Connecting the dots
Russia Covid deaths - Athletes dying - carbs loading custom - being "fat"(dad bod / internal fat) - Covid - Alcohol - passing out - highly stressful Athletes training
I think the following may be causing it given the Covid presence in these people's bodies:
1. Carb loading causes pulmonary problems. Lungs become stressed, cannot take up as much oxygen, which an athlete desperately needs fast. Heart gets overstrained. ==> Sudden death. We saw these decades ago, when Olympic athletes were taking dangerous performance enhancer drugs => their hearts gave out.
2. High Alcohol Uptake Countries, like Russia: people have been warned not to drink alcohol after getting the jab. (Excessive Covid/particles in the body)
3. In our country - Hungary (Western neighbor of Ukraine) - at months begin, when people get their salary, its customary for blue collar workers to get drunk so badly, they cannot walk, so they usually pass out anywhere. Usually we see gypsies dominating this group.
This month a gypsy man passed out right before our house in the bushes. Ambulance was called.
4. So I think countries with high alcohol uptake, like Russia, the Covid disease simply may kill lots of Russians, just because they already got [largely] asymptomatic Covid and sober they are easily able to live with it - but if they get drunk - (middle-aged usually are "obese enough" with beer-bellies and enough internal fat, so the larger mass of internal fat pushes against their lungs, preventing free breathing [like thin people can do] and their fatty heart with % clogged arteries is strained too, I think), they immediately get pulmonary problems, because of the virus presence so they can't breathe properly ==> they pass out. Also their hearts are struggling, their heart aren't working properly, because of alcohol + because of the virus presence in their bodies. Causing the exact number of deaths, we see in Russia today, I think.
I'm basing this on my experience. As soon as I eat carbs, stuffing myself with food, because of the internal fat (age 49 + "dad bod"), I get palpable "pulmonary problems", which are slight, but still detectable. I think the only reason I'm still alive, because I'm also drinking the arteries-unclogging cocktail and taking magnesium, plus I train once per week. Not much sleep and overstressing / overstraining in my job causes heart-ache / chest pain in the heart area.
I hope I won't have to continue this lifestyle [forced by situation], because I estimate 5 years max until expiration of body, straining it this way.

Carbohydrate-loading diet - carb loading before big sports events / plays or before important trainings, which money-men visit, where these athletes can graduate / get chosen for big money matches.A compilation of recent cases of athletes suffering sudden health issues. Wonder what could be the cause?
