I thought of that , but amidst the great noise around :Was he abused, was he a victim of teasing, or violence at school, was the system to blame, television, reality games or something else... There are are couple of facts that cannot be questioned:
-He came to chool with 2 guns and 5 chargers, and molotov cocktail
From 57 shots he hit 14 victims, 8 killed, among them he killed first security guard from distance, police claim 14 meters.. Killed teacher in class first, so she do not prevent further action.
Im not familiar with shooting but I doubt that precision can be managed after "few visits" to shooting range with father.
-Cold concentration, plan, drawings,target lists and the time of the event, before his 14 birthday.. And law in Serbia says, not guilty till 14th..So its also looks like a plan. (Father can be charged for unapropriate weapon keeping... 60 days jail maybe and money penalty.) so not real consequences..
Whatever on the side is to blame for me he is a picture od sociopath or psychopath. This all planning does not look like mind control maneuvre, like someone wake up in morning and click in head to shoot.. Those are the months of strategy and planing, not to forget shooting training...

It cant. Psychopath or not, that level of skill is not posible to attain in couple visits to shooting range. Shooting in the range, not even to say games, is not how it looks when shooting in real. In Serbian army (which is prubably the same as in Yugoslav, in which I was) soldiers train three months, every day, to be able to shoot like that. That was why the news catch my attention. The TV people was saying it as it was really just eveyday thing to shoot like that. It isnt.

Hardly the incidents. Kids goofing and one probable fight (as hapens in schools). That kid from Bosnia was obviously kidding (the ironic message with bunch of smileys)

Something that no one would pay attention in normal situation. Enhanced by the media. Which are probably working accordingly to the instructions from the West. That would make it some CIA-like operation. But again the whole country and all of the media are CIA's operation in the last 11 years (could be the whole 22 years).

My girlfriend is teacher in high school in a smaller town. Some 3 weeks ago one student (16) hit and knocked down another student (15) in the school coridor in front of her. Principal called the police but no one were interested to go further than giving the statements to the police. No headlines. I guess that today it would be big story.

At least eight people have been killed and 13 injured in a shooting near a Serbian town about 60km (37 miles) south of Belgrade, state-run media has reported, just one day after a school shooting also saw eight killed in the capital.

The shooting occurred late on Thursday near Mladenovac when the attacker opened fire with an automatic weapon from a moving vehicle and then fled, state broadcaster RTS television reported. Seven of the injured are in a critical condition.

Police searching for the suspect, believed to be a 21-year-old man, have surrounded an area where he is believed to be hiding, RTS reported. A heavy police presence in the area saw helicopters and drones flying overhead as officers searched amid difficult terrain.

Bratislav Gašić, the minister of internal affairs, called the attack “an act of terrorism”.

Local reports suggested a police officer and his sister were among the dead, shot after an argument broke out in the village of Malo Orasje, near Mladenovac. It is believed shootings occurred at multiple locations.

On Wednesday, a 13-year-old student shot dead eight fellow pupils and a security guard in a Belgrade primary school, an attack that shocked the Balkan country.

Police named Wednesday’s shooter as Kosta Kecmanović and said he had been a pupil at the school since 2019. They said he had used two of his father’s guns for the shooting and may have been plotting the attack for a month.

The head of Belgrade police, Veselin Milić, said the teenager also had two petrol bombs and “made a list of kids he planned to kill and their classes”. Milić identified the dead pupils as seven girls and a boy born between 2009 and 2011.

Kecmanović is too young to face criminal charges and will be placed in a psychiatric institution. His parents have also been arrested.

"Young man, whose identity is not known so far, opened fire, probably from automatic weapon, from the moving car, at the group of people in the Village Dubona (Doobonah), near Mladenovac (Mladdenovatz) near Belgrade. 8 people was killed, and 13 wounded. The police located the attacker and surounded him. It is not known so far does he have some hostages"

Since its a village and it is night, I guess thats some kind of celebration, weding, or something like that, because its to much people for the village in the night)

Who knows, it could be that the young guy is mad, maybe he cought some beaming as the kid did the day earlier. Maybe its terorism as serbian head of inteligence service is saying. But, one thing is certain, that is what you get when you terorize the whole nation for 20 years with the ideas and things which that nation really dont want.

