July 29, 2015 - Seventh-graders in all public and private schools in Rhode Island are now required to get the HPV vaccine.

Starting this fall, seventh-graders who do not get the vaccine will not be allowed to attend school unless their parents seek an exemption for medical or religious reasons, the Providence Journal reported Tuesday.

Tricia Washburn, chief of the office of immunization for the Rhode Island Department of Health, said the Centers for Disease Control found no safety concerns with the vaccine.

We're right smack-dab in the middle of the federal government's "Decade of Vaccines" (2010-2020), and things couldn't be moving any faster in the direction of total medical tyranny. California Governor Jerry Brown just signed into law SB 277 to force vaccines on nearly all school-age children; some members of Congress are now pushing for a national mandatory vaccination plan; and corporations and health groups all across the country are increasingly ostracizing employees and other individuals who refuse the jab.

So why all this sudden hysteria over vaccines? It's all part of the Healthy People agenda first hatched by the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (ODPHP) back in the late 1970s, which paved the way for what we're seeing today with the mad rush to make sure everyone's vaccinated. Part of the plan is to corral the masses into accepting all government-approved vaccines as safe and effective medicine through manipulation and even force, which is quickly coming to pass.

In addition to this forced use of taxpayer dollars to fund the development and sale of vaccines, the Decade of Vaccines is also focused on pushing more vaccine propaganda on both healthcare providers and consumers. Here are the five goals of the National Vaccine Implementation Plan, which was developed in conjunction with Healthy People:

1) Develop new and improved vaccines
2) Enhance the vaccine safety program
3) Support improved "communication" to enhance informed vaccine decision-making
4) Ensure a stable supply of, access to and better use of recommended vaccines
5) Increase global prevention through vaccines

The only way such goals can be achieved, of course, is through compulsion and the elimination of vaccine exemptions, which is what we're currently seeing in the national debate. A report by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation entitled Outbreaks: Protecting Americans from Infectious Diseases admits this when it states that one of the ways to increase vaccination rates is to "minimize vaccine exemptions."

"States should enact and enable universal childhood vaccinations except where immunization is medically contraindicated," reads the report. "Non-medical vaccine exemptions, including personal belief exemptions, enable higher rates of exemptions in those states that allow them [implying religious and philosophical exemptions should not be allowed]," it adds, as covered by GreenMedInfo.com

So this is where we're at: Governments are working overtime to eliminate vaccine exemptions at the same time as some 300 new vaccines are currently in the development pipeline. Can you see the writing on the wall and where things are headed?

On June 19 a prominent holistic doctor named Jeff Bradstreet’s body was found floating in the Rocky Broad River in North Carolina, just days after his office was raided by FDA and Georgia Drugs and Narcotics officers.

The 61-year-old had died of an apparent gunshot to the chest in an incident that was immediately ruled a suicide, but the family reportedly has serious questions about the official story and have vowed to “get to the bottom of (what happened),” using private investigators according to this article from the website HealthNutNews.com.

Bradstreet was reportedly facing up 20 years in prison for administering an unapproved immune system-focused treatment that critics say has not been adequately tested for safety.

Meanwhile, a tug-of-war over Bradstreet’s real legacy has broken out between certain media outlets and the doctor’s supporters, patients and family members.

The Facebook page, titled ‘Remembering Dr. Bradstreet,’ includes a picture of the former preacher turned holistic doctor with the words “Redefining Autism” included. Dr. Bradstreet received his medical license in 1984, graduating from the University of South Florida and going on to start the International Child Development Resource Center in Melbourne, Florida. He also published controversial research in the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons linking vaccine additives to autism while noting that most patients tend to have higher levels of mercury in their bodies.

Dr. Bradstreet endorsed alternative treatments such as intravenous immunoglobulin, stem cell therapy, chelation of heavy metals and other toxins, and even hyperbaric oxygen chambers. He noted that each child responds differently to different treatments, and that each case should be handled on an individual basis for best results.

With over 4,000 fans on Facebook, the ‘Remembering Dr. Bradstreet’ page is being flooded with messages of support daily, along with testimonials of his successes in treating autistic children.

The challenges continue to mount, but the Bradstreet family is focused on learning the truth about his death, hiring two former FBI agents as part of their investigation.

AstraZeneca Plc (NYSE:AZN) advanced in New York trading after the second-largest U.K. drugmaker agreed to pay Inovio Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:INO) as much as $727.5 million for rights to an experimental cancer vaccine.

ADRs of the London-based company added 1 percent to $34.03 at 11:57 a.m. in New York, expanding gains this month to 2.4 percent. Shares of Inovio leaped 23 percent to $7.92.

