Well, it failed to locate the earthquake however the Alaskan earthquake was certainly significant.

The large earthquake in Alaska is not because of the Mars-Earth-Jupiter alignment. It's because of the Venus-Mercury-Uranus alignment on the 25th in combination with a high lunar peak. (See the sunday post).
The Mars-Earth-Jupiter alignment on the 29th may cause some seismic increase, especially on 31 July and 1 August. The Mediterranean and Africa may also be at risk.

Ongoing aftershock activity at the Dodecanese Islands after a M 5.7 earthquake this morning.
Dodecanese are a group of 15 larger plus 150 smaller Greek islands in the southeastern Aegean Sea and Eastern Mediterranean, off the coast of Turkey's Anatolia, of which 26 are inhabited.

On 1 August three alignments involving Mercury, the Sun, Earth and Saturn may cause larger seismic activity potentially reaching higher 6 to 7 magnitude in the coming days, with emphasis on 3-5 August
Atmospheric fluctuation may be pointing to Greece-Turkey-Balkan region for possible strong seismic activity, potentially higher 6 to 7 magnitude in the coming days. Central-Eastern Turkey or Iran is also possible. Other regions are not excluded.

The theory behind the relationship between critical planetary geometry and larger earthquakes is that strong electromagnetic currents occur which in turn affect the material world (including Earth's crust) which can then force an energy release if tectonic pressure has reached a critical level.

Nowadays, seven out of eight planets are grouped in a relatively small region of space. This is why we currently have so many planetary alignments. You can already see an upcoming rare alignment of outer planets (Mars-Jupiter-Neptune), which will happen in about five months.
The question has been asked a few times if all the planets in the Solar System ever line up together. It may take thousands of years for all the planets to come close to one line, but such grouping will never be exact.
In the not too distant past 7 of the 8 planets actually came close and grouped around a central (imaginary) line. This was in 1762. The result was a total of no less than 8(!) planetary alignments in just two days (28-29 March). Three more alignments occurred on 1-2 April. It resulted in a megathrust earthquake with an estimated magnitude 8.8 in Bangladesh-Burma on 2 April 1762. The earthquake is also referred to as the 1762 Arakan earthquake:

FORECAST: On the 19th Earth aligns with Mercury and Mars and also with the Sun and Jupiter on the 20th. The first alignment in particular may cause large seismic activity, potentially high 7 to 8 magnitude, but this is less likely given the large seismic activity in the last seven days. It cannot be ruled out however and the highest probability of occurrence will be on or following the lunar peaks on the 21st and 22nd.

A few days ago an atmospheric peak seemed to indicate a possible strong shake for Greece-Italy and maybe Turkey (Earthquake Forecast). This morning a second peak seems to again point to these regions, but it may take another day or two (24-25 August) for larger seismic activity to occur.
FORECAST: Critical planetary geometry on the 24th and 25th may cause larger seismic activity, possibly on the same days due to a converging lunar peak, or with next lunar peak on 27-28 August. Probable magnitude range is mid to high 6 with a slight possibility of 7. Source: ditrianum.org

Atmospheric electricity shows an excited signal in a 5mV band since the 22nd. This can be a sign of upcoming larger seismic activity. Based on atmospheric peaks we have isolated Italy, Greece and possibly Turkey as higher risk areas and possibly South Japan/Taiwan
