Here is a commentary by Prof. Zamir Ahmed Awan (Nat. University of Sciences and Technology, Islamabad)

Life is very much normal, internet service, mobile service is functioning in a routine. Shops are opened, traffic is in normal routine, schools are opened, everything seems very much normal. The government is functioning, bureaucracy is functioning, police is functioning, just ex-president Ashraf Ghani is not in Afghanistan.

Just a few days ago, the US announced that it will take three months for the Taliban to enter Kabut, but actually, the Taliban took only hours to conquer Kabul. No single bullet was fired, no single person was killed or injured, no war, the Taliban entry into Kabul was one of the most peaceful events in the history of humankind.

Reports from other big cities in Afghanistan, which were taken over by the Taliban for the last many days, are reporting a very much normal life, daily routine is, as usual, ATMs are operating regularly. Women are working in restaurants, girls are going to schools, nothing changed on the ground, except the US-backed puppet government of Ashraf Ghani was replaced by the Taliban.

The general public has welcomed the Taliban and there was almost no resistance. As a matter of fact, the Taliban are true Afghani and were fighting against the foreign occupation of Afghanistan, Ashraf Ghani was only a puppet-like Dr, Najeed backed by USSR in the 1980s.

Few countries, deliberately spreading fake news and distorting the image of the Taliban, but on the ground, the world has witnessed miracles and smooth transfer of power. A general amnesty has been granted to the public, only those who take guns against the Government will be dealt with iron hands.

Unholy media launched a campaign to distort the Taliban image and promoting a negative narrative about the Taliban. But, the world has witnessed a very different picture. As a matter of fact, Taliban leadership is well educated and some of them have been graduated from reputed Universities in America and Europe. They are well equipped with all sorts of modern knowledge, including Science, Technology, Engineering, Economics, Politics, etc. They are not merely religious scholars. They are flying helicopters and using advanced war machinery.

Taliban is not like two decades ago, they have learned bitter lessons and refined themselves. Today, the Taliban are moderate, well educated, moderate, and equipped with all sorts of skills to run a country. They are already in contact with many countries diplomatically including China, Russia, Iran, Pakistan, EU, and OIC countries. They suffered a lot twenty years ago when only three countries recognized their rule in 1996-2001. But this time, it will be much better and they have proved while conquering Kabul.

As matter of fact, It was the US that has been violating the agreed peace deal, and delayed withdrawal, and conducted airstrikes against the Taliban. Whereas the Taliban were obeying the peace deal strictly in true later and spirit, They have not attacked foreign troops during withdrawal. Russian foreign minister termed Taliban as “ reasonable (sensible) people”. The world has seen them as much better people than the Americans.

Biden Staffer Wrote An Afghanistan Policy Paper Which Was Sponsored By a Top Chinese Communist Influence Group.

The Center for American Progress – a leading left-wing think-tank influential in the Biden White House – partnered with a Chinese Communist Party influence group on reports guiding American policy in the Middle East.

Often highlighted as for being “closely aligned” with the White House during the Obama years, the Center for American Progress (CAP) carries similar influence under Biden, counting several former employees and fellows as officials in Joe Biden’s White House.

The think tank’s Chinese Communist Party-sponsored paper from July 2015 is entitled “Exploring Avenues for China-U.S. Cooperation on the Middle East”. One of the paper’s authors is now Biden’s China Policy Coordinator for the Office of the Undersecretary of State for Economic Growth, Melanie Hart.

BIDEN’S STAFF HAVE COLLABORATED WITH THE CCP ON MIDDLE EAST POLICY.

The National Pulse has previously highlighted how CAP staff – including Hart – have taken trips and authored research reports subsidized by the China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF).

Similarly, the CAP-CUSEF collaboration on Middle East policy included both video and in-person exchanges in Beijing. As the CAP website notes:

For more than 12 months, scholars at these institutions conducted an exchange of both ideas and papers. The exchange included several videoconferences between Washington, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Beijing; papers reflecting the views of each side; and a joint exchange in Beijing in April 2015.

CUSEF was founded by the Vice-Chairman of the “highest-ranking entity overseeing” China’s United Front, which the U.S.-China Security and Economic Review Commission identifies as seeking to “to co-opt and neutralize sources of potential opposition to the policies and authority of its ruling Chinese Communist Party” and “influence foreign governments to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing.” The multi-billion-dollar effort is also closely tied to and controlled by the country’s People’s Liberation Army.

