Contact with 4D STO

Did not know if that is the right place to post.
During reading Castaneda books I was wondering if things described by Don Juan/Nagual to Castaneda about „first” and „second awareness” are close explanation what our consciousness looks like at 4D. It’s written that our „first awerness” is the one which creates the world we are living in. And if you are able to concentrate enough on „second awareness” which was unlimited consciousness (closer to one?) you can get rid of any limitations and create the world you want. For me it sounds and resonate very close to what Cs are telling about 4D that it is state when physicality is our home, not prison. What are your thoughts on this?

Another thing for which I did not find good explanations is „Riese” project by Nazi Germany. What they did there and what is hidden there

Couldn't find it, but there was a session in which this question was asked in regards to the healing by hands technique, can't remember what' it's called... Laura asked the C's if it could heal karma and I think they said yes.

Ra: I am Ra. You are correct. We will briefly expand upon this understanding in order to clarify.

Forgiveness of other-self is forgiveness of self. An understanding of this insists upon full forgiveness upon the conscious level of self and other-self, for they are one. A full forgiveness is thus impossible without the inclusion of self.

I'll add my two cents here.
It may also come down to your contract that you agreed to before coming down here. Some people have it come naturally when they are ready. While others needed a life changing event to trigger something etc, and it also my be that in this life you choose to be left alone. I can't speak for yourself only you know deep down is the answer.

If you try to make contact without being ready, you will be opening yourself up to possible dark forces/energy. From my experience, which may or may not be true. I believe I have had 4D and beyond STO contact, but only though dreams. From what I have read, dream contact is also what STO beings can do to contact you. Since my contacts over more then a decade, I have not been targeted by negative beings or energy.

But as others have said, you need to work on yourself, do the time and research.

Having been involved with Reiki for some time, I don't think it's a magic bullet that will clear you of all Karma and other ailments in a few sessions, but it can be a tool like many others. Also in the first question Laura asks about symbols, and the C:s have mentioned that Usui did not reveal all the symbols to Takata who later brought it to the west.