The deal is the third AstraZeneca has clinched in less than a week to secure access to new strategically key tumor-fighting drugs.

AstraZeneca said its Medimmune unit will pay Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania-based Inovio $27.5 million up front and as much as $700 million if its medicine, which targets cancers caused by the human papillomavirus, reaches certain development and commercial milestones.

MedImmune will fund all development costs.

AstraZeneca said its MedImmune biotech unit would study INO-3112 in combination with other immunotherapy drugs.

INO-3112, which is in Phase I/II clinical trials for cervical and head and neck cancers, works by generating killer T-cell responses that are able to destroy HPV 16- and 18-driven tumors. The two HPV types are responsible for more than 70 percent of cervical cancer.

Inovio is entitled to receive up to double-digit tiered royalties on INO-3112 product sales.

AstraZeneca is seeking drugs it can combine with its stable of immune oncology products, designed to harness the body’s immune system to fight tumors.

“Today’s collaboration with Inovio leverages our deep internal expertise in the use of vaccines to drive antigen-specific T-cell responses,” said Dr. David Berman, Senior Vice President and Head of the Oncology Innovative Medicines unit, MedImmune.

“The unique combination of our broad immuno-oncology portfolio with Inovio’s T-cell- activating INO-3112, which enhances cancer specific killer T-cells, has the potential to deliver real clinical benefits for patients,” Dr. Berman added.

The deal follows other recent immuno-oncology tie-ups by AstraZeneca with Sosei subsidiary Heptares and Mirati.

Dr Millbank Johnson: refused to be silenced over success of Rife treatment - died of

Dr Lawrence Burton: Fraudulently accused of spreading AIDS contaminated serum

"resignation" accepted by both national cancer societies. AMA declared Krebiozen
"worthless" six weeks after he published his research (1951) even though a properly

It brings me no joy to break another story on a doctor being killed. In fact, I really didn’t want to write this story, but I’ve lost count how many people have asked me the last day or two when I’ll be covering it. My heart goes out to the friends and family.

I started an unintentional series about doctors (mostly holistic) who were killed in the last few months, all in Eastern States, mostly in the South East.

The death of a Sharon, Pa. doctor is being treated as a homicide investigation. The 65-year old victim was found in her Sharon home early Wednesday morning.

The Sharon police chief says the report of a deceased person in the home on Davis Street was called in shortly after 7 a.m.

“On arrival officers felt that something didn’t look right, she appeared to be stabbed, detectives were called out immediately and at this point in time we’re treating this as a homicide,” said Chief Gerald Smith.

The victim is identified as Osteopath, Dr. Mary Rene Bovier. Detectives say an official cause of death will be made following an autopsy. Chief Smith said a person of interest was being interviewed.

“I can tell you that the person we’re talking to is a close friend of hers,” Smith said.

The close friend lives across the street from Bovier and was the person who made the call to police. Authorities did obtain a search warrant for the friends house, but the unidentified man was released after being interviewed.

State records show that Dr. Bovier’s license was still active through July of 2017.

The doctors name still appears at her former office at Tiffany Center in Boardman, but people there say she hasn’t practiced at that office in about two years

Varying reports say her age to be 63 and others say 65. Some say it’s a close friend of interest who lived next door. Others call him a boyfriend. Authorities say they’re working to make an arrest, but none have been made yet. Even if the male friend is arrested it’s innocent until proven guilty so I’m including this in the series. At the time of this publishing we can’t see of any arrest that has been made.

I’ve maintained in every article I write that I don’t know whether these deaths are related. We knew several of the doctors who were killed- many here in Florida. While we did not know Dr. Bovier it doesn’t make it any less sad that she was murdered.

As you notice the quote above, it says she worked at the Tiffany Center in Boardman, which is actually Ohio, as she lived near the Pennsylvania Ohio border in the town of Sharon, Ohio which is 70 miles or so NW of Pittsburgh. Dr Bovier’s death was only the 3rd so far this year.

According to this blog article, Immuno Biotech Laboratories in the UK, with David Noakes as CEO was the main supplier of GcMAF.

The facility that was raided by the MHRA was not the production and manufacturing laboratories but a larger building being renovated to upgrade " research and production of the product, built to better standards than their previous one." Immuno Biotech has a biochemical scientist with a PhD and a microbiologist on staff. Wickham Laboratories test for sterility, with nine tests carried out on every batch.

