A few closing bits to note whilst in the throes of the experience as it were:

- It doesn't feel entirely like flu though certain elements overlap. One word I'd use to describe it is WEIRD like this is not how a disease should feel like?
- Whilst my partner lost her taste and smell when she had covid, my taste and smell are in tact.
- It definitely feels like a virus so not sure what it means when people say it isn't a virus that's been isolated. It sure feels real is all I'll say.
- Whilst it feels intense given I'd say I'm in the "mid range" of experiencing symptoms (the higher range being struggling to breath I guess), it's not debilitating but I can see being relatively young without underlying issues might be a key component to the body rolling with the punches as it were. The intensity is definitely something to note - the intense unrelenting rolling waves. It's not painful, debilitating but it is something and I'm not sure how different bodies would react.
- I was working Mon - Wed and today I noticed some brain fog... like I couldn't concentrate and instead just needed to rest. The "fog" thus far has only been in this context of intense concentration at work where your mind just goes no, time to switch off and relax. Will keep an eye on this - hoping it's just the body saying to rest both physically and mentally whilst the immune system does its thing.

Being the eternal dramatist, assuming I get through this, I think my position on vaccines will be even more cemented as I'll be having an immune system fresh off covid. Boris can go F off. Continuing with the dramatics, if indeed lady fate has it in for me because you know, why not 🤷, then Boris can still go F off... Either way Boris is F'ing off. Excuse the language 🤭.

Okay - so it has been 4 months since I had covid and can confirm I have caught it again but it feels very different this time. It's like a strong "head cold" now - blocked sinuses, headache at the front of the head, dry and tickly throat. Gotta go through this covid drama again - if I could I'd like to know how it is I caught it twice in 4 months. This one though feels very different to the first one and definitely more "lite" - at least for now.

Incidentally, both times I've caught it after meeting the same individual.

Oh dear, may you get better quickly. At least you already know what can help you. :hug2:

Wow. Is this individual draining your energy in any way? Recently, an emotionally unstable colleague of mine left the team and since then I've felt like my 'batteries' have recharged. One is never too careful in this world...

Could you please just pass it on to me? ;-D
Anyway, get well quickly.
You might take advantage of a positive pcr, no hassle for 6 months at least.

Haha, you can't seem to catch it and I can't seem to avoid it. Lol. I have the unenviable position of being able to compare contrast 2 different variants of covid from first person experience. 🥴

Thank you - lets see how it goes this time round.

Yes - going to do a PCR shortly. I figure I might as well take advantage of the positive PCR test certification.

He's a close friend but we are opposites - he believes the lies and thinks I'm crazy but we have had a friendship for many years so we agree to disagree. It's difficult.

You might try getting a finger prick test for your D count on Amazon. A recent study indicates you need to see it at the very least 50 nanograms per millileter; at that level, viruses cannot penetrate the cells. ALL viruses. So, it would be interesting to know what level you're at, which would either confirm or cast some doubt on this premise.

Feel better!

Dr. McCullough says in his video titled:

that you cannot get Covid twice. Nobody gets Covid twice. So it had to be some regular flu.

The Ecuadorian government on Thursday issued a vaccine mandate for all eligible residents, making Ecuador the most recent country to issue this strict measure against the COVID-19 pandemic.

Exceptions to the far-reaching vaccine mandate will be made for people who cannot safely receive the vaccine, the government said. All other Ecuadorians ages five and above will be required to get the shot.

Ecuador's Minister of Public Health Ximena Garzón cited the spread of new variants of concern, such as omicron, for the new requirement. To encourage vaccinations, 24-hour health centers will be kept open over the Christmas holiday, the health ministry said in the announcement.

..across the board, it didn't matter what we looked at, vaxxed kids had a lot more health problems than the unvaxxed.

Noticed this, quoted from the paper you posted.
It still gives me a brain cramp to observe how gullible and locked into cognitive dissonance people are, it’s like a contest to see how much damage and victimhood can be accrued with this horrific, barbaric “belief” system of Big Pharma Medicine.

“Developmental disorders were determined to be difficult to study due to extremely low prevalence in the practice, potentially attributable to high rates of vaccine cessation upon adverse events and family history of autoimmunity. Remarkably, zero of the 561 unvaccinated patients in the study had attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) compared to 5.3% of the (partially and fully) vaccinated.”

Dr. Paul Thomas remarked that more and more studies are coming out showing the same.

I was thinking about that and I can only conclude that what he said about this doesn't match up to what I've actually experienced

  • The first time I lost my smell and it was quite the ride. The tests also confirmed covid. Due to this I'm pretty certain it was covid - for sure not flu which I've had before. The experience was "intense" like all the cells in your body were being seared 🔥🔥.
  • The 2nd time (now) it feels different from the 1st time, like the mode of attack is different. I'm quite headachy and my nasal area is super congested / pressured + my throat is a bit dry and feels a bit like sand paper. If anything I'd have thought what I feel now may be the false positive as it's not as intense as the 1st time (fingers crossed it stays this way) but the test is positive and it fits the symptoms for Omicron (i.e. more like a cold). Will see what PCR says.
I can only speak from what I'm experiencing - I'd need a doctor or scientist to demonstrate the premise that it isn't covid twice as my experience contradicts that. Keeping an open mind as can't take McCullough's premise at face value given this - the situation in the world may have changed with Omicron.

In any case, either there's something haywire with my immune system or there's something strange with Omicron (which is what I think I have now) that it evaded my immune system - it could be that I was exposed to a very high viral load or it could be that it has been enhanced with the capability to "infect" cells more effectively.

Imagine how strange it is sitting here, having "Omicron" symptoms after having had a more intense covid experience not more than 4 months ago! It is VERY weird. My Xmas is also cancelled... dear me... must have done something wrong 😅.

It'll be interesting to see if other cases like mine pop up i.e. previously recovered people coming down with this new covid variant.

I wonder if there's something to this:

Thanks Heather. This sounds interesting - mind posting an example of the product from Amazon and I can order a similar one from where I'm at?
