That's certainly possible. But I wonder if they are so pathological, that they get more titillated by hiding it in plain sight, and they don't want to expose it. Not for fear of people's reactions (their arrogance and wishful thinking knows no bounds sometimes), but because it wouldn't be so "exciting" for them any longer if everyone just knew.
