Power banks are the best choice. When it comes to chargers, you have to test them yourself. If the device makes you feel good with some charger then use it.
Low-current mode (or trickle charging) on power banks allows charging of low-power devices like earphones and smartwatches, which often do not draw enough power to keep a regular power bank active. This mode usually lasts for 2 hours before automatically turning off, ensuring devices are not overcharged.