The 84-page report pushes for the U.S. and the Chinese Communist Party to play both a greater and collaborative role in the Middle East, with its introduction noting:

“One area China and the United States should discuss in greater detail is identifying opportunities for cooperation in order to advance shared interests in the Middle East.”

“China and the United States are conducting regular consultation on Middle East affairs and furthering institution building,” the report celebrates while urging the two countries to continue their joint efforts in the region. It also highlights Afghanistan as a potential area of cooperation:

Yet the assumption of U.S.-China competition overlooks a unique opportunity to transform U.S.-China cooperation in a region deeply important to both countries: Central and South Asia, in particular Afghanistan and Pakistan.

The report calls for the U.S. to embrace the Chinese regime’s controversial Belt and Road Initiative, as the report contains a section titled: “U.S. and China Silk Road Visions: Collaboration, not Competition.”

“The opportunity to connect the Middle East with the rest of the global economy through the New Silk Road initiative offers a possible new frame of hope and progress, as the Middle East faces daunting challenges in the early years of the 21st century,” it notes.

The National Pulse has previously exposed emails from Hart ahead of a 2015 CUSEF-sponsored trip to China where she reveals she is “fine” with Chinese think-tanks partnering with “western ones (like [CAP])” to do more “international influencing” before noting the government crackdown that would “force CAP to conduct all of its China activities under direct police supervision”:

Glorious takedown? I don't think so.

More like a callously orchestrated vectoring of outrage AWAY from the loss of personal freedom and medical choice and onto a buffoon who is going to get thrown under the bus shortly anyway. Yet another blow to the fragile ego of the USA who shrinks away in shame leaving their allies and patsies to suffer and die. It is a perfect PSYOP. Let's get everyone riled up over Afghanistan so they quit talking about the Vaca Scene or the Bill of Rights or Agenda 2030. IF it was Trump they would have/could have censored that speech any time they wanted. But they let him talk on and on which further spins the illusion that there IS freedom of speech.

They are tap dancing very hard these days.

Reporter Notices Serious Discrepancies With Clocks in Biden's Camp David Photo

1629187868878.png

Either the clocks in Camp David are wrong or the photo taken of Joe Biden as Kabul fell to the Taliban is several months old, according to former Fox News producer Kyle Becker.

Becker noticed the time errors and pointed them out in a tweet late on Sunday evening.

“Recent White House photos show a 3-hour time diff. b/w London & Moscow. There are a few good explanations for this. Either Camp David’s clocks are wrong or the photos are from before March 28, when London went ahead on Daylight Savings Time, but Moscow didn’t. This is *fine,*” Becker wrote.

“Also, Tehran is an hour and a half difference from Moscow currently, which is why I circled it when I was checking it out. (And yes, that half-hour difference is right; India has a time zone with a half-hour difference as well.)” Becker added.

However, Becker soon realized that Kamala Harris did not move into the Naval Observatory until April.

“Plot twist on #TimeGate. So, it looks like VP Harris didn’t move into the Naval Observatory until April. So that would mean the clocks at Camp David are wrong; or Harris was at Naval Observatory before DST kicked in; or the image is photoshopped. Weird,” Becker tweeted.

Newsweek pointed out that “another photo, uploaded by the White House on August 14, also showed the incorrect time difference between London and Moscow.”

The Independent reports that “the most plausible explanation seemed to be that the military and Nato set their clocks to a time zone system called Zulu, which doesn’t change for daylight savings.”

“Military time is based on Zulu UTC, or a universal standard, in which the difference between London and Moscow is always 3 hours.”

Biden has been MIA and did not address the nation as the chaos unfolded.

Additionally, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki will be taking the entire next week off.

Questions sent to Psaki are being met with an autoreply saying that she will be out of the office through August 22.

“I will be out of the office from August 15th-August 22nd,” the auto reply email being sent to reporters reads.

Afghanistan’s new de facto leader Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar issued a victory message to his fellow Taliban on the declaration of the “Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan” on Sunday.

Mullah Baradar’s statement was given from the presidential palace in Kabul.

“We have achieved an unexpected victory,” he said. “Now is the time to test, to show how we serve our people and ensure their future in the best possible way.”

