Light waves implies photons correct? Maybe the photons cause energy excitation, which leads to the ladder DNA formation.

I would think so too. But the said that DNA could be altered by Magnetics too. But then, it is all encompass in the light.

As for the ladder, I would think that new one or something is added cause the way I saw it, when they unroll my DNA, it had already the ladder style. But I could not tell if the added part where to be others ladder or something that would come in to fix itself to the existing ladder.
