I had a dream and this was the first time I received some advice that was helpful.
The subject matter is trivial but the experience was profound for me.
I was trying to learn a complicated dance move on IG but I couldn't pause the reel at the moments that I needed to analyze the process.
That night I was dreaming and another person told me to screen record the video on my phone so then I'd have a video file that I could slow motion and learn.
It took me a little while to remember my dream upon waking but I was surprised when I remembered as that was a really good idea and it came from someone talking to me in a dream.
That was the first time that had happened for me.
Hopefully more to come (and more important lessons).
