The Cosmic Force
logos5x5, you might try easing up on the Beatha a bit. Doing it every day can dig up stuff we have locked in us too quickly and we can become overwhelmed. You might try it a couple of times a week for a bit and see how you feel. Or even go for a bit without the Beatha at all. We would have to be supermen/women to be able to remain in a self-observing state all the time.
What I am saying is that you might be pushing yourself too hard and putting unrealistic expectations on yourself to think that you'll be able to continue keeping a handle on the anger all the time. If you back off the Beatha, it'll give yourself time to settle down. There is no point in trying to rush through the process. We need to have faith in the process. Our bodies and our higher selves knows what we need. Doing the practice regularly, without overdoing it, it what we need. We don't need to storm the walls.
