Just saw that the corona vaccination campaign in Holland starts on 15th September, in spite of everything that has come out so far. They just go on and on, and in that light, I wanted to report on Arno van Kessel, a brave Dutch lawyer, who has taken on Goliath. (See

For 5 years, he has been pestered and harassed by authorities, but could still do his job, and initiated legal proceedings not only against the Dutch State, but also high profile national and international figures like
Mark Rutte, Bill Gates, Albert Bourla, and others. There are certainly comparisons to the full destruction of Reiner Fuellmich in neighbouring Germany. Absolutely horrendous what is happening, and aside from a few hundred sympathizers, it seems no one could care much less.
On July 14th 2023, Arno van Kessel and his colleague Peter Stassen, on behalf of the Recht Oprecht Foundation representing seven plaintiffs who all suffer from the consequences of corona vaccinations, filed a civil lawsuit before the District Court of Leeuwarden (in the very north of Holland). The defendants include the Dutch state, former Prime Minister Mark Rutte, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, Bill Gates, and others, totalling 17 individuals and entities. The plaintiffs allege that the Covid-19-‘vaccine’ is actually a cloaked bioweapon, and that the alleged side effects are deliberately chosen effects. The lawyers accuse the government of committing genocide of its own people, whereby it must be noted that the legal definition of genocide also includes the infliction of serious bodily harm.
The lawsuit seeks damages for the alleged vaccine injuries, and a verdict of the Court deciding whether the Covid-19-shot is a vaccine for the health of the population, or a bioweapon.
In their briefs, the plaintiffs provide the necessary evidence. They also want to hear
six expert witnesses under oath who can prove their allegation regarding the injections as a bioweapon: Professor Dr. Dr. Francis Boyle (professor of International Law),
Catherine Austin Fitts (Former U.S. Government Chief Officer),
Dr. Mike Yeadon (former top scientist at Pfizer), Alexandra Latypova (former pharmaceutical), researcher Katherine Watt and Dr. Joseph Sansone (psychotherapist specializing in clinical hypnosis). One of them, Professor Boyle, with whom the lawyer duo had contact on 12 January 2025, died on 30 January at the age of 74.
A significant development occurred in September 2024 when Bill Gates challenged the court’s jurisdiction over him, citing Article 11 of the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure. The Leeuwarden District Court rejected this claim in an interim judgment,
ruling that Gates must stand trial, making him the only defendant required to appear in person. The court scheduled a hearing for July 9, 2025, to address the substantive issues of the case, marking the first significant progress after two years of procedural delays, partly attributed to Gates’ legal team submitting extensive objections and scheduling conflicts.
Now on 11th June 2025,
Arno van Kessel was arrested by the Special Intervention Service (DSI). During the military style raid on his house, he was blindfolded, arrested and taken away with a great show of power. His entire family was held at gunpoint. The house was searched for hours by a team of fifteen agents. The action turned out to be related to several raids in Holland, in which eight people, called ‘souvereigns’ (people turning away from the state), were arrested. The only thing that the Public Prosecutor’s Office has come out with, is that the group is “suspected of committing criminal and terrorist offences together, aimed at collecting or wanting to use weapons and/or dangerous substances”. It was even suspected they had planned an attack during the NATO top in The Hague, which was held on 24th and 25th June. Until now, authorities fail to provide a shred of evidence, just stating that ‘in the context of the investigation we cannot give out any information.’ Since 9/11, all these types of rules where suspected 'terrorists' are involved, make it so much easier of the authorities to silence or put someone away without any accountability or visibility. Van Kessel’s wife emphasizes that her husband is wrongly associated with this.
While the MSM in Holland is silent on the arrest, the case has attracted attention abroad from Sri Lanka to Brasil, framing it as an attempt to suppress the lawsuit, after all, should the judge rule that it the Covid-19-shots are indeed a bioweapon, such a ruling would have colossal criminal consequences worldwide for persons, agencies and governments involved in the roll-out of the Covid-19 injections. The accusation that Van Kessel is part of terrorist organization may therefore well be intended to stop him in this legal process.
Interestingly, the DSI has been in existence since July 2006 as part of the Dutch National Police. It acts as an arrest team in case of firearm-hazardous, or terrorism and dangerous suspects. Within the DSI, police officers and the military work closely together. Due to the involvement of the military in the DSI,
NATO cannot be kept out of the picture in terms of international cooperation. The DSI’s deployment of the arrest of people suspected of terrorism is undoubtedly done with the knowledge of Dutch intelligence agencies like AIVD (Fun Fact:
Dutch prime minister Dick Schoof, was previously director-general of the General Intelligence and Security Service (AIVD), and the National Coordinator for Security and Counterterrorism (NCTV) before becoming PM), organizations that hold a lot of sway in the national administration. Moreover, FOI documents and statements of the government, including of the former Minister of Health Fleur Agema, show that the Dutch corona policy was carried out on behalf of the National Coordinator for Counterterrorism and Security (NCTV) and NATO. And through NATO even on behalf of other powerful international institutions.
The arrest took place shortly after van Kessel submitted documents for the July 9 hearing. He was brought to a maximum-security prison, reportedly blindfolded during transport, and held under strict restrictions, including no contact with his wife. His detention was extended for 90 days, preventing him from attending the July 9 hearing, though the case proceeded with his colleague Peter Stassen representing the plaintiffs.
At the July 9th hearing, Stassen moved to ask the Court whether plaintiffs’ expert witnesses, as mentioned above, can testify under oath. Defendants absolutely oppose this, claiming
'they are not experts, let alone independent experts, and that the vaccines are safe and effective on the basis of scientific consensus.’
A ruling on the inclusion of expert witnesses is expected within six weeks, with the
next hearing scheduled for November 27, 2025.
The case’s outcome hinges on the plaintiffs’ ability to substantiate their claims of vaccine-related harm. In order to get Van Kessel out of the way, the Dutch Bar Association, that organization that stands for “rights for everyone and a good administration of justice,”

disbarred him at the end of July, because he is a suspected terrorist. Nice and easy! Furthermore, the crowdfund platform GoFundMe is still failing to pay Euro 70.000 in donations that have been collected for Van Kessels’ legal proceedings because he is regarded as a potential terrorist. And the media — including also professional legal journals — mercilessly destroy him while he sits in prison.
As the lawsuit progresses, all eyes are on the District Court of Leeuwarden. The inclusion of expert witnesses could shape the case’s trajectory, while van Kessel’s ongoing detention raises broader questions about legal fairness. The November 27 hearing will be a critical moment, potentially determining whether this case becomes a landmark challenge to global health policies or fades into obscurity.
Personally, I don’t hold my breath over a just and truthful outcome of the case, but one can hope and applaud the bravery of men like Van Kessel and Stassen.
