It looks bad and the lies TEPCO is spreading are beyond imagination.

A small earthquake, another pipe break, another explosion could tip it over and we could have a disaster much worse, many times worse than Chernobyl. It’s like a sleeping dragon.
Just in the last few weeks it’s been in the paper to some degree, Units 2, 3, and 4 have been shown to be in a very dire situation. Unit 2, we now know completely liquified. We’ve never seen this before in the history of nuclear power, a 100% liquefaction of a uranium core. Unit 3, on the other hand, Unit 4, on the other hand, has an even worse problem, and that it’s a spent fuel pond that is totally uncovered because of a hydrogen explosion that took place last year. The 1,500 rods that could be exposed to the air and then set off another spent pond with 6,000 rods. Altogether there are 11,000 rods in the Fukushima site that could be tipped over. A slight earthquake, a light explosion could set the whole reactor back into motion. And also, in regards to Unit 3, we found where we thought there was 33 ft. of water above the core. We put a TV camera in Units 2 and 3. We have TV pictures of the core; Unit 2 is completely liquified, Unit 3 does not have 33 ft. of water on top of it, it has two feet of water. TWO FEET of water, not thirty-three, meaning that the core is completely, or partially covered, meaning it could liquify. So between Units 2, which is completely liquified, Units 3, which is totally exposed, and Unit 4, which has 1,500 spent fuel rods that, in principle, are exposed to the outside environment, we have a catastrophe in the making.”

Do not understand that much the Sievert/hour (nSv/h) measure, what is clear to me, Japan is pretty much cover up.

Hi mabar to learn about micro sievert and mili sievert, you could look in the chart from early posts on this thread. Or maybe we can find better one for those who still don't know about it.
What is clear to me, whole world is pretty much cover with radiation.

[Updated with new chart below]: If you're at all like me, while watching the nuclear crisis unfold at Fukushima, you've been really confused by the reports of levels of radiation released at the plants, and at various locations nearby. One report, for instance, says that "radiation levels near the stricken plant on the northeast coast reached as high as 400 millisieverts (mSv) an hour." But what does that mean for people?
This is timely and pertinent information, but the chart is a little misleading.
This is because the levels of exposure are divided on an uneven scale.
Most levels show an increase of 125-200% from the level previous, but there is a 1000-2000% jump between "the lowest dose for a statistically significant risk of cancer" (50 mSv) and "mild radiation sickness" (.5-1 Sv).
A reader might therefore misinterpret a 50 mSv reading as "just below" the levels needed for mild radiation poisoning, when in fact they are an order of magnitude apart. This could be avoided by changing the chart to use a single unit of measure (either mSv or Sv) or by adding rows corresponding to the levels of exposure between 50 mSv and .5 sV.
[EDIT] I've made a quick bar chart that shows these levels on an even scale: http://bit.ly/e9vfN2
As you can see, the lower levels barely register, the highest are off the chart.

excerpt:
There are dozens of foods and supplements that protect DNA against harm not only from radiation but from other assaults, and which benefit health in other ways. Here again, these benefits are confirmed (and in many cases were discovered in the first place) by thousands of scientific studies published in peer-reviewed medical and scientific journals over a period of decades. Big Pharma, the medical cartel, and their handmaidens at the FDA have been – shall we say – reluctant to share this information with the public – in fact, they are working hard to make most of these supplements either prescription-only or flatly unavailable – but as the X-Files used to remind us every week, the truth IS out there, and for now, at least, the supplements are also.

Interestingly (unless I missed it) he doesn't mention Vitamin C at all. As well, he links to Rense for news information that 'MSM won't mention', and the Life Extension link refers to Soy as a good alternative. Overall, it's got some good information there (iodine, etc.) but is lacking some pertinent info as well. Many of the links appear to be advertising certain manufacturer's products.