Both incidents happened after some "heavy negotiations about Kosovo".

Immediately after the shooting talk started in the media on gun control, and how the limit for the criminal charge must be droped to 12 years old, and how the "whole society is bad" (think: USA media scenario) Not only in serbian media, but in ex-yugoslav countries and the Balkans. My girlfriend is teacher at the high school, they are ordered not to hold regular classes but to talk to kids how gun are not good.

Especially because there was another attack: Policija objavila fotografiju mladića koji je ubio 8 ljudi kod Mladenovca, bježao im je cijelu noć. (The police published a photo of the young man who killed 8 people near Mladenovac, he was running away from them all night)

9:25 am - As reported by Blic.rs, after committing the massacre, Uroš B. threatened the taxi driver with a bomb and forced him to drive while fleeing from the police, all the way to Vinjište near Kragujevac.

Let us remind you that Uroš began his bloody campaign in Orašje when he got out of his car and fired a burst at a group of people sitting around a campfire on a picnic. Then he got out of the car a few kilometers away and shot four people who were closing the patio door.

Then he got back into the car and drove towards the center of the village of Dubona and shot again and killed two people, an off-duty police officer and his sister. Then he ran away, and more than 600 members of the MUP searched for him all night. He was arrested around 8 o'clock in the morning near Kragujevac.

08:54 a.m. - Members of the MUP of Serbia, after an extensive search, arrested Uroš B. (21) in the settlement of Grošnica, in the vicinity of Kragujevac. It is suspected that he killed eight people and wounded 14 with a firearm last night, the police report.

The police continue their work to clarify all the facts and circumstances of this event.

08:35 a.m. - Three people who were wounded in the shooting near Mladenovac were operated on in the hospital in Smederevo and are in a stable condition, reports RTS.

Two wounded younger people placed in the Clinical Hospital Center "Dr Dragiša Mišović" were operated on during the night and are in a stable condition. One patient will be transported to the Emergency Center due to orthopedic injuries.

There are eight wounded people in the Clinical Hospital Center of Serbia, but there is no official information about their condition yet.

8:10 a.m. - A young man who killed eight people near Mladenovac was arrested, reports RTS. He was allegedly arrested near Kragujevac, and he was allegedly hiding with his uncle, reports Blic.

6:40 a.m. RTS unofficially finds out that the attacker in the Mercedes was alone. Namely, during the night, information emerged that there were two other people in the car from which the attacker started shooting.

6:22 a.m. - Eight people who were injured in the shooting near Mladenovac and who were treated at the Emergency Center are in a stable condition, writes Telegraf.rs.

Two injured persons, aged 21 and 23, located in the KBC Dragiša Mišović in Belgrade, underwent surgery, but their lives are still in danger, reports RTS.

6:19 a.m. Unofficially, it is known that the father of the suspected murderer, who fled after committing the crime, is an employee of the Serbian Army, reports RTS.

He told the experts with whom he spoke during the interrogation and psychological examination, according to Novosti, that his favorite movie, that is the horror film, is "The Purge".

It is about a movie story where the imaginary American government passes a law according to which one day of the year is a day of lawlessness, i.e. crimes can be committed that go unpunished.

"At no time did K.K. show that he was sorry for the killed comrades or the security guard, with whom he had a good and close relationship," the Novosti source pointed out.

It is added that there is a well-founded suspicion that the preparation of the crime lasted longer than a month, because handling such a gun is not simple and requires skill. It is not only about shooting in the shooting range, but also about practicing shooting in "practical shooting".

Change of tone of serbian authorities. First incident: "oh, great tragedy, how this could happened, what became of us...."

Second incident: "oh, well, shit happens. Its only a drunk fool, nothing so bad with this. We are great people all in all. And give us all your guns. Guns baaaad".

I dont know how that disarming will go for them, because in Serbia, since always, if you want to have guns you have it illegaly. Very few people have registered and legal weapons, just for the case as those, when government would try to seize it.

I had weird dreams lately too, like killing people with knife . Aside from that my energy is so low and I'm fighting every day to stay focus and do something constructive but could be because of spring.