As I mentioned in these pages before, on 3 February of this year, 10 investigators from the Medicine and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) arrived unannounced at the new laboratory of Immune Biotech in Milton, Cambridgeshire, four of them wearing bullet-proof vests, and in front of the two terrified female scientists, confiscated 10,000 vials of the naturally occurring glycoprotein called GcMAF before closing down the facility.

The confiscated goods are not officially a ‘medicine’, but a glycoprotein, produced naturally by the body.

According to David Noakes, Immuno Biotech’s CEO, all the claims about their production process are invalid because the 10,000 vials were in fact produced elsewhere. Immune Biotech had just moved laboratories over Christmas, he says, into a larger facility meant to house research and production of the product, built to better standards than their previous one.

“Although the manufacturing equipment and all existing stock had been moved and stored, it was a shell of a building which we were converting,” he says.

Builders had not finishing transforming the facility, which had been offices, into a laboratory. Furthermore, the laboratory’s chief scientist Rod Smith had had a heart attack during Christmas and was still at home recuperating. No manufacture could proceed without him.

The MHRA originally referred to the facility as a ‘makeshift lab’ and the scientists are as ‘hobbyists with a degree in real ale brewing’.

The laboratory where the vials were actually produced was in fact a purpose built campus of laboratories in Cambridge’s Innovation Science Park, says Noakes, and the chief scientist Rod Smith is a biochemical scientist with a PhD.

Marco Ruggiero, the Italian doctor who discovered the importance of this glycoprotein and cancer, is a microbiologist once hired by the US’s National Institutes of Health to investigate the cause of AIDS and treatment of cancer.

The only reason he does not have GMP certificates, he says, is cost – it costs some £5 million to get such a license, he says. ‘Every batch is checked by Wickham Laboratories using rigorous tests for sterility. There are nine tests carried out on every batch,” says Noakes.

Worldwide supplier

Up until the February raid, Immune Biotech had been supplying hundreds of clinics around the world and more than 9000 patients, according to Noakes. As a resident of Guernsey, where he had his head offices, he had also supplied some 170 Guernsey residents suffering from a variety of illnesses with GcMAF, purportedly for free.

For years, Noakes had been in constant contact with various ministers about his product, according to Commerce Minister Kevin Stewart, even setting up a special private conference for them, during which scientists would present evidence about GcMAF. Until February, they tolerated importation of GcMAF for their residents, so long as it was not supplied for commercial gain.

In fact, Ed Freestone, Guernsey’s chief pharmacist, has been quoted as saying ‘There is no current information suggesting the product has caused direct harm to anyone’s health.’

Product banned

After the raid, Guernsey authorities have now banned both importation and exportation of the product, leaving about 100 patients with serious illnesses, including cancer, without the product they claim is saving their lives.

These patients have now formed a ‘Cure Cancer support Group’ and took out an advertisement in the Guernsey Herald, pleading with the HSSD to allow them to continue to receive supplies of GcMAF.

The long arm of Big Pharma

Drug company influence is now increasingly inherent in drug regulatory agencies. In the US, the pharmaceutical industry now largely funds the FDA. Like the FDA, the UK government has handed over regulatory financial muscle to Big Pharma.

This is not the first time Noakes has encountered official harassment. In July, NatWest closed his business bank account, forcing him to move his funds to Shroders Bank Guernsey. But following the recent raid, this account has also been closed, only this time the bank has not returned the £1.2 million, which Noakes doesn’t believe he will ever get back from the UK government.

Noakes has no recourse to sue the UK government while it holds all his money.

If the money is not returned, Noakes is likely to have to agree to a takeover of Immuno Biotech by a competitor in a European countray with kinder regulatory laws.

July 14, 2015 - An attorney representing the family said Tuesday several private investigators had been hired to look into the doctor’s fatal June shooting. They are being paid from the $32,000-plus donated by supporters of Bradstreet who have disregarded police statements that he committed suicide hours after a U.S. Food and Drug Administration raid on his Commerce Drive office.

#The FDA and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Atlanta, which reportedly initiated the investigation into Bradstreet, have declined to comment on the case. But a search warrant released to the Daily Post reveals what took the agents there.

#They were looking for evidence related to Globulin component Macrophage Activating Factor, better known as GcMAF, an immune-system therapy, criticized as potentially harmful by some and as a possible cure to cancer, HIV and autism by others.

Bradstreet was a longtime critic of the pharmaceutical establishment. Those closer to the mainstream meanwhile have called into question his methods for some 15 years, calling him a fringe conspiracy theorist.

July 9, 2015 - The First Immune clinic in Bussigny, run by local company Immuno Biotech, has been closed down while the Swiss authorities look into its operation and practices.

