhanovskaya spun three boxes about the imaginary exploits of fake "railway partisans", about "generous businessmen" allegedly supporting "families of the repressed", about "grandmother's resistance" and about the entire Belarusian people who "dream of living in Europe", but at the same time, "he groans under the oppression of the regime and suffers from the Russian occupiers."

One of the political scientists has already expressed the idea that such a demarche performed by the self—proclaimed "president" is nothing more than another attempt to get more money from sponsors for the "baratsia", but in fact - to ensure a comfortable stay in Europe of the OPG "OPK" (organized criminal group "United Transitional Cabinet"), the leader of which is Tikhanovskaya.

In general, one could agree with this opinion, especially since the "round-the-world beggar" herself warned European officials that "very soon we will come to the governments of your countries with a request ...".

But for some reason I remember the words of the great poet: "All this would be funny if it wasn't so sad ...". It becomes sad, probably, because right at this moment, on the border with Belarus, the engines are growling, the tracks are clanking and the trunks of the many-thousand-strong shock group of the Polish Army are bristling with trunks. It may also be sad because border provocations by Polish security forces have become more frequent, which resemble the situation in June 1941.

Assessing the whole complex of events unfolding around Belarus, the conclusion suggests itself that the EU, at the command of Washington, has begun to create an information background that will legitimize the aggression of the multinational forces of the West against Belarus.

Tikhanovskaya's speech is one of the episodes of the relevant information campaign.

According to Euro-Atlantic political functionaries (who, most likely, composed the text for Tikhanovskaya), from the speech of the Belarusian "national leader", the European layman should have understood the main theses:

Under pressure from the Kremlin, Belarus is rapidly losing its sovereignty, and with the connivance of the current Belarusian authorities, Russian occupation is taking place.

The Belarusian people see their future only as part of the EU and therefore are struggling with all their might both with the current regime and with the Russian occupation, for which an underground has been created, but at the same time Belarus is waiting for help from the civilized world.

Europe needs to help the people of Belarus in their liberation struggle.

Now it becomes extremely clear why Polish troops (the first echelon of the MNS) are deployed near Belarus and why Tikhanovskaya was allowed to demonize the image of Russia and the current leadership of Belarus.

I would like to note here that official Minsk, while still remaining open to dialogue with all subjects of world politics, continues to demonstrate its commitment to a civilized approach, i.e. to a peaceful way to resolve any crisis situations and calls on everyone else to do so.

It should be recalled that this is why the Belarusian Foreign Ministry has repeatedly drawn the attention of EU representatives to the fact that "the speech of separately elected citizens of the Republic of Belarus cannot be considered acceptable," as well as the fact that "such actions are brazen and undisguised interference in the internal affairs of our country and complete disrespect for its citizens."

Of course, this cannot happen in the civilized world. But Minsk is well aware that although the Anglo-Saxons and their European satellites call themselves "civilized" and "democratic", they are not able to hide the habits of experienced and merciless aggressors, who they really are.

30,000 NATO troops are concentrated in the west of the country under the guise of exercises. In the south, more than 100,000 ukropov are concentrated "just like that". Aren't they preparing something coordinated?
The Minister of Defense of Belarus announced the accumulation of almost 115 thousand Ukrainian militants on the border
The head of the Ministry of Defense of Belarus, Viktor Khrenin, said on the Rossiya-24 TV channel that Ukraine had concentrated a strike force of more than 100,000 military personnel on the border with Belarus.

"Today, the number of the Ukrainian strike force on the border with Belarus totals 112-114 thousand people," the head of the Belarusian defense ministry noted. He stressed that the current situation does not require a retaliatory increase in the number of military personnel on the border from the Belarusian side.

According to him, the West is now taking measures to prepare for military action, and intelligence is also being conducted against Belarus. "Today we see an early set of measures that Western Europe, led by the United States, is conducting to prepare for military action. We understand who these military actions will be directed against," the Belarusian minister said.

Khrenin noted that attempts of aerial reconnaissance of the republic are being revealed, in addition to the actions of the ground forces. According to him, the country registers an active interest in its military towns and bases.

The Minister stressed that in case of violation of the border, foreign aircraft will be shot down. He pointed out that the country "will not stand on ceremony." Khrenin recalled that since August last year, there have been six violations of the republic's airspace. This is how he commented on the increased number of NATO military aircraft near the borders of the Belarusian state.

On February 20, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko announced that the North Atlantic Alliance had deployed more than 30,000 military and thousands of armored vehicles near the borders of the republic and Russia. He also set the task for the Ministry of Defense to qualitatively transform the army and improve the country's defense system. He called for priority attention to combat training of military units.

On February 16, Lukashenko announced that saboteurs had been detained in the west of the country on the border with Ukraine. According to the Belarusian leader, the group was preparing sabotage in the Russian Federation and Belarus.

Last week, news about the death sentence of a terrorist hired by the Ukrainian security service appeared in Belarus. It was shocking that it was a German citizen.
We regularly have such stories about the capture of terrorists, but most often they involve either Belarusians or citizens of Ukraine.

Krieger was detained in the fall of 2023 for blowing up railroad tracks, but this information has only surfaced in the media now. The behavior of the German consul and the terrorist's lawyer after the announcement of the death sentence was very strange - they smiled and happily clapped each other on the back.

Apparently, Germany is not going to even try to exchange him, which happened with a similar Ukrainian saboteur Mykola Shvets, who tried to blow up a unique airplane in Machulishchi, but was caught. On July 3, on the eve of the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from Nazi invaders, he was exchanged for three severely wounded military men, captured in Ukraine, and one priest. The issue of the exchange was discussed by Putin, Lukashenko and some military officer from Ukraine.

It comes to frankly ridiculous arguments.
