Of course not. Several resources report magnitude being around 12.7. It is not nearly naked-eye magnitude (should be at least <= 6.0).
And image at the link says "3 stacked 30-second images"...

There are rumors today that ISON is experiencing an outburst. We will see tomorrow. It would be interresting in conjunction with what is happening with the Sun.

Edit: The announcement comes from TRAPPIST (TRAnsiting Planets and PlanetesImals Small Telescope - A Belgian telescope in La Silla, Chile).
It has observed a first boost in activity on November 5th after a long stability, and on November 12th the flux through Red and Green filters increased by a factor ~2.

Yes, the outburst has been confirmed by many amateur astronomers. Magnitude in the visible is reported to be between 6 and 5, which makes it visible to the naked eye. There is also the possibility of a "breakup" of the nucleus, which is to be verified as well.
 
Not likely to be "water" as they suggest, but electrical arcing that may blow it to bits.

Which image of what? The above only takes you to a site and it is covered with images of the sun.

Too bad we don't see if ISON interacts with the CME coming from the right (the animation stops just before its arrival in the same plane)
 
Bottom part od this site. Here is direct link to picture showing mercury, wenus and ison. Ison is about 20 mln kilometers behind mercury on this picture.

Wow, that is amazing!

Isn't it interesting that our very quiescent sun has become more active ONLY as the comets approach?

Yes, that was very noticeable! Also, many terrestrial phenomena like violent weather (and volcanos) started about the same time.
On this particular comet itself, there was a sort of weakening when it passed close to Mars in October, than it became very active in November after it passed through the ecliptic.