Switzerland’s medicines regulator, Swissmedic, claimed that the GcMaf it had been supplying to the clinic’s patients was not authorised in the country.

However, Immuno Biotech chief executive David Noakes, pictured, said there was no link between any deaths and the protein product and he believed that it was licensed.

Let's have a look at some of the nonsense here:

1. The GEP writes, "The First Immune clinic in Bussigny, run by local company Immuno Biotech" yet the article that Joshua shows us says, (with thanks to Google translate) "For the institution in question, First Immune SA". An "SA" is a Swiss company so clearly any liability lies with a Swiss company, not a Guernsey company. Well done GEP for sensationalising the issue and trying to make it local;

2. Joshua's article says, "all five patients have all gone through the private clinic of Bussigny. Reportedly, it is essentially foreign nationals suffering from terminal cancer". Read it. They were suffering from terminal cancer!! They were the walking dead. If First Immune SA could have helped them or extended their lifespan by a month or two or more then surely this would have been a blessing, not a crime?

3. A quote from the article, "First Immune is not officially registered in Switzerland. For us, it therefore does not exist" says the officials. It's a Swiss company for gods sake, how can it not exist in Switzerland??

Let's not all rush to conclusions here. After all, this is just an investigation so far.

On the other hand, what about all of the people who believe in gcmaf and who have been cured/helped by it according to their testimony?

Normally agree pretty much with everything you say, but must point out that how can you pay your bills when your bank account is frozen.?

It is interesting that Southampton Hospital is raising money for an Immunobiology facility, is that what David Noakes has been pioneering for some time.?

I have no axe to grind here, I attended one meeting at St. Pierre Park purely as an observer but I saw people who were convinced that GcMaf was doing them some good. I still think that HSSD were instrumental in many people with serious medical conditions losing hope.

I am a Child and Adolescent psychiatrist with more than 45 years of experience. I have seen the rise of autism from a rare condition (1/10,000) to a common one (1/55 or worse) and I have watched the supposed “better diagnostic tools” touted and sold. I have treated large numbers of autistic children and their families and brought about fundamental changes in many of them to return them to the land of our consensus communication and reality, so that they could give and receive love and enter into their own life well and fully. So I have a very strong opinion on the question based on extensive review and understanding of neurology, psychology and biochemistry, decades of clinical practice, common sense and a keen political awareness which allows me to smell a shill or a fool from many miles away.

I smell one.

Fiona O’Leary, who is herself an autistic person (she says she carries the diagnosis of Asperger’s Syndrome) and whose two sons are autistic (vaccinated) says that autism is normal and that any attempt to fix it is wrong and should be forbidden.

Recently, Richie Allen, www.RichieAllenShow.com, asked me to comment on the position of his guest, Fiona O’Leary, that autism is just another shade of normal and that attempts to fix it were both unnecessary and constituted child abuse. I was happy to oblige.

It should be noted that I volunteered to appear on the show with her to discuss this but she refused saying that she was not interested in doing joint interviews. I should think not, given her illogical and unscientific position. It would be hard to sustain it in the face of facts and neurology.

Autism is a term that refers to a cluster of dysfunctions and impairments. None of them is normal. Some people are more severely impaired than other, accounting for the concept of the autism “spectrum”.

Cancers are staged (generally I, II, III and IV) based on their severity and how pervasive they are. In the same way, autism is staged based on its severity and how pervasive the dysfunction is. Being politically correct and calling cancer another shade of normal is as absurd as calling autism another shade of normal. They are both diseases that come from deeper, underlying mechanism being dysfunctional.

Think about what Ms. O’Leary and her ilk would have us believe.

When autistic people are unable to speak or communicate verbally except in the most rudimentary fashion if at all, how can that be called normal? In what way is losing all speech and being unable to use speech even vaguely normal development? Tell that to the parents of a now mute child who regressed after vaccination. Autistic people frequently engage in self-stimulating behavior for significantly extended periods of time so that no outside stimuli can penetrate their abnormal and obsessive stimulatory patterns to the total exclusion of all input or communication. In what way is being obsessively focused on self-stimulation to the exclusion of everyone and everything else even vaguely normal development? How about the tantrums and violence that can occur when the self-stimulation is interrupted? Tell that to the parents of a now self-stimulating child who regressed after vaccination. Autistic people are often afflicted by learning disabilities so severe that the accomplishment of literacy, mathematics and other academic skills is either totally or nearly totally unavailable to them, leading to no academic or occupational possibilities other than the most rudimentary for some, but not all, frankly autistic people. In what way is mental retardation, even with occasional spotty sparing of unrelated functions (such as the ability to remember dates or highway designations) even vaguely normal development? Tell that to the parents of a now retarded child who regressed after vaccination. See what they have to say about it.

