The sitting governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands, his attorney general and an unspecified number of Virgin Islands legislators also accepted bribes, the source said, adding that U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder is aware prosecutors and elected officials were bribed and otherwise compromised, but has not held anyone accountable.

Perhaps those who does the "The Work" could just offer indirectly the influences B or C to individuals thus starting a wave of waking up people slowly.

I recall the 100th monkey effect and that would be a starting point to effect changes from within ourselves.

The influences of type B or C usually comes from us in the nature of our interactions and how we react to the input or stimulus. In one sense we could become anchors.
