As to your question - to be able to loose fat consistently you need to know why you are fat, and that requires some background knowledge about diet and health. We have extensive threads that explain exactly why people are fat and how to go about to make changes to their life and diet to not only loose weight, but more importantly on how to get a fit and healthy body.
To give you just a clue:
1. Stop eating gluten (wheat, barley and rice) and dairy
2. Cut your carbohydrates (ideally to less than 20 g per day)
3. Increase healthy fats (monounsaturated and saturated fats in roughly 1:1 ratio)
4. Keep protein at a moderate level (around 1 g per kilo of bodyweight)