Autistic people frequently are stimulus/touch aversive so that even the tenderest touch is unbearable and unwelcome to them. They are often unable to tolerate hugging, cuddling or other demonstrations of affection although later, when retrieved from their autism, they can tell us how they longed for that touch and love. In what way is being cut off from the basic human and mammalian capacity to show and receive touch and love, which is essential for normal; development and life, even vaguely normal development? Tell that to the parents of a now isolated child who regressed after vaccination. See what they have to say about it.

Autism is, indeed, a neurological condition secondary to toxicity. It, like Alzheimer's Disease and Post Traumatic Head Injury, are conditions which cause serious behavioral and other functional deficits. To say that it is in any way normal is exactly like saying that a heart attack, senile dementia, cancer or diabetes are normal. Tell that to the parents of a now ill child who regressed after vaccination. See what they have to say about it.

To normalize autism is to bury, either intentionally or for personal reasons, the stark and tragic reality: Autism rates are rising exponentially because we are overburdening the detoxification capacity of our children with voluntarily introduced toxins for the accomplishment of other agendas, sacrificing our children for the sake of those agendas.

Before the advent of the current onslaught of vaccines in pregnancy, infancy and childhood, about 1 child in 10,000 was autistic (1970).

The epidemiology is very clear: skyrocketing vaccination rates correlate directly and dramatically with skyrocketing autism rates. Our incidence of first day mortality, infant mortality and autism are all the highest in the world. Our vaccination rate is also the highest in the world.

To say that autism is not a disease because it is a neurological condition indicates one of several things about the person who says it:
1.The speaker has no either no scientific background or no scruples. They have absolutely no idea what having a disease or condition means. They do not know, or care, that every disease or condition ALWAYS has a physical representation underlying it, whether or not that underlying cause is known. Of course, that underlying cause may well have been created by environmental or other inputs.

OR 2.The speaker has a hidden, competing agenda and is involved in a whitewash effort to make an inconvenient and/or costly reality go away (as in loss of the vaccine market or agrochemical sales) if widely known and appreciated. In short, we are hearing the words of a shill.

When you normalize autism you also take away the assistance and services which are absolutely necessary to the victims who have been knowingly damage – sacrificed might be a better term – by governments and agencies whose servile relationship to the pharmaceutical industry has cost us – and them- their health and normal lives.

Reviewing video interviews with Fiona O’Leary, founder of Ireland-based Autistic Rights Together, along with her activist Husband Tim, I noticed they use terms such as “Neurotypical” and “Neurodiverse” to describe behavior characteristics. I was curious, as to, where these catch-phases orginated and came across this recently posted article which gives some background on Autism and the use of the terms, Neurotypical and Neurodiverse. When ever I see these two words in an article or interview, I have yet to see any mention or reference to the possible "cause(s)" of Autism?

Most people think of autism as a disease, a major impediment of which an increasing number of children are "victims." But over the past two decades, a growing number of adults on the autism spectrum, myself included, have rejected this frame and called for non-autistic "neurotypicals" to respect and accommodate "neurodiversity." We believe that autism is a natural and in many ways desirable variation in how people think, not a great evil to be stamped out.

To neurotypical people, this may seem like a shocking reversal. But as science journalist Steve Silberman writes in his new book NeuroTribes: The Legacy of Autism and the Future of Neurodiversity, the man who discovered autism, Austrian psychiatrist Hans Asperger, conceived of it similarly, as a way of thinking that brings blessings as well as hardships. But then psychiatrist Leo Kanner claimed credit for Asperger's discovery and introduced a much harsher view of autism, paving the way for decades of brutal and abusive treatment.

Silberman and I spoke about the book, the history of autism, and the growth of the autism rights movement on Friday. An edited transcript follows. [...]

"What's so interesting is that eventually a bridge was built between the autistic community and the larger disability rights community. Before that, autism was never considered in a disability rights context. When you had young adults who had been diagnosed in the '90s, they started to read about other disability rights groups and the fate of other disabled people. It was like, "Hey, wait a minute, this person is talking about my life, actually."

When people say "neurodiversity is just about high functioning people" — no it isn't. It's about disability rights. It's the bridge between the world of autism and the world of cross-disability activism. Disability activism is not about leaving the people in wheelchairs behind and only putting the pretty people on camera. Disability means everyone comes along, including the people who are "low-functioning."
