It is stupid that there are almost no really good cigarettes. All the knowledge and trashy food, risky alcohol, messed drugs, bad earth and rivers, cities making a ... of your brain.

Hi bosy,
Have you read the threads on diet and cigarrettes? Do you think you can do something to change what you have noticed??
Yes, I did and yes, I do.

any info on this? I went through the replies and couldn't find any info as to how much nicotine I 'require'. I'm a blood type O Negative. Not sure if blood type can be weighed into this though, as constitution can be much more specific than just blood type.

Basically, we have yet to find any information for establishing that. And nothing to suggest that blood type plays any clear or predictable role. So the best way seems to simply be to try and see - which is easy enough. Does it help with focus, mental energy and clarity? Is the body fine with it? Then the amount is probably fine. On the other hand, if in increasing the amount, it brings no discernible benefit, or there are negative effects, such as the mind losing focus, or anxiety or negative bodily reactions, it's probably too much. So, just trying and seeing what works the best is the approach we've taken.

Consider also the possibility of a muscle trigger point pain referral pattern causing pain behind left eye. This may be due to postural imbalance and neck and shoulder tension.
