As readers may know by now, we are being sued by Eric Pepin and his "Higher Balance Institute" as reported today on sott.

This is a pretty expensive thread, people!

Anyway, while reading over the legal documents, I noticed that Higher Balance Institute is a subsidiary of "Auxien Enterprises, Inc."

I decided to try to find out what this word means.

I didn't find out what it means, but I found some interesting pages on the net that may be related.

On the second page, about reincarnation, we read:

Reincarnation

Reincarnation is the simple concept that you live a life, you die and you get reborn again. I�d like to think that we have a much broader level of understanding of the entire process. Everyone is not necessarily reborn again and there are multitudes of different understandings. What makes us different is our richness in knowledge, our depth of conceiving and understanding things. The idea is to take everything you know and to try and put it into the densest form of understanding that you can.

Let�s break it down, when a person dies, what happens? At that very moment, what happens? You must start from the very instance of death. There are certain levels that you need to get through before you even leave your body. There are certain things happening, the second you die, you just don�t get reincarnated. You just don�t shoot out of your body and have total awareness. It�s much more intricate than that. It�s so complex, we must conceive every possibility from death to the highest level. It�s like a tree, there are many possible roots that somebody may take.

First of all, one must accept that they�re dead. And what�s going to determine if someone even gets to that point? If you believe in life after death or not. We need to decide whether we�re dead or alive, even if you don�t think about it, it�s the first thing that happens. Either you take the left route and get stuck here for a while. Going through the normal ghostly hauntings, hanging around, and thinking it�s still life in a dream state (keeping the same body in a dream state). Or you take the right route, believe in life after death, and accept that you�re dead.

What happens now is the root splits again. On one side you will see something relating to your religious beliefs, like a tunnel or something. And on the other is hell. What do I mean by hell? Their own personal hell, it is the worst thing that they could possibly imagine for themselves. They will potentially create their own hell. I�ll tell you one thing, everyone will go to hell at first. Everybody is going to go to hell, unless you are totally resolved and have reached enlightenment and are totally pure when you die. You will go through some sort of anguish to burn off whatever remains that you did wrong in this past life. That is hell. Now hell isn�t like life after death. It�s not a matter of believing in hell. It�s a matter of burning karma off. It�s about resolving issues that are not resolved within you. Everybody wants to believe that they�re not going to hell. Which means that you believe you�re so good that everything that you�ve ever done wrong is not punishable and you�re above that. Well, you�re going to go to hell because you�re going to have to figure out the wrong things that you may or may not have done.

Now hell may last what seems like eternity, but in reality you haven�t even left your body yet. This is all happening in nano seconds. Every nano second is like 10 hours in your brain. You�ll hear people say when they came close to death, how their whole life flashed before their eyes. Well it really does that. Imagine a computer now. You take the hard drive with the data, it is a 20 meg hard drive. It�s an antique computer. And we want to process a long spreadsheet. It takes about 2 hours. That�s how long the older computers took to do a really good spreadsheet. Now lets turn around and say that electricity can move at the speed of light, even in your brain. Let�s say at a traumatic moment everything moves amazingly fast with perfect precision and without flaw. So we take the same hard drive and we put it into a Pentium computer today. How long does it take to do the same equation? It�s done instantly. Time becomes nothing. Time is only fathomable to us in the physical body. But as energy, as electron thoughts, we can move at such a rapid rate that we gauge time as a certain amount of processed thinking.

Think about how long it would take you to divide 21,486 by 14. A couple of minutes, maybe. But your brain should be able to do it faster, if you didn�t have to sit down, if time in your head wasn�t gauged by what you expect the length of time it takes. So even though everything is moving at the speed of light, you feel like it�s taking that length of time. Which explains why they say, my whole life flashed in front of me. That�s what they did, they thought about everyone they loved, who they cared about, everything! Even though their death happened in about 30 seconds, or near death, in actuality to them it was an hour instead of 30 seconds.

So if you have an understanding of right and wrong. Of the wrongs you�ve done and you really have truly tried to change your ways and you don�t consecutively try to do it anymore, it�s very likely that you won�t have a problem in your brain. You are your worst judge and you will judge yourself by the harshness that you have judged others. Always remember that. Be careful.

In the next phase you will see what you expect life after death to be. Why does death feel so nice and comfortable? Death is always a beautiful thing. I�ll tell you that right now, you will never feel anything more pleasant than death. You might fight it when you�re drowning, but after a few minutes once you know you�re going to die, it�s like being shot up with heroin. You�re going to love it. It will be the most relaxing thing you will ever feel.

Before you even leave your body, your body, once it accepts death, starts releasing a quantity of a chemical that�s like being hit with 20 gallons of heroin. The reason why you have a comfortable feeling, why you have an expectation of heaven, is because you feel great. So this, combined with your last thoughts, certainly aids you in the representation of something beautiful and light and everything else. Not to mention that your brain starts shooting off certain things that would also quantify the reason why people see lights and stuff. Kind of like pressing your hand against your eyes. Your brain just starts randomly shooting off these things. It�s all a part of aiding you in the death experience, for your energy to actually be released. So this is why so many people see the tunnel and they assume that they�re going to see family and friends. Because they�re highly delusional at this point, so they do.

Now after that phase is gone, keep in mind when you see the tunnel you haven�t even left your body yet, if you get shot in the heart your brain is still alive two minutes afterwards. If you get totally decapitated, you�re still going to be looking around the room. You may not be able to move your eyes but you can still hear. You just can�t use your motor gears. You can see, unless your eyes are shut, for up to 1-1 1/2 minutes. Then you�ll go through the death scenario and that�s it. When that all happens, then your energy is at the right peak where it starts releasing.

