He shies away from saying, as I think, that the "foreign power" is global/international, including American.

This was a bit of good news. The media, dems are concerned Trumps running a "shadow government" and there are discussions about it on MSM. Apparently, he's meeting with his cabinet members on a daily basis and is a significant influence getting voting reforms instigated in 48 states with GOP reps. He's also received $100,000,000 in donations at this point, $50,000,000 more then the Republican party.
So, hints are coming up that the dems are getting worried, maybe panicky. Here's the latest that seems to point to that possibility. They're going after a very long list of Trump supporter. No actual private citizens yet.
