Check how tall you are?

This is an interesting thread for me and I am 167 cm(5.74 in) and ever since I can remember I have always been the lowest in my class and my height has not changed. Both my grandmothers were about 145 cm(4.9 in) tall and my grandfather on my father's side and my father is taller than me. My son at the age of 15 was 143 cm tall a year ago (now 155 cm) and has been taking growth hormone for a year due to hypopituitarism(panhypopituitarismus) which is determined by specialized tests and is under the care of a specialist. Probably the same affliction had my father's brother but that was decades ago and no one knew the possibility of such hormone therapy, and he is about 165 cm tall.

Not sure... perhaps an extra 1-2cm, but will need to do a few more measurements to check.
Did a few morning measurements immediately after waking up, and found my height was 188cm, around 2-3cm difference from afternoon/evening measurements. Now, if I recall correctly, my height used to be 185cm-186cm however those measurements might have been taken later in the day, which would mean there's no real change. So, either no change, or 1-2cm, fwiw.

A bit of a curiosity that maybe doesn't mean anything, but thought I'd ask anyway incase it indicates something about Earth/gravitational changes.

I measured myself about 6 months ago because I have virtually no disc left between my last lumbar and first sacral vertebra and I was wondering how much height I'd lost. Previously I'd measured 157cms. A self measurement came up at 162cms. I didn't take that seriously because it's difficult to accurately measure oneself. Then my height was measured at a specialist appointment and it was 162.5cms!

I have done some work on posture. If I relax into my old postural habit, I can account for about 3cms change, but that still doesn't take disc space lost and loss of disc height is common with increasing age I think.

Then I was talking to an acquaintance today and he made the comment 'It's taken me until my 50's to finally crack 6ft tall.' He has apparently been around 5'11 until his most recent health check and he's now 6'1.

So I'm wondering how many others seem to have increased in height.
Interesting you brought this up, I was always 196 cm however lately I measured 198. I contributed this to Iyengar yoga which i have been doing intensely for last 1.5 years. This type of yoga does involve a lot of extreme stretching, especially spine and hamstrings. I noticed this before I started HBOT.
Dunno but i would think if gravitational changes were so big to impact our height we would notice other effect as well.
