It looks to me like a fake. Some 3D guys, expert in creating it must have created it to vent out their frustration. Universe sending this type of message means giving too much value to Bill Gates or his windows( There could be millions of windows design other than MS Windows logo). I don't think he is that important for the higher levels. Probably, he himself got it created?