When I say your energy starts releasing I mean your physical body and spiritual body, your soul, start separating. Let�s talk about why this can happen only when you die. What holds your soul inside of your body? Foods are a certain form of energy. Your body uses a certain kind of energy. It doesn�t use soul to feed the body cells to convert energy, or to burn up energy. Aura equals soul. The physical body has energy, it�s a heavier frequency than soul. It�s electricity energy. It�s crackling over your body. Your soul is a different energy in your body. The body is organic energy, a heavier form of energy. The physical body is fed by organic energy. The soul resides in the body, not really feeding anything, just working with the brain and everything. When the physical body stops controlling it�s energy, when the heart stops, when death hits, the factory that�s producing organic energy gets shut down. When those lights go off, like a balloon being cut free from the strings, the soul comes out. Because the organic energy is like little hooks of velcro that blend themselves in with your soul and holds it together. It gives it consistently, gives it something to stay in. It�s the blend of those two energies that holds you in your body. As long as there is life force, there is an energy that holds you in very tight and firmly, perfectly.

This also gives validation to fasting. What do spiritual people do to get closer spiritually? They fast to burn off organic energy, to deplete it to make the spirit lighter. They feel more spiritual because if there is less energy holding it down, what happens? Your energy for spirit increases, because it�s preparing for a departure, so it�s kind of like maintaining a little high. It�s like faking death. Think about people in India fasting. Doesn�t it make sense now? They don�t eat any food, they just meditate, they don�t touch anything and they don�t do anything. They are trying to reach higher levels of states of consciousness by manipulating organic and spiritual energy.

Students also ask me about the saying, cleanliness is next to godliness, and if this ties in with organic energy. I�ve always been into keeping yourself clean physically. When you start letting yourself get stinky and dirty it reminds you of a primitive state that you were once in. And being clean reminds us of a lighter level. If you have soil from the earth all over your body, or the stench of animals clinging to you. It is a reminder of our primitive earthly roots. It�s a state of mind and it has an effect on our consciousness. It�s about running around, throwing spears, grunting, rolling in the dirt.

As part of the consciousness of the planet the human race is evolving. If the planet and universe want to reach a spiritual, energy level, it�s very likely that the human beings will be the first ones to really start to comprehend that. Keep in mind almost all creatures on this planet are very clean, if you really think about it, the dirtiest are really the human beings. I mean birds, cats, and everything is meticulous about maintaining their hygiene. So take that into consideration. Being dirty isn�t very good spiritually. I think that it�s more spiritual to be clean and progressive in that way.

There is no connection of being clean and dying. Other than that person was more than likely a young soul, and practically guaranteed to come back again. I mean it�s just a way of looking at it. They say in psychology that I can look at you and know what kind of person you are just by the way you wear your clothes and your hair. No makeup, the way your face muscles make you frown all the time, etc. On a spiritual token, being very dirty would tell me that you�re very earthy, instead of very spiritual.

There is a difference between being dirty and just having dirt on you. Look at the aborigines for instance. They�re probably very spiritual people, but are also very dirty. But the truth of the matter is that they�re not very dirty. They wear certain muds, but that is done for spiritual purposes in forms and patterns rather then just random dirt. In Africa they are meticulously clean. They live on the ground and are completely dirty, by putting dirt into their hair, but they do it to keep from getting insects in it. But to be just a dirty, unkept person, to me it�s not a representation of being spiritually evolved. So the connection between organic energy and dirt, is that they are both anchors binding you to the earth, but in very different ways.

So, we�ve broken down the fact that when they die they go through the death scenario, we know why they do the tunnel thing, we know if they stay on the earth and become a ghost, we know all that. Now, a person who ends up as a ghost, will it always remain a ghost or could something happen to change that? Self realization. If they realize that they�ve always been alive and that there is life after death they cease not to have partial memory.

The next step depends on you�re a very spiritually evolved being. You�re going to have to control karma from taking you, which isn�t really control, it just ceases to have an effect on you. If your awareness is so evolved then karma has no effect on you, it�s as if it doesn�t exist. You choose where you want to go. If you�re evolved you can choose where you want to go, not only in the planet but the entire universe. If you are highly evolved then you�re not going to be effected by karma at all. And you�re going to come back by choice or visit other places by choice, and that is what I call the epitome of heaven. That to me is real heaven. To be able to go anywhere in the universe you choose, and of free will. To go anytime, anywhere, however you want and not be forced to do anything. That�s heaven to me, to see the entire universe randomly by my choice. Choosing where I want to live, for a 100 years, 50 years, in what life, in what body, to choose it freely. Ask a Christian what heaven is to them, they wouldn�t know, some sort of fantasy.

Assuming you will be reincarnated, as soon as you leave your body at the moment that you instantly collect all of your consciousness, you get pulled into what is called the tides of karma. A basic analogy is that it�s like an ocean, and you�re a bottle. You can swim or drown. You can only be pushed and moved, and this ocean moves and pulls you until, what happens? You hit a beach. Reincarnation.

You are going to get reincarnated because of your vibration. Your tonal. Everything has a tone. If you�re a higher consciousness, your tone is like a whistle. If it�s lower it�s like a gong. So whatever is moving at the tonal of the gong in the universe, you�re going to get pushed by, because you�re the same consistency or thickness as that vibration. If you�re higher than the deep tonal of the gong it passes right through you and can�t touch you. The universe picks up your energy, your soul, and pushes it back into another reincarnation, because you�re still moving at the tonal of the gong.

So how does it select a body for you, how does that happen? Well, first let us ask if a baby has a soul. To answer this let�s look at possession. Possession, a spirit going into your body, it�s nearly impossible. Unless you are really trying to get it to come into you, it�s very hard to do. You can talk to an entity or have it talk through you, kind of like radio signals, but obviously if a radio is talking it doesn�t mean that people are inside the radio. That�s the difference. Now a soul cannot penetrate into your body because you have your soul energy or frequency. It�s like a station, 93.8, 93.5, 100.6, no 2 are alike.

When you have a baby growing in the vessel, a life form, an organic life form at this point, you accumulate water because the soul wants to go into the baby already. It wants to go in, but it can�t because you have a force-field. Your soul is around it and the water acts as an amplifier to that soul, so it makes it like a force-field 10x�s stronger to prevent a soul from penetrating. When the water breaks and gushes out, the energy field drops down, and the souls come closer. When it starts to break away from the energy field, and starts to come out, that is when the soul goes into the head. This is one of the reasons why a baby�s head is soft, and has a soft spot. It�s just like skin but no skull. It�s so that the soul can go into the physical body and into the brain of the body. Then it has a soul the instant it is born.