Asia has secrets that are difficult to decipher for the public opinion in the West and its colonies -which is the part that touches us-. Partly because they do their own thing there and we don't even know about it here. The cultural distance, the language, the disparity of interests, everything conspires to make us live in worlds separated by a wall.

In this photo we see Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, founder of the Taliban and in charge of the party's foreign relations. It was taken a month ago.

That is to say, before the Taliban advance began, China had already tied up its share of the cow and perhaps that is precisely why, among other reasons, the Taliban has begun to advance. Having closed with the Chinese, the Taliban had a favorable and sufficient correlation of forces.

This geography is complicated, unknown to us. But the fact is that Afghanistan and China have a borderline between them. It is a narrow strip of about 70 kilometers squeezed between Pakistan and Tajikistan, but it is a border after all. In that sense, Afghanistan is more of the Far East than the Middle East and so it is in the China region.

Sure, it's a place that for Western powers may be tougher than a childhood in the Belgian Congo if China decides that must be so. And apparently China did, which in itself is a hypothesis as to why the Yanks, the British, the French and the Germans ran before they heard the first shot. Even the Spaniards -who are rebounding thanks to the good old Aznar and his followers of Bush- ran like Usain Bolt.

Yesterday we saw the Russians and today we see the Chinese going all out in Afghanistan and so it is not a matter of national liberation for the Taliban, but rather of changing their collar. A constant in the history of that country since the Yankees created the Taliban to drive out the Soviets.

Finally, now the Chinese and the Russians, each negotiating on their own behalf, have driven the Yankees out. It is a defeat for the United States, even if it looks like a strategic retreat. Biden is brave with us, he only runs in Asia.

Now, and this is just my opinion. The photo speaks for itself. Even the Taliban wears a mask...

I've been wondering if the Afghan exit fiasco was a set-up for this:

CNN FINALLY Admits Biden Is A Failure — Sets The Groundwork For A President Harris

After a year of giving lip service to Joe Biden, CNN has finally admitted that he simply sucks at his job.

As Joe Biden’s presidency appears to be coming to a spectacular end with his failure in Afghanistan, CNN is now laying the groundwork to mentally prepare the public for a Kamala Harris presidency.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene Launches Articles of Impeachment for Biden After Afghanistan Defeat

Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has launched articles of impeachment for Joe Biden following his humiliating defeat in Afghanistan at the hands of the Taliban.

Republican Lawmakers Already Calling For Joe Biden To Resign Over Disastrous Exit From Afghanistan

Sen. Rick Scott, the chair of the Senate GOP campaign arm, questioned Monday whether President Joe Biden’s Cabinet should remove him from office, a near impossibility, over the sudden collapse of Afghanistan.

Scott, who is widely viewed as a potential 2024 presidential candidate tweeted: “We must confront a serious question: Is Joe Biden capable of discharging the duties of his office or has time come to exercise the provisions of the 25th Amendment?”

The Florida Republican’s remarks echo calls from former President Donald Trump and his allies for Biden to step down, which began as the Taliban took control of the country and toppled the Afghan government.

Biden’s Failure Explodes as Nearly 70% Disapprove of His Handling of Afghanistan: Poll

Over the past few days, President Joe Biden has completely mishandled the withdrawal of United Stated troops from Afghanistan. A new poll released Monday found a majority of Americans have come to agree with this fact.

According to the poll conducted by the Trafalgar Group, 69.3 percent of Americans disapprove of Biden’s handling of U.S. military operations in Afghanistan, including 59.5 percent who strongly disapprove. Only 23.1 percent approved of Biden’s handling of the situation, and 7.5 percent had no opinion.

The poll was conducted among 1,084 respondents between Saturday and Sunday, and it has a margin of error of +/- 2.98 percentage points.

When broken down by party affiliation, the results arguably look even worse for Biden and his administration.

Among Democrats, 48.2 percent disapproved of Biden’s handling of military operations in Afghanistan. Just 39.8 percent approved, and 12 percent had no opinion.

An astounding 88.8 percent of Republicans disapproved of Biden’s actions in Afghanistan, including 8o percent who strongly disapproved. Only 7.1 percent of Republicans approved of Biden’s handling of the situation.

As all of these numbers show, Americans are overwhelmingly opposed to Biden’s actions in Afghanistan. Not only do a majority of Republicans disapprove of his actions, but a plurality of Democrats do too.
