Extend the geopolitics section of the forum

Hello (Scottie ?)
Well, i suppose that @Scottie is not full alone for managing the tech part of the forum, but here's my idea, which is simple :
Add new sub-sections in The Real World > Geopolitic section, sub sections per country, or regions, but i think countries would be better.
Add the biggest ones, like US, Russia, China, France, UK, Germany, Iran, Brasil, etc etc ... maybe also the little psychopathic country i do not even want to write here the name, and so on. Not all countries, one section can be named "Other countries".

Then, a big work would be to move many threads in their respective sub-folder/section, many threads not coming specially from the Geopolitic section, which is not much big (in term of number of threads). Of course, in the newcomers sections, people who wrote "Hello from XXX", such thread must remain in the Newbies section, as some threads which are posted in the "Other languages" section, which is useful for those of the same language to exchange some dedicated information with the language as the common point.

For instance, i just searched right now for a general thread regarding Russia, a thread like "What's happening in russia". I remember that there's one, but when searching on Russia in the thread's title there are more than 10 pages, 20 threads per page, which means more than 200 threads with Russia in the title. Many of these threads, at least a good 50%, could be then moved in the newly created The Real World > Geopolitic > Russia section. This would be easy to spot them, just make a search on the country"s name in the threads title, then it's quick to decide if one thread can be moved to his "country section" or not.

Note that i proposed to put them in the Geopolitic Section, but it's also possible to decide to create a new parent section in "The Real World" main section, at the same level than Geopolitic, something like "The Real World > Countries", and then sub-sections by country name. In this new section, we would write only about subjects which are more local/country wide than "world wide" which goes in other sections.

Another option is to not to classify by sub-sections but open a main thread per country, something like "What's new in XXX". But this would be less proper and less clear than having a fixed sub-section of the forum, or keep these threads pinned somewhere ...

That's all. If at least one more like this idea we'll be 2 :wow: :-D (i wanted to say something else than the classic FWIW ^^)