If you want to see spirits go to the maternity wards. When they are pushing out the babies, you will see these purple things moving around everywhere, their souls. The souls try to go in, but it pushes them back. Like 2 magnets, they reject each other. When the head comes out, it�s like playing the lottery, whoever is the luckiest one closest at the exact moment gets pulled in, the other ones loose. It really is random chance. This is the cycle of reincarnation, very quickly given--it�s a very broad subject within itself.

So we have covered our concept of reincarnation and we haven�t really broken into it. That was life after death--which is a very detailed subject. Now, when does or at what point does the super sub-consciousness awaken? It�s the secondary phase when you realize that you�re dead and you�ve accepted death, and the body starts to leave. The second it leaves, you start to collect consciousness. At that very moment, your soul is assimilating at a vibration and when it is finished it will determine what�s going to happen. Now you can hypothesize that certain souls are chosen for certain people. It has a truth to it, not in every case though, but a vibration of your body is either going to be the one that�s the best energy, closest to the energy of the person, or a better energy, because it can match anything. So the more spiritual your state of mind is, the more you can control your thoughts, it�s more likely what you�re going to draw to yourself as a soul, for the child. My mother isn�t very religious, so I don�t know what happened.

Now, memory in the genes, is there a possibility that the soul can be familiar with a certain type of body according to genes? Yes, it has to do with frequency again. There are many, many levels of frequency. If you�re attracted to a certain frequency, it�s probably that state of consciousness, culture and society, not just an intellect, but a lot of those things will discern the vibration that you�re at also. So a lot of family members will travel in groups of the same family, souls will try to get into the same state or country so they can hook up with the same person possibly. There are many situations, it all depends on the level of where you are when you die.

Now, everybody wants to imagine a picture perfect situation where the soul is chosen already...it�s very likely that the people that you�ve chosen in your life have nothing really to do with you. It�s very likely that your soul has never met these other souls that you have reincarnated into their life--that�s most likely the truth to the matter. But a lot of people from the old countries want to believe differently, and they�re going to give you a headache and a problem if you try to disagree with what they want to believe, it�s like a security blanket. I never met my father�s spirit before, not my brother or mother, but I chose them because I thought that they were leading the quality of life that I wanted, and that the vessel that I want created, they were capable of doing for me, and that�s why I chose them. They are people that I know now in this physical life, but I had never met them before. I think that when people are younger souls, they attach to other physical souls, bodies. They still reincarnate into the same family members because that�s what they relate to, but once you get past that and let go- then you�re a fee spirit. You�re more evolved, and you don�t look at the physical body being the number one important thing to your identity.

Chapter 6 - The End of the World

Revelation:

The end of the world, the destruction of civilization as we know it. Is this truly the end of all ends? Will God begin the judgment day, choosing those who are worthy and those who are not? What will come of those who are not worthy? The fear of this day rests deep inside us all, although we seldom, if ever, talk about it, unless you are planning on expanding your religious beliefs and getting a safety ticket that guarantees your salvation.

I agree that there is imminent danger coming, although it is not what everyone is expecting. For the first time, all the world religions agree humankind is in danger. All the great prophets, from Edgar Cayce to Nostradomis all agree that it will happen! They have some conflicting dates but all fit within the next two to ten years. What is this imminent danger?

As electrical beings, we are receptive to the movements of the Force, the universe. But I believe that because we have shut off our higher instincts we cannot receive a clear and defined signal. Someone once said to a student of mine that meditating was bad; that they should not meditate, but instead should pray to God. The student replied, "When you pray to God, you talk at God; when I meditate, I listen to God." Humanity has distorted or lost their natural senses because of suppression through religion and the difficulties of modern civilizations. The world is in danger; it is this that we sense as a total world consciousness.

Every one of us has asked, what is to come? We all sense an impeding doom, a threat. To deny that this feeling is within you is ludicrous. We all feel it; some have buried it deep within but have no explanation for it. Most of us feel no need to dwell on it as life goes on. This is both a good answer and a poor one. To be at peace with ourselves we conveniently ignore the problem. Our generations have been pounded by religious blackmail, which has created such a negative feeling within us that the mere mention of religious text puts us on the defensive. Some will suggest the inspiration of the devil! We must realize that we as a generation are intellectually growing, like all generations before us, knowing a little more truth instead of fearing that which we do not understand, thus preventing more of the ideas that keep us from moving forward. We are able to make a stand against our older predecessors' beliefs. The new generation must emerge and remind us that Jesus Christ had to change the Hebrews to an evolved concept for that age in history, as Buddha did, and as Mohammed did, for the world. Each one of us has a deep psychological seed planted, telling us that if we dare to challenge the holy cows of religion we will inevitably suffer! In my opinion we have already been suffering for a long time and it is time to break these mental chains, placed on us to prevent us from seeking knowledge of the world and universe we exist in because of others’ traditional old beliefs, because they fear what is ahead so they pass their fears on to us. If there ever was evil in this world, it would be the churches and the incredible power that they wield through their presence that would give the Dark Side exactly the control and manipulation it needs to limit the world. The Russian mothers and fathers did that to each generation, yet slowly, instinctually, the younger generation freed themselves, tearing down the great wall of communism, their ignorance and fear exposed. All things are relative to each other: the small is the mirror image of the large. I refuse to allow ignorance to repress me! Knowledge is power, knowledge is freedom: free yourselves! How can this God of theirs punish us? Every religion claims that they are the right one and all the others are wrong, that you and all others will go to hell! With all of these choices, how can anyone be sure to make the right choice? According to these rules we are already doomed. God (The Force) does not want us to become stagnated; God wants us to expand and grow, as any parent should want for their children.

I have a free will and I intend to use it; if I am made to suffer for it, then so be it. But I will not be placed in a locked room and told if I do not do as I am told, that I will be punished for it.

Opposing Forces:

There is in my opinion good and evil; the question is how to we define the two. As matter and antimatter. We must reflect back to earlier portions of my work and remember that the universe is expanding in space, which brings another factor into play: what is space? Exactly what are we filling in? What is God growing in (remember the word in)? Everything is something, therefore we are growing in antimatter, the opposite of space. We are expanding within antimatter, and this antimatter does not want us here, any more than we would want a tumor growing inside of us. It is wrong to believe that the antimatter is the bad guy. We are a growth occupying the space it resides in. We are pressing, pushing and even shoving our way into it. This antimatter is simply defending itself, so we can conclude that it has awareness.

Matter or antimatter, good or evil, yin or yang, The Force or Dark Side of the Force: there cannot be one without the other. By understanding this concept we inevitably begin the great battle. We are matter and we choose to exist, because God chooses to exist. What antimatter ideally wants is to eradicate all life. Not only people -- that would be vain of us to think -- but the eradication of all objects (matter); this means planets, stars and solar systems. This antimatter is intelligent; it has had as much time to evolve as God did as they both started at the exact same moment. You cannot have one without the other. This antimatter, like a chess player, works efficiently and precisely against its enemy, God. Considering that we are part of the body of God, then we are the enemy of antimatter also.

Antimatter has been battling in all ways, from the great battles at the edge of the universe as we push and battle our way for expansion (as God) to the very molecular structure of atoms. Like well-shaken oil and vinegar is the mix of matter and antimatter. Antimatter has, in all worlds and universes, including our own, mingled in destruction. It has helped to destroy millions of worlds and galaxies. It is a vile and lethal enemy, a master of destruction; even its name means the opposite of all that is. We choose to live, we choose to live because God chooses to live, inside of every being is the deepest root and that is for survival.

Suppose you were placed on a small island that had little food and there was another person there before you. This person tells you that you must go, because there is not enough food for both of you. What do you do, where can you go, there is ocean everywhere? Do you just lay down and die? No, you fight to survive! Similarly, God is fighting to survive.

Why do we feel impeding doom?

The planet is a living organism in space as you have learned. Like any organism, it is growing (evolving). We must now reflect on the frontal lobe, (the front part of the brain, located behind the forehead). Because of the development of the frontal lobe, human beings have been separated from the animal kingdom. The frontal lobe has given human beings creative imagination, which animals do not have. Because of the frontal lobe human beings have evolved at an incredible rate.

The Earth (Gaia) is near its awakening. In a manner of speaking, it is near the development of its frontal lobe. How do we know this? At this point in history, we are creating technology thousands of times faster than ever before. Because of computers, fiber optics and satellites, information is processed thousands of times faster than in the past. What took ten years to develop through research and development now takes a matter of days and in some cases hours and will soon take only seconds. For every day that passes we progress with speed and get faster and faster. In some ways, we are like an airplane on the runway, slowly beginning our movement down the lane, getting faster and faster, until at last we gain flight. The earth is nearing its awakening; it has neuron-pathways and synapses that allow data to be recorded and thoughts to be placed together at amazing rates.

This ability did not exist in perfection thousands of years ago: it evolved to this level! As the world is evolving with fiber-optics, laser communication, and satellites, the world is communicating and what at one time took months to reach the farthest places in the world are now done in seconds or even nanoseconds. Communication from sources all over the world, like hemispheres of the brain (different parts of the brain), all collectively creating one consciousness, contribute to intelligence. These are the things that act as our version of the frontal lobe. All things are part of a living thing (Gaia); no more so than the hairs on your arm serve as sensors, yet are not alive: they still contribute to the whole.

We must now take a closer look at why the danger feels so close. Science is on the verge of a new technology, a concept that has been on the drawing board for some time now. It is called nano-technology (nano-bots or robots). These are robots the size of molecules: these robots multiply themselves, creating vast numbers of microscopic robots invisible to the human eye. What these robots could do is amazing. Much like Star Trek has the replicator, which creates objects such as a cup of hot tea, the type of tea, hot water, and the mug, we will have nano-technology, which will be better. You will be resting on your couch and summon up dinner on the coffee table beside you through verbal commands. If you desire a different wall color you will simply say, "blue wall" and much like in a football game each micro-bot will turn a square and you will have a blue wall. The micro-bots have the ability to collect and glue molecules together to build whatever you desire; in fact they will create without flaw. (Molecules are the building substance of the universe; they are a vital ingredient of matter.)

Knowing this we must take a look at the ramifications of such technology. What this will do for human kind is remove crime: if someone steals your TV, simply have another built for you. There will be no diseases or hunger in the world. The polluted world will be purified, because for each oil spill the oil will be converted into the molecular structure of water; the same with toxins and smog. This will also have the effect of diminishing the financial market as we know it. Not money but land will purchase objects. All of the micro-bots combined on the face of the planet will use an amount of energy compared to one single candlelight, removing pollution and industry as we know it. The human race will be able to send a pod into space to another planet, dead and void of life and lacking oxygen, and with these micro-bots on board the pod, will release them on arrival, and have them build a civilization there for us, so we can then send colonies there. When the colonies reach the planet, the planet will have forests, oxygen, and even homes built with furniture in them. In the near future we will begin the colonization of the universe, which will removing the overpopulation concerns of our world. Only now can we begin to understand the reason for our mass population: to spread throughout the universe, as planned in advance by Gaia and even more so the Force. It is this technology that will allow the next stage of human beings to begin again on the evolutionary process. The awakening of the souls of all the masses of the world! How can this be? When you remove sickness, financial burden or hunger, you are left with one thing to focus on: experience of the self, the soul. We will expand into the self (soul), slowly awakening our race. Keep in mind that another wondrous effect of this technology is that we will not grow old; we will simply rebuild cells that cannot rebuild themselves. I find it amazing that, compared to the generations past, it is generation X, which is a term that has been placed on the current generation (ages of 18-35) because they have no purpose or cause as did the generations before them, insinuating that the past generations have already done all the great things (woman's lib, flower power, cool cats, hippie movement, Vietnam and so on) and that everyone now are mere followers in their footsteps. Generation X will be the Omega and Alpha (omega which stands for ‘end’ and alpha which stands for ‘beginning’) It is generation X that will save the world. This explains the young, people’s natural understanding of the concept of the Force, because they are older souls. (white cells) ( NOTE: Analogy: White cells means older soul while red cell means younger soul)

When will we have this technology?

According to the latest scientific information, in less than thirty years, give or take some. Science has stated that this technology (micro-bots) will revolutionize the world as we know it!

The dark side, antimatter, is also well aware of this knowledge and intends to prevent or prolong our awakening. For it is this birth or awakening of Gaia that will send:

1) Spiritually evolved beings into the universe. (human beings)

2) The technology to create more matter. (humans having the technology to create matter)

3) The greater awareness, (humans knowing) that antimatter exist and that it is intelligent and specifically wants the removal of our species and all other sentient life forms. (forewarned is forearmed)

Antimatter has thrown a stick every once in a while into the gears of the human race, but we have overcome these obstacles. Due to the constant efforts of God, (the Force) antimatter has not had the opportunity to give its full attention to our corner of the universe, although the times it has the Force sent beings such as Buddha, Christ, Mohammed and Krishna, to our aid, but more now than ever the Dark Side is aware of our progress and in combination the progress of Gaia.

It is the growing awareness of Gaia that has now alerted the Dark Side to us. We cannot allow our selves to be ignorant and assume that time is the same to all things; what is one thousand years to us is but a moment to the Force and the Dark Side. Therefore a moment’s attention from the Dark Side may have started 15 billion years ago, only now reaching a climax. It is this focus of attention that has made our race feel something inside of us that is threatening our existence, explaining the religions of the world and spiritually minded all having the sense of what is called revelations or the ending of the world, referring in their point of view to the judgment of the world. It is their misunderstanding of what God is that may now be causing damage to Gaia, as they are waiting for the coming of their lord or God with open arms, being idle, becoming stagnant; all things must change, we are all growing. Growth comes from constant experience, constant change; it is the only purpose of the soul. When we leave this world we cannot take our car, bible, significant other, house, or anything, there is only one thing that will go with you and that is your memories, your experiences of life and that is what will establish you in the universe. Our elders, not all but most in my opinion, are sitting ducks, unaware of what is happening and not being prepared they welcome this judgment, although it will be their doom.

For in truth, it is a battle for the existence of the Earth, Gaia or destruction of Gaia and all that live within (human race). This is a battle of life and death. They have allowed their senses to be weakened, their instincts are not serving them well, yet they insist they are correct and that children should never challenge the adults. We should not think for ourselves, we should only agree with what was handed to us by the churches through our fathers and mothers, from the church which contains in truth some of the most vile people in history! Killing millions in the name of God for property and power! They say that they are not part of that, but if it were not for the slaughtering of millions of men, women and children who believed in something different they would not have the beliefs that they have now. We cannot afford to be hushed by the ignorance of our elders, believing that their truth is better than ours. We must listen to the call of the universe (the Force); the sleepers must awaken.

When infected by disease or viruses which are in the progress of destroying the vessel the human body sends white cells (reference biblical angels, white warriors, white as in good) to battle the virus in order to preserve the inner universe. It is my opinion that most of the people in the world are red cells,(I believe red cells to be young souls) these red cells having a specific function in the whole. There are also the white cells, the defenders of the inner universe (I believe white cells to be warriors or older souls/ older meaning warriors due to their experience). There are those of us that in my opinion have been sent here to help defend Gaia so it may awaken and the Dark Side may be beaten backwards and prevented from its scheme.

The Scheme:

It is he destruction of the world. The dark side would prefer to destroy the world to prevent its awakening (nano-bots its largest step). How this would be done is by instigating a world war again or mass destruction through nature: earthquakes, hurricanes, even creating disease. It has a multitude of options and is simply trying to destroy the link, the frontal lobe of Gaia, the network that allows knowledge to be processed quickly on Earth. This will eventually allow Gaia to awaken; this awakening will bring Gaia to a higher vibration and this vibration much like a tuning fork will spread to other worlds. It is my belief that antimatter (Dark Force) has already placed and created viruses in the earth, a virus meaning the creation of what we call a soul, which is then incarnated into human being the same way a soul incarnates, as it has in the past.

In response to this, God (the Force) has sent, as it also has done in the past, white cells. My definition of white cells and red cells are red being very young souls just beginning their start in this dimension, white being older, more seasoned to this dimension and so more aware of confrontations with antimatter. As this battle rages on in not only this world but the cosmos we must consider the Earth. The Dark Side like any virus with each and every confrontation learns to become stronger. In response we (white cells) also learn to become stronger. At times we have won and at other times we have lost. The universe is in constant change; change is necessary. The Dark Side has in a sense raised the ante in our current time period. It has done this because of the nearing awakening of Gaia.

The Dark Side is destroying white cells with a vengeance. It has detoured white cells (souls incarnated into this life) by confusing their purpose, much like cells building and creating cancer for no apparent reason. One example is drugs. Why are so many people attracted to drugs? Because white cells are older in this dimension, they have developed a clearer sense of awareness due to their experiences, they know by instinct that they are more than human beings. They are attracted to fantasy, magic, or mostly altered states due to the fact that their awareness or memories of who they truly are is locked in the super-subconscious, and they feel more at home with an altered state of mind then the one they are in due to their vessel. The Dark Side, knowing and relying on this instinct, has in its brilliance encouraged drugs use, to create altered states, by the same token rendering all of the white cells useless in the great battle. They believe, in part, that these altered states will enhance their consciousness, and although in some ways it will, the end result is always the same: the drugs force open psychic consciousness. This tears and rips the brain. The soul now is hindered, because like a driver in a damaged vehicle, the brain cannot operate properly to communicate with the mind, preventing the awakening. Only with intensive training, complete drug removal, and the aid of a true spiritual teacher can these people be awakened. Time is of the essence. The Dark Side has blended well, for they will continue to believe that they will still awaken despite their habits. The Dark Side has done its job.

I see oceans of defeated souls, wasted efforts of the Force. Because of the severity of the Earth’s situation the Force has reached out and summoned its greatest white cells (warriors). Due to their many battles with the antimatter (Dark Side), they have become the wisest of all white cells and it is this wisdom from experience that has made them powerful: this is why they have been sent to earth. The strongest awaken, reach out and find others of their own vibration and awaken them, in the end creating the same action as the hundredth monkey. I am completely aware how at times this sounds unbelievable, as if it were taken directly out of Stars Wars. Please keep in mind long before George Lucas created the film Star Wars, their was much literature on the Force as a scientific aspect. I also believe that we are not only influenced by our race but by the thoughts and consciousness of the universe. Most of all, in our culture we have accepted the religious concept of warrior archangels battling the evil Lucifer or God sitting on a throne with white hair and a large beard as hundreds of angels bow to him saying hallelujah over and over, not to mention the other gods of various religions and revelations speaking of seven-headed dragons coming out of the ocean; it goes on and on. If what I have to say is so unbelievable, take a look at what the rest has to offer.

What can you do? You must try to awaken: develop your natural psychic ability that all creatures on this earth have to help your fellow beings (red cells) grow. Defend against the Dark Side, grow with the universe and do not become stagnant. Use your psychic abilities to journey through the universe, experience all that was hidden from you. You will never know everything, for God is the universe and will always be changing and expanding. The universe (body of God) is always filled with mystery and glory.

Most of all do not forget that not all elders are of stagnant ways. There are many powerful souls (white cells) that have paved the way for us and made battle with the old gods (religion) so that we may have a fighting chance. We must always be thankful to them and the sacrifices they have made.

Living isn't the enemy - Living in constant fear is !

We met about a year ago when you gave a presentation on the health benefits of meditation at your clinic. I've been meditating twice a day for nearly 20 years and have often reached plateaus, like now, when I feel I'm not progressing. I recently came across a supplement called Magneruol that is supposed to help you meditate, increase your extra sensory perception and even make you psychic. Even without taking the pills, I believe I know your thoughts, but please, indulge me.

It was only a matter of time, I suppose, before a merger took place. In this era of corporations gobbling up one another, we should have expected the union of late night television diet pills and the Psychic Friends Network. I see a fight coming for psychic pill spokesperson between Anna Nicole Smith and Dionne Warwick. If these night-owl advertising mergers keep up, the college boys will be extremely interested to see what mischief awaits Fannie Mae and Ginnie Mae when Ditech Home Loans swallows up Girls Gone Wild.

I must admit that I had not heard of Magneruol until your question. Though I've been a proponent of meditation for many years, as far as I know, this is first dietary supplement that claims to help you bypass the difficult process and make you an instant telepath. Meditation, in it's many forms, is well accepted by conventional medicine and has been proven to assist in lowering blood pressure, heart rate and stress levels; it also enhances a feeling of well-being. Even done haphazardly, it shows benefits—though meditation often takes a lifetime to master. At least it used to.

During my research on Magneruol, I was dismayed to find the marketer was Eric Pepin, a well-respected Oregon meditation teacher. Pepin has produced a series of excellent CDs explaining his particular method of meditation on the body's Chakras (the Eastern spiritual tradition's seven energy nodes). Although these recordings are, perhaps, the most lucid explanation of this type of practice that I have heard, his claims regarding the dietary supplement are so far over-the-top they could be easily mistaken for a sham commercial on Saturday Night Live.

According to the Web site, the purpose of Magneruol is to "amplify the mind's ability to consciously experience the sixth sense and magnetic fields." The gimmick—and you knew there had to be one—is the ingredient called Magnetitum, the traditional Chinese medicine name for magnetized iron oxide, or what geologists call magnetite or lodestone. His proprietary blend of magnetite and ingredients involved in nerve impulse transmission (DMAE, Inositol and Choline) is blended in a high dose B-vitamin complex. Among other things, he claims the pill gives you the advantage in boxing and martial arts by helping you read the thoughts of your opponent (example: "Wait, I think I have my cup on upside down.").

These assertions are based on a theory that goes something like this: Since homing pigeons, some bacteria, whales and other animals navigate and orient themselves using small amounts of this magnetized iron in their brains, and magnetite has been found in the human brain, then increasing the magnetite in your diet will markedly improve your meditative skills and make you psychic. You don't have to be the captain of the debate team to spot the flaw in this argument.

Most of the published research regarding magnetite and the human brain deals with a growing concern that deposits of iron, some of which is the magnetic form magnetite, has been associated with neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and Huntington's. Certainly, this is not to say that taking this supplement will increase your risk; magnetite is found in nearly all volcanically formed rock and sand on every continent. It is likely that you are constantly exposed to it. Additionally, Chinese herbalists have safely used magnetic iron for centuries to calm the Yang force, or male energy.

Many of the other ingredients in Magneruol have been reportedly useful in lucid dreaming, a fascinating pastime in which one attempts to awaken within and direct one's own dreams. Perhaps this explains some user's beliefs in psychic awakenings—or possibly the high price they paid for the pills convinced them. In my opinion, it's quite unlikely to be effective for its stated purpose, but it's probably safe. Regardless, the only real caution noted by the manufacturer is that extended wireless phone use can cause discomfort since you may begin to feel the radiation. Consequently, they suggest limiting the use of cell phones.

There. Finally. A reason to recommend it.

HILLSBORO -- A Washington County Circuit judge called the leader of a metaphysical Internet sales company manipulative and controlling and his testimony unbelievable, even as he acquitted him today of charges that he had sex with an underage boy.

Judge Steven L. Price, after a five-day trial without a jury, found Eric James Pepin, 40, not guilty of two counts of second-degree sexual abuse, four counts of third-degree sexual abuse and one count of using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct.

Also acquitted of third-degree sexual abuse and using a child in a pornographic display was Jamison Dwight Priebe, 21, who has worked for Pepin's Higher Balance Institute since he was 18.

"Everybody has stood by me who knows me," Pepin said today.

However, Price said it was "probable that the conduct alleged in all counts occurred," but he wasn't convinced beyond a reasonable doubt.

