The Monday session is at 2pm Eastern so possibly a better option for you after you've honed your solo practice :)

I reccommend the group sessions for getting back into committed EE practice, they've helped me

As others replied (thank you Novae and Arlind!) there are two meetings, one on Mondays and another one on Thursdays. I'll put some US times for both meetings below so you can choose which one is better for you:
