Leaked e-mails show that Clinton's aides researched medication used to treat Parkinson's.

Clinton has suffered from fainting spells as early as 2005, when she lost consciousness while making a speech. In 2009 she fell and broke her elbow. In 2012 she suffered a concussion after fainting and striking her head. All of these falls can be explained by Parkinson's, which affects the motor system. (Team Hillary blames dehydration.)

Hillary's personal aide Huma Abedin wrote in an e-mail that Clinton is "often confused." Again, this would be consistent with Parkinson's, which in its advanced stages can even lead to dementia.

Numerous documented cases where Clinton needed physical assistance, whether it's using a chair as a support while giving a stump speech, or requiring help climbing stairs. Again, Parkinson's severely impedes motor functions.

During a roundtable discussion in April, Hillary nodded her head for an extended period -- one estimate puts the number of nods at 400; it looks odd, but it makes perfect sense if she has Parkinson's: It's a head-nodding tremor. (Go to 5:45 in the video. Truly bizarre behavior.)

Clinton has also shown signs of "pin-rolling" tremors, as well as unnatural (and even painful) finger positions.

The now-famous video of Hillary's head bobbing uncontrollably while speaking with the press was not a "seizure" (or a result of "iced chai"): It's a very common side-effect of Levadopa, a common and effective treatment for Parkinson's. However, visual stimulus, or anxiety, can cause unnatural reactions. Which brings Dr. Noel to his next point:

It's been nearly 300 days since Hillary Clinton has held a press conference. No one has offered a rational reason for this. But here's an easy explanation: It's because Hillary's condition makes it very difficult for her to handle stressful situations in which she is bombarded with multiple questions and requests at the same time.

In response to a protestor at a rally, Clinton literally freezes. She's unable to move, let alone speak. An aide rushes up to her and says "It's okay. We're still here. Keep talking." We urge everyone to watch Dr. Noel's analysis of this event, which begins at the 11:14 mark.

Her coughing fits are evidence of a swallowing disorder — common in those who suffer from Parkinson's. It could even be a symptom of pneumonia, which is also quite common among those with Parkinson's. (NOTE: Dr. Noel made this observation more than a week before Hillary was "diagnosed" with pneumonia.)

Hillary's doctor claims that Clinton's behavior on September 11 was due to "dehydration", the excuse used every time Clinton has a "medical episode". Here you really have to watch the video to fully appreciate how unbelievable this claim is — and how often it's been used.

Clinton is wearing blue-tinted glasses, which are used to help stabilize motor functions in those suffering from Parkinson's.

When Clinton begins to fall, as shown in the video, she doesn't attempt to hold out her arms or protect her face. She has lost all motor function.

It's obvious that Clinton's condition is serious — but instead of going to the hospital, she is taken (against protocol) to Chelsea's apartment. The only way this makes sense is if Clinton's team already knew what was wrong.

Pneumonia cannot explain much of Clinton's behavior. Parkinson's, on the other hand, would explain all of it.

Certainly fits, and brain deterioration is not surprising given her history of lies. But if her Parkinson's is pretty advanced, we're left with the question of why the DNC would agree to let her run and secure the nomination for her. They must have known there's no way she could handle being POTUS. So has there been a plan B all along?

I'm almost certain at this point that she can't and will not make it until the vote on 8. November, no matter how. That means they will have to present a reason for it, and to blame Putin for it seems to be playing in their hand (actually not, since it would be so obvious that this is a lie, but maybe they think the public is really that stupid). I do think it is clear that her handlers knew about her condition well before she started to run and did let her run anyway.

A couple of scenarios come in mind, for why they did that:

- They thought that they can pop up her health good enough, so that nobody will notice and get her into office, since she is the best candidate for going after russia. If needed she can die or disappear after the election, so that Kaine can take over for the time being and later new elections can be hold.

- They miscalculated how bad her health above is and now switch to plan B: Get her out of the way and nominate somebody else from the democratic party. Which would probably delay the vote day.

- It was the plan from the beginning, to make her fail with the health, for another goal: Blame Putin and/or get somebody from the democratic party into power who would otherwise have had no chance to get the presidency

- They wanted Trump to succeed from the beginning, so they used Killarys health to reach that goal more securely. This health situation undermines the trust toward the democratic party from ordinary peeps, since: "they put up somebody up, who is obviously not fit to run the country". Maybe some war hogs from the republican party (from the bush era?) are meant to get back into power, and for that they use Trump. After he is president he will need to step down or gets killed, so that the vice president Mike Pence can take over. Then, after while new votes will be held in which Pence either stays or is replaced by somebody else from the republican party. If he is replaced, I think it will be likely by bush or some other guy from the bush era. I think Pence is an interesting character, that might be the real plan here (to get him to power). He strikes me like a similar type like those "new american century" guys, that were in power in the bush era.

Anyway, there are already signs that the "blame Putin" angle might be played out:

According to the doctor who discovered CTE, Hilary is being poisoned. He also emphatically states "I do not trust Putin or Trump", whatever they have to do with her failing health.

I wouldn't put it past the PTBs to exploit her failing health to turn her into a martyr figure while demonizing Putin further by poisoning her themselves. If they go through with it it will be Hillary's final service to Empire.

Conflict of interest? John Kerry’s State Department Funneled MILLIONS To His Daughter’s Nonprofit

More than $9 million of Department of State money has been funneled through the Peace Corps to a nonprofit foundation started and run by Secretary of State John Kerry’s daughter, documents obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation show.

The Department of State funded a Peace Corps program created by Dr. Vanessa Kerry and officials from both agencies, records show. The Peace Corps then awarded the money without competition to a nonprofit Kerry created for the program.

Initially, the Peace Corps awarded Kerry’s group — now called Seed Global Health — with a three-year contract worth $2 million of State Department money on Sept. 10, 2012, documents show. Her father was then the chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, which oversees both the Department of State and the Peace Corps.

Seed secured a four-year extension in September 2015, again without competition. This time, the Peace Corps gave the nonprofit $6.4 million provided by the Department of State while John Kerry was secretary of state.

Seed also received almost $1 million from a modification to the first award, as well as from Department of State funds the group secured outside the Peace Corps.

The Peace Corps program — called the Global Health Service Partnership (GHSP) — sends volunteer physicians and nurses to medical and nursing schools in Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda and Liberia, according to Seed’s website. More than 40 clinical educators worked at 13 sites in the 2014-2015 program.

Kerry and government officials colluded to launch the program and ensure that Seed would get the contract.

“Vanessa, Buck, and Sarah are meeting with Ambassador Goosby on the morning of 9/16/11 to discuss next steps for the GHSP,” said a memo from September 16, 2011 — one year before Seed received its first award. “Conversations with OGAC leadership confirm that Ambassador Goosby is very supportive of the initial proposal.”

The memo was referring to Peace Corps Directors Buck Buckingham and Sarah Morgenthau and Ambassador Eric Goosby, who then headed the Office of the US Global AIDS Coordinator (OGAC) — the State Department office that later funded GHSP.

A meeting one month later unveiled the strategy to send tax dollars to Seed.

“The public funding to start the GHSP is secured, it will come from OGAC through [Peace Corps] to support core HQ and field based activities, and to develop a sub-agreement to provide support to the foundation for contributions for their work in this partnership,” minutes from a Nov. 18, 2011, meeting said. The “foundation” refers to Seed, which was then called the Foundation for Global Health Service.

Officials in that meeting also assured Kerry that she would not have to compete with other groups for Department of State funds.

“Buck obtained clarity of the mechanism by which federal money will be provided to” Seed, the minutes said. “The process can be fast tracked and non-competed through a specific grant mechanism.”

Meanwhile, the State Department buried its intent to transfer funds to the Peace Corps in its required congressional notification.

“The GHSP is a smaller line item in a multi-page document with multi-million dollar programs,” minutes from the November 2011 meeting said.

Seed received its first award less than one year later. Peace Corps later provided another nearly $900,000, noting it underestimated the program’s expenses, especially travel and salary costs.

It’s unclear when that modification was added, but Kerry drew a salary from Seed for the first time in 2014. She was the only officer listed on the nonprofit’s 990 tax form to receive compensation — some $140,000 for a reported 30 hours per week.

Discussion about the $6.4 million extension also provides questionable details. Peace Corps officials noted that contracts could not extend beyond five years and considered competing the next award, but decided they would “go forward with sole-source option if mandated by OGAC,” minutes from a July 17, 2014 meeting said.