The accuser testified Pepin had him take off his shirt the first day they met at Pepin's Beaverton home in April 2004. He said Pepin asked him how old he was the first day they met and that he told him the truth.

But within days the two were having sex, including a three-way encounter with Priebe, the youth testified. Pepin called it "crossing the abyss," the accuser said, "surrendering yourself to your teacher, your master."

Stephen A. Houze, Pepin's private defense attorney, called the accuser a liar more than 100 times in his closing argument and noted that Pepin was "the perfect patsy" because society wants to believe the worst of a gay man.

LAS VEGAS-A federal court ruling that a Nevada court has no
jurisdiction over a Pennsylvania blogger is one of the first liability
cases to deal with blogging and will be closely scrutinized by other
courts, say observers.

In his Feb. 13 decision in Software Development vs. Aaron Wall,
federal District Judge Roger L. Hunt of the U.S. District Court for
Nevada in Las Vegas applied the same principles of jurisdiction to
blogging as courts have previously applied to Web sites, say
observers.

Some observers point out, though, that by dismissing the case on
procedural grounds, the decision fails to deal with some of the
substantive issues raised by blogging.

While many blogs-or Web logs-are written by individuals, they have
increasingly been used by corporations to help promote and market
their products; corporations may become the targets of bloggers as
well.

Las Vegas-based Software Development & Investment of Nevada, which
does business as Traffic-Power.com, is a search optimization firm.
These firms are intended to help companies design their Web sites to
make them more likely to be called up by search engines. Traffic-Power
filed suit in August 2005 against blogger Aaron Wall for allegedly
posting defamatory communications on his Web site, as well as
proprietary information about the company's solicitation procedures.

Comments made by Mr. Wall and others included that Traffic-Power uses
``idiotic high-pressure salesmen'' to sell its services, according to
the opinion.

The ``plaintiff bears the burden of establishing that the defendant is
subject to personal jurisdiction in Nevada'' but has not done so, said
Judge Hunt in his decision.

According to the decision, earlier court cases have established that
there is a ``sliding scale'' between ``passive'' Web sites, which do
not confer jurisdiction, and ``interactive'' Web sites, which may
confer jurisdiction. The degree to which they do so is ``directly
proportionate to the nature and quality of commercial activity that an
entity conducts over the internet,'' the decision says.

Plaintiffs have claimed that the Web site is interactive because it
offers a book for sale to Nevada residents, the opinion notes.
``However, without plaintiff proffering a scintilla of evidence as to
whether defendant actually sold his books to Nevada residents, this
court cannot conduct a proper analysis of the quality and nature of
the alleged commercial activity, nor can it determine whether
defendant purposefully availed himself of the privileges of conducting
activities in this forum,'' says the opinion.

``Similarly, defendant's blog site, while interactive in the sense
that it allows individuals to read and post comments on a forum, does
not rise to the level of interactivity to tip the `sliding scale' in
favor of personal jurisdiction,'' says the decision.

The opinion does give Traffic-Power 30 days to amend its complaint
``to set forth facts sufficient to persuade this court that it has
proper personal jurisdiction over defendant.''

Observers point out that it is not clear whether the decision will be
published. While publishing it means it is more likely to be cited in
other cases, the opinion, even if unpublished, is likely to remain
influential as one of the few decisions so far to deal with blogging,
observers say.

The case is significant as ``one of the first cases to address this
question of whether writing a blog is sufficient to confer
jurisdiction over a court of another state,'' said Rockport,
Mass.-based attorney Robert J. Ambrogi. Regardless of whether it is
eventually published, the decision ``is worthy of consideration, and I
think other courts will look at it,'' he said.

The decision ``seems to follow what is the general trend of modern law
with respect to jurisdiction and Internet-based cases,'' said Sandra
Baron, executive director of the New York-based Media Law Resource
Center. ``As the technologies change or morph, the courts have to take
concepts from one side of the Internet and sort of apply them to the
other, and that's what this court seems to be doing.''

She added, ``I think it's an extremely realistic approach to the
Internet, and critical to the prosperity of the Web, that courts not
take the position that a number of courts overseas have taken, which
is, if you can bring it down in our country, you can take jurisdiction
over it.''

Bruce E. H. Johnson, an attorney with Davis Wright Tremaine in
Seattle, said, ``One of the concerns that bloggers have is, do they
have to hire a lawyer in every state where they might gets sued, and
the answer to this question, fortunately, is `no.'''

Eric Goldman, an assistant professor at Marquette University Law
School in Milwaukee, said, ``The court gives us something encouraging
about the way judges will evaluate blog law in the future.''

Observers note, though, that the decision was made essentially on
procedural grounds. ``It's not really a decision on the merits of the
case,'' said Kurt Opsahl, an attorney with the San Francisco-based
Electronic Frontier Foundation.

Ken Ebanks, an attorney with Covington & Burling in San Francisco,
said, ``It's arguable that the existing body of law out there
ultimately will be found to be quite adaptable to the blogosphere, and
we're not necessarily going to see widely different regulations and
governance of the blogosphere than what you see on the Internet body
of law. But that just remains to be seen.''

upon which the liability or defense is based.

(3) If the court determines that the plaintiff has established a

not more than 30 days after service unless the docket conditions of
the court require a later hearing.

(g) All discovery proceedings in the action shall be stayed upon
the filing of a notice of motion made pursuant to this section. The
stay of discovery shall remain in effect until notice of entry of the
order ruling on the motion. The court, on noticed motion and for
good cause shown, may order that specified discovery be conducted
notwithstanding this subdivision.

(h) For purposes of this section, "complaint" includes
"cross-complaint" and "petition," "plaintiff" includes
"cross-complainant" and "petitioner," and "defendant" includes

(i) On or before January 1, 1998, the Judicial Council shall

Oregon police say man abused teen in cult-like operation

HILLSBORO, Ore. (AP) — A 39-year-old man who had a robe with the words "Master Eric" and claimed that a psychic ability called "remote viewing" helped him locate runaways has been accused of sexually abusing a teenager, police said.

