Well what a day it was, Left home at 7:30 toward Ottawa. 20 km south in St-Jerome we encounter a convoy that just left the town. Already all the overpass is filled with peoples waving flags and messages. I didn’t know that a convoy was scheduled on our itinerary at this hour so we follow it for a good 50 km, gradually passing it went the road permit until we reach the head of the convoy. 2 polices car escort the convoy and bring the traffic to a halt every few hundred meter, what is going on. Curious I exit the car and walk to the front where people are picking shiny little object from the road. I ask what is going on, what are you picking. He show me is open hand, it is filled with roofing nail. So for the next maybe 5 km we will roll for sometime 200 meter, sometime more then stop, get out of the car as the police stop the traffic and we help to pick the nails. Yes someone drove in front of the convoy and try to sabotage it, some lunatic that could have caused many accidents. Luckily, the nails were easy to spot as the sun was shining and they were sparkling because of it. Eventually the police car drove off and did stop no more,

We had to stop every couple hundred meters for 5-10km to pick up nails and it was the drivers getting out of their cars to do it by hand. Eventually the police car drove off and didn’t stop again.
After a bit more than 3 hours we arrived in Gatineau on the opposite side of the river des Outaouais from Ottawa. With the help of google map the previous day, I already had an address for parking close to the bridge that crosses the river and takes us right next to the parliament. The bridge was closed for cars as a precaution as thousand were walking from the Quebec side to Ottawa. The flow of people going or returning was uninterrupted all day, when we left around 4:00 pm there was as many walking toward the Ontario side as there was returning. Before crossing, we met a man in his sixties driving his car around the town. He told us that the many trucks that arrived the previous night blew their horns all night long, nobody slept he is sure. He asked me if I remember Woodstock, yes I was young but do remember, why I asked. With a smile he said, you will see. And by god was he right.
Everyone we passed were smiling, happy, no not happy, euphoric, joyously walking toward the capital to express their fed up with the plandemic, the mandate and our prime minister. No mask to be seen except the police officers at the beginning of the day but by late afternoon, they all had dropped them and they were all smiling like the rest of us. They probably realized that the terrorist were of a to great a number and preferred to join them, who knows .Yes there was a lot of resentment after 2 years ruled by a little dictator wannabe, now the laughing stock of his buddy in Davos or should I say his former friend. This little coward, ball-less who is said to be hiding in a secret place.
So we made our way to the parliament with the multitude of terrorists, white supremacists all, but wait, the media must be wrong. All nationalities are represented here, the crowd represent the multiculturalism that Trudeau love so much and is so proud off. Parents with children, even toddler, old and young, all terrorists that are going to bring down the wall of the parliament, armed to the teeth with flags attached to hockey sticks (mine as I said is a Sher-wood, lol). Signed with multiple messages, mostly a word that is chanted by all the mass, a word that has been forgotten for 2 years, the rallying cry of the massive terrorist crowd, FREEDOM, FREEDOM, FREEDOM. Secondly to this rallying cry is this one that shows all the respect that my countrymen have for our prime minister, our most holly of holly, -flick- TRUDEAU, -flick- TRUDEAU, -flick- TRUDEAU. Behind all of those chants, trucks horns always present, truck engine at high regime suddenly released and loud rumble of the engine brake are heard. The parliament is under siege, thousands upon thousands of brave and proud Canadian hold the line in front of the barricaded building. The crowd is totally peaceful, they know in their heart that the regime as no chance, the spell is lifting by the day. The dark spell from our elect and presstitude loose it holds that as buried the Canadian spirit. We remember now, the fire is burning in our heart again and as never seen before in this country, an incredible unity.