Ultimately, the extension was awarded without competition on Sept. 10, 2015. It’s unclear why the Peace Corps violated its five-year policy by giving Seed seven years of non-competitively awarded funding.

Peace Corps justified the decision to forgo competition by arguing Seed was already burrowed into the program, and that replacing it out would cause problems.

“As such, if a cooperative agreement were to be awarded to a new partner, applicants that were recruited and vetted by Seed may be unable to be placed in the field,” a Sept. 10 2015 document stated. The document further noted that “Peace Corps has been unable to identify any potential partners which satisfy the needs of the GHSP program” other than Seed, which was created based around the program’s needs.

Seed spokesman Mark Marino denied any conflicts of interest, telling TheDCNF:

No conflict of interest exists in our partnership with Peace Corps and the US government. Dr. Vanessa Kerry is primarily employed by and paid through Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Dr. Kerry receives no financial compensation from the Peace Corps or US government. Funding from the Peace Corps, an independent agency in the federal government, represents about 27% of Seed’s total $6.3 million budget this fiscal year.

For the latest example why much of the US population has lost trust left in the mainstream media, consider today's snafu in which CBS News was caught editing a video clip and transcript to remove a Bill Clinton comment that Hillary Clinton "frequently" fainted in the past.

Bill Clinton sat down with CBS's Charlie Rose on Monday to try to clear the air around questions regarding his wife's health after she collapsed while getting into a van at a 9/11 memorial ceremony on Sunday. It didn't quite work out as desired.

As the Daily Caller reported first, when asked if there was any chance her faintness on Sunday could be a sign of some more “serious” illness, Clinton said he did not believe that was the case.

“Well if it is, it’s a mystery to me and all of her doctors, because frequently - well not frequently, rarely - but on more than one occasion, over the last many, many years, the same sort of thing happened to her when she got severely dehydrated, and she’s worked like a demon, as you know, as secretary of State, as a senator and in the year since."

However, the final edit of the "CBS Evening News" version cut Clinton's use of "frequently" out. Furthermore, according to a review by The Hill of the official transcript released by the network shows that Clinton saying "Frequently - well, not frequently," is omitted as well.

Oddly, unlike the "CBS Evening News" version, Clinton's use of "frequently" can be heard on a version played on "CBS This Morning."

To be sure, the bolded "frequently" section was in itself a particularly embarrassing slip-up: how Clinton can mistake that Hillary “frequently” faints or collapses, before correcting himself to say it "rarely" happened, will remain a mystery. Perhaps the fragment's deletion was the result of Bill realizing precisely this; and while we doubt that there was a subsequent 40 minutes "conversation about grandchildren" on a hot tarmac somewhere to rectify this mistake, what we do know is that when the segment aired, the bolded section was edited out, cutting to a reverse shot of Rose nodding to cover up the jump:

As The Hill notes, time constraints unlikely played a role, since it takes less than three seconds for Clinton to say "frequently — well, not frequently."

As Mediaite observes, it’s not at all uncommon for networks to edit down interviews to fit for broadcast or to clean up an interview subject’s response. But, as it points out, "it is interesting that they chose to edit out an error that could have very well been newsworthy by itself."

Naturally, there would be no comment from either Clinton, and if anything it would be assigned to the "great alt right conspiracy theory" compost heap, along with everything else that has been said about the Clintons, only to be confirmed the not too distant future.

Other then the apparaent fact that they edited out the "frequent" part from Bills statement about Killary, he said something else that is quite revealing I think. See red bold above.

Or there is another possibility:

The empire of chaos is going downhill fast and the wishfull thinking has reached epic proportions. All they can do at this stage is damage control at every turn, since the Pathocracy has reached a point, where there is total chaos in every direction and they run as fast as they can to cover up their ever more frequent slips and miscalculations.

Fact is: Especially since Putin intervened with their plans in Crimea and later in Syria, they shoot themselfs in the foot ever more frequently. And every day it becomes more obvious.

Killary's monstrous character notwithstanding, I don't think it was a slip of the tongue. "Working like a demon" is a common colloquial phrase expressing effort beyond what would be considered normal for the person. Bill was pushing the dehydration scenario.

That Killary collapsed during the 911 Memorial really does feel symbolic. Now there's an even greater exposure of her poor health, and the frailty of the Democratic Party's Campaign Propaganda.
