What I've learn from myself and people that are very close to me, is that these guys slowly and subtly drill your sef esteem until you don't know who you are anymore, so at first it's very usual to feel drained. I still can't believe I cried so much after breaking up with my ex, 'cause actually, if I hadn't, I would have gone totally mental by now.
I know it's easier said than done, but it will all pass, and you'll find yourself having learned an invaluable lesson.