Police said the victim was 17 when a follower of Eric J. Pepin recruited him in 2004, and then Pepin had him perform sex acts.

Pepin and an employee, Jamison Priebe, 21, who lives at the same address as Pepin in Aloha, surrendered on charges of using a child in a sexual display and sexual abuse. A grand jury issued indictments last week.

"The charges are false, and we are confident Mr. Pepin will be exonerated," said his attorney, Sam Kauffman.

Under Oregon law, using a child in a sexual display carries a minimum penalty of nearly six years in prison.

Beaverton police Detective Mike Smith said Pepin operated the Higher Balance Institute in Beaverton. Smith said the ornate robe emblazoned "Master Eric" turned up during a search.

Pepin's Web site says he has located more than 100 missing persons and runaways, along with U.S. Navy submarines, through a psychic ability he calls "remote viewing." The site offers meditation systems for $79 to $149 help customers develop their "sixth sense" and apply it "inward to awaken a dimensional universe within the mind."

In an affidavit filed with a request for a search warrant, Smith said the victim, now 20, told police that Internet customers are men and women usually older than 35. But, he told police, Pepin told him he should recruit "good-looking men" between 18 and 24 to work for him.

Smith wrote that the victim "was taught by Pepin to believe that the sexual contact was only a spiritual necessity." But after a while, the affidavit says, the boy decided he was being used by Pepin, who bought him meals and paid him $200 after sex.

The man contacted Beaverton police in January.

This is a pretty expensive thread, people!

Who would have thought that 'little old us' would be worth so much! I find it absolutely fascinating that such a powerful psychic as Master Eric would not foresee how this frivolous, baseless, delusional lawsuit would simply dredge up and shine an even more powerful light on his predations. One would think that a Master would have been able to foresee the consequences of his actions - hmmmm... (and that applies to all of his actions ...)

Eric J. Pepin and an accomplice are in the slammer for photographing and molesting an at-that-time 17-year-old employee of his Higher Balance Institute:

A man who is now 20 was 17 and working for Pepin when he allegedly was sexually abused at the Higher Balance office... in Beaverton and at Pepin's former home in the city.

Pepin should have stayed out of the child pornography business and just stuck to selling snake oil:

Pepin's meditation systems, which sell for $79 to $149, help customers develop their "sixth sense" and apply it "inward to awaken a dimensional universe within the mind," the Web site says.

But like many gurus who have fallen before him, Pepin just couldn't keep it in his pants:

The boy, Smith wrote, "was taught by Pepin to believe that the sexual contact was only a spiritual necessity." But after a while, the affidavit says, the boy decided he was being used by Pepin, who bought him meals and paid him $200 after sex.

An all-time classic in the lustful guru's playbook: "I'm doing this for you, kid."

We imagine "Master Eric" is about to receive some karmic "balance" of his own, in the form of a horny 300-lb. meth-chef for a bunkmate, only this time he won't get to be the master anymore.

This is a real joke. Eric Pepin guy, who was tried for being a sexual preditor, is suing an internet forum where people are discussing it. Hmmmmm. sounds like we doth protest too much, eh?

There's been a lot of free speech issues lately. Here's a website that's being sued for "talking about" Eric Pepin. In case you haven't heard of him:


A 39-year-old Aloha man who promises spiritual awakening through meditation books and CDs he sells on the Internet is facing sex-abuse charges

Beaverton police Detective Mike Smith said Eric J. Pepin runs what appears to be a cult out of his Higher Balance Institute on Southwest Second Street in Beaverton.

Pepin was arraigned Tuesday in Washington County criminal court on one count of using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct, two counts of second-degree sexual abuse, and four counts of third-degree sexual abuse. He was released after posting $26,750 cash, or 10 percent of $267,500 bail. A trial was set for Sept. 12.

Using a child in a sexual display is a Measure 11 crime punishable by a mandatory minimum of 5 years and 10 months in prison.

Jamison Dwight Priebe, 21, who works for Pepin and lives at the same address in the 19600 block of Southwest Cooperhawk Court in Aloha, also was arrested on one count each of using a child in a sexual display and third-degree sexual abuse.

Priebe and Pepin turned themselves in at the Washington County Jail last week after a grand jury handed down secret indictments. Priebe was released after posting $25,375 cash bail and is awaiting arraignment Monday.

Smith said a man who is now 20 was 17 and working for Pepin when he allegedly was sexually abused at the Higher Balance office in the 11900 block of Southwest Second Street in Beaverton and at Pepin's former home in the city.

A call to the Higher Balance Institute on Wednesday was answered by a "Personal Star Reach Coach," who referred questions to Pepin's private attorney, Sam Kauffman.

"The charges are false, and we are confident Mr. Pepin will be exonerated," Kauffman said.

Pepin's Web site claims he has located more than 100 missing persons and runaways, along with U.S. Navy submarines, through a psychic ability he calls "remote viewing."

Pepin's meditation systems, which sell for $79 to $149, help customers develop their "sixth sense" and apply it "inward to awaken a dimensional universe within the mind," the Web site says.

According to an affidavit Smith filed with a request for a search warrant, the alleged victim told police that Internet customers who rave about Pepin's teachings are men and women usually older than 35. But, the man said Pepin told him he should recruit "good-looking men" between the ages of 18 and 24 to work for him.

The court record also says Pepin knew the man was 17 when he forced him to perform sex acts.

The boy, Smith wrote, "was taught by Pepin to believe that the sexual contact was only a spiritual necessity." But after a while, the affidavit says, the boy decided he was being used by Pepin, who bought him meals and paid him $200 after sex.

The man contacted Beaverton police in January.

Smith said anyone who may have had underage sexual contact with Pepin should call him at 503-526-2280.

Smith said the man accusing Pepin told police he met one of Pepin's followers at Beaverton Town Square in April 2004. He told Smith the recruiter invited him to meet Pepin and see him demonstrate levitation.
Pepin introduced himself dressed in a robe emblazoned with the words "Master Eric" and a triangular symbol and told the victim to take off his shirt, the detective said.

"It's a cult," Smith said, "anytime you have a guy who fancies himself as the master, the leader."
