Brown Rice for better health

I guess I'll have to eliminate rice then Not that I'll miss the rice itself- but the pudding is great at breakfast!
It seems like there is less and less that we can eat every day- maybe we're preparing for not eating in 4th density??!!

I know exactly how you feel, rice is a major part of the diet of my family and culture (asia), so even though I've cut down on eating rice at home, sometimes when you're travelling it can't be avoided because the only other option is wheat products!

Re. 4D, I believe the Cs said we 'eat' in very different ways - energy :)

The way I see it, Don Genaro, is that we are going back to the way we ate throughout millenia. It is only recently that "someone" decided that agriculture and eating high-carbohydrate diets was the way to go. Was it because it was better for us? Not from what I've read, which makes one wonder just why this all came about, at least I wonder about it.

Grains are addictive, although I'm not sure about rice. I do know that I didn't want to give it up either. But it did make a difference for me when I did. And it is really far better for us to be eating a high-fat breakfast of bacon, eggs (if you can tolerate eggs) and lots of fat.

Just think of it as eating as your far, far ancestors did. :)
