Going Postal - Terry Pratchett
Third adaptation of a Discworld novel produced by Sky is finally coming to our screens. Going Postal is the story of arch-swindler Moist Von Lipwig and the beautiful, vengeful Adora Belle Dearheart. A life long traveling con-artist, Lipwigs crimes finally catch up with him in the town of Ankh-Morpork. Faced with death by hanging, Lipwig is spared by Lord Vetinari, who sees him as the perfect man for the role of Postmaster in the decrepit Ankh-Morpork post office.

one word to descibe this production of the latest filmed venture into terry pratchett's discworld is brilliant. So good in fact it's almost as good as the first one called The Hogfather which is and has been the best adaptation so far. All the cast are top notch with David Suchet putting in an outstanding role as the villain. The story is about a con artist portrayed by Richard Coyle on the road to redemption by being forced into being the postmaster of discworld's doomed post office. His bail officer (Charles Dance) doesn't leave him much choice as if he doesn't he faces immediate death. The story progresses into him miraculously saving the postal service after David Suchet throws everything except the kitchen sink (quite literally) at him and not only redeems himself but finds true love.
