Possibly, but Laura and Andromeda will have to decide... I suggest you fill in the form and send it, asking for a replacement crystal and copying&pasting what you just wrote. And when we do the next selection (next year), we'll take a look at it together.

Since I received my crystals, my personal crystal has fallen to the floor twice, and each time a small chip broke off. In this case, does the crystal still serve its purpose, or should I request a new one? I would also like to request crystals for my parents, and, if my brother agrees, (I’ll ask him during the holidays), for him as well—I will fill out the form at the appropriate time. I see you mentioned that the next selection will be done next year, so when I visit my parents for Christmas, I will complete the form and finalize the details with them and my brother (and explain everything). I might request travel crystal as well.

Couple of questions:

I received a TON of "home crystals" -- I have placed them all throughout the house, but I was wondering if there was any particular reason I received so many?

What is Matthew's dream crystal? It's a turquoise color with a sort of "flaky" pattern and gold-ish veins. I am generally pretty good about identifying minerals, but I'm not sure about this one. It's beautiful!

Nope, not turquoise. I didn't describe the color very well. Or the texture. Or the "veins." Hahaha. Here's a picture, although the light makes it look a little more green than it actually is.

Good morning,
my own personal crystal has been thrown on the floor by my silly cat. Now a large chip has come off it. Is it still good?
If not, I would gladly request another one. I tried the link to request a new one however, I can't open it at all. Nothing shows. How can I request a new set if I can't use the form? Any ideas? Alternative?

Sometimes the crystals want to break purposefully in order to change to do something differently, so I would keep using the broken pieces in the meanwhile.

My crystals arrived just before Christmas, much to my delight. I felt a wave of joy wash over me, taking me rather by surprise, as I opened the package and saw the crystals and their handwritten labels, particularly the ones for my son. I am also very grateful to receive a few more crystals and stones than I expected!

I must correct my statement. It was not, thankfully, my own personal crystal but my water crystal. It was almost cleaved in two. I suppose I could use both pieces for my water?
