Earthquakes around the world

The following video shows a 'strange creature' found two days ago on a beach in Acapulco, Mexico. They don't know what it is, but they speculate it might be a giant squid. If so, giant squids are only meant to live in very deep waters, which is why it has been next to impossible to film or study them. So, whatever it is, assuming it is a critter from the deep, then it is an anomaly that it reached a beach, which might be another sign of disturbances along the Pacific shores, i.e. the Ring of Fire. Recall that there was a Japanese legend that when a certain fish from the deep is washed ashore, it is a message about an impending earthquake.

I think you are right Windmill knight, because the week report (4-12 March, 2016) of National Seismologic Services, mention that there had been 233 earthquakes above 3 magnitude mostly at the pacific coast, and more within Guerrero, Oaxaca and Chiapas states. _http://www2.ssn.unam.mx:8080/website/jsp/semanal.jsp, the last four days there had been 99 earthquakes above 3 magnitude _http://www2.ssn.unam.mx:8080/ultimos.html

Add: is seem to not be that recently, there is a catalogue, and February had 760 eartquakes above 3 magnitude, January had 962 above 3 magnitude, Decembre (2015) 1072, that is not good, I think.

Something is going on there, this weekend they found a dead whale in Maria Colotepec, Oaxaca http://www.sott.net/article/314928-Rorqual-whale-found-dead-on-Mexico-beach; and that is close (400 km) to Acapulco, well relatively speaking :P ... according to National Seismologic, this weekend were around 35 earthquakes above 3 magnitude and 4 off shore, at those states (Oaxaca, Guerrero) ... but I am not longer sure if that may be the cause. Recalling the death of the turtles last year http://www.sott.net/article/292193-150-sea-turtles-found-dead-in-Mexican-Pacific-lagoon, and there were more this year _http://oaxacadiaadia.com/2016/02/06/investigan-extrana-muerte-y-varamiento-de-tortugas-en-oaxaca/, both cases within the same area.
