I watched this video several times...
but honestly - that was a very thin video.
I mean for the claim to have "the final proof by Dr. Drosten, that the virus does not exist, and the German Gov is finished" (like the German title of the video implies). Drosten said "The illness doesn't exist" - out of context, and in a video that was cut at two occasions.
Drosten never said in bare words "the virus does not exist". (He wouldn't be that stupid, or ?)
Consider: The video was made on 2 Sep 2020 - at a time when Germany had no covid-19 related deaths.
His reasoning in the end of the video, was a bit funky, though. He appeared mostly worried about "people are not believing in the illness (because no deaths were present), People start to loosing trust..."
Good point - let's push for a second wave, right ?
Let me clarify
This is not a defense speech for Dr Drosten. Anything but. He is a criminal puppet - ultimately helped psychopaths around the world to fulfill the biggest scam and wealth transfer the world ever has seen.
The medical and juridical defenses are working on this deeply. At this stage there is plenty of proof of Drosten's fake science. It is now taken to courts in US, Germany, Canada, etc. In Portugal, Lisbon the higher court has already ruled that the PCR-tests can not determine disease !
On top of that - Dr Drosten cheated / lied about his "doctor title" which supposedly was based on a paper written in 2001 (about PCR-tests). That doctor paper - never existed back in 2001. Nor did it ever later.
Instead it has been falsified with haste and sloppiness late summer 2020 - with help of one of Germany's leading universities, who helped to cover it up, pretending that it had been written in 2001. (Later the university had to back off - when they where pushed against the wall)
Drosten's RT-PCR Covid-19 Test Paper
is a creation which is blatantly fraudulent - and has been found guilty by 22 leading medical scientists - who for the first time, only recently, were able to peer-review it. That was never done before - as nobody was allowed to (jan/feb 2020). It contained 10 major errors and 3 uncertainties. The PCR Test paper is considered to be of such a bad quality - that it never should have been published in the first place.
On Top, Drosten published a claimed statement, that people without symptoms - asymptomatic people - were contagious. This is medical nonsense.
The Drosten paper(s) where in only 2 days accepted by the WHO (which is equally guilty) without any peer-reviews had been conducted.
Yet, the very same Drosten paper was and is the foundation of the global scam - the ruling guideline for worldwide PCR testing, wrongful interpretations and the illegal "excuse" for most governments around the world forcing people into lockdowns, mandating masks, implementing economical punishment if not obeyed, social distancing and maintaining national economic suicides.

Strangely enough, the Twitter Didier Raoult's account does not include the word "Officiel".
And his last tweet is from Dec. 16:
I scrolled a bit in his account and I could find nothing related.
As this picture above is not a tweet per se, and that there is no date, we cannot verify. Maybe a pic shared on FB?
However, there was indeed an big fire in a pharma tech plant in Taiwan from this article published on Dec. 21, where a man succumbed to his wounds:
But in this article, there is nothing suggesting that it was a "hydroxychloroquine sulfate" plant.
From another article published on Dec. 20:

Nothing there suggesting either that a "hydroxychloroquine sulfate" plant was burning.
From a third one published on Dec. 22, they talk about it with a source from alleged Liberty Times, but without any link to follow.
Anyway, by searching further, there is a plant of this kind in Taiwan. In an article dated from March 2020 from a French Website named "Industrie Pharma":
So despite the fact that the Tweet could not come from Didier Raoult's account, and that the three Taiwanese articles shared here did not specified it, there was indeed a big fire in one of the world known hydroxychloroquine sulfate plant... in Taiwan.
And by searching from the name Sci Pharmtech Inc. wrote in the two quotes, we can see that indeed, this is a plant which does/did product hydroxychloroquine sulfate:

Maybe if I had started by the latter, I would have found the answer faster, but I've searched via News first.

As chaos unfolded in the UK with the government touting an unverified ‘mutant strain’ of COVID to justify a fresh lockdown, video has emerged of British travellers being herded inside foreign airports and held against their will.
As EU nations began to shut down flights from Britain, some passengers have been caught up in the nightmare. Video from German newspaper BILD shows Brits forced to sleep in the same room at Hanover airport, after being refused entry to the country.
The footage shows health officials and nurses, some in full hazmat gear, administering immediate Covid-19 tests, as passengers plead “Please help us leave!”
“We are at Hanover airport and we are held against our will, we were tested and were prohibited from leaving the premises while awaiting the results,” said traveller Manuela Thomys in the video.
Hanover health official Andreas Kranz told German news wire DPA that “Our aim is to prevent the new variant of the virus from entering the region,”
According to the ‘authorities’, if passengers test negative, they will be allowed to proceed to their destination, but will still have to enter a 10-day quarantine. After five days and another negative test result, they can end the quarantine.
However, if the passengers test positive for the ‘mutant strain’, they will reportedly be held in a quarantine facility.
The same situation was in effect at Berlin’s BER Airport, according to Tom Nuttall, the Berlin correspondent for The Economist:

New York Times correspondent Patrick Kingsley, who was also on the flight to Berlin said authorities let German citizens through without a test:

BILD also reported that a pilot on a German-bound flight from the UK told non-German passengers they needed to get off the plane before it took off or face mandatory COVID-19 testing and a subsequent quarantine when they landed.
Audio recorded by someone on the plane reveals that the pilot gave non-German passengers the option to get off the plane before facing chaos, including isolation and mandatory COVID tests, upon landing.
According to reports, France, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Switzerland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Croatia and Turkey have all moved to stop flights from the UK because of the new strain.
Outside Europe, Canada, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Kuwait, El Salvador, Argentina, Chile and Morocco have all imposed travel bans.
The 70% more contagious ‘mutant strain’, of which scientists and government officials in the UK have not been shown evidence, has reportedly already appeared in Italy, Denmark, the Netherlands, Australia and Belgium.

In the above mentioned CDC report titled "Anaphylaxis Following m-RNA COVID-19 Vaccine Receipt", the authors mention anaphylaxis as the culprit for "health impact events" but when you calculate the incidence percentage you get the following numbers:
Dec.14: 3/679 = 0.4%
Dec.15: 50/6,090 = 0.8%
Dec.16: 373/27,823 = 1.3%
Dec.17: 1,476/67,963 = 2.2%
Dec.18: 3,150/112,807 = 2.8%
As you can see the incidence ratio of "heath impacts events" keeps increasing. It was multiplied by 7 from 0.4 to 2.2% over 5 days, which suggest that the vaccine has delayed adverse effects that can take days to manifest.
The problem is that anaphylaxis manifests almost immediately after exposure to the allergenic agent:
It means that there are probably other (delayed) adverse reactions going on besides (immediate) anaphylaxis.
