welcome: to ScottieLand! In the event of an emergency, you can now be used as a portable heater, tea kettle, boiler, or even as a substitute for a damaged nuclear reactor.

 Scottie your too much!

I agree with Pete  Geez Scottie I'm going to have to stop sneakingly checking the forum on my phone while I'm at work cause it puts my strategic enclosure at risk: it's a bit hard to explain why I'm laughing at the contents of my handbag

So happy to read that your health is still improving.

That is wonderful news!! I'm so happy to hear about it

It is as if the body new it was getting mitochondrial energy, so it was time to kick out the meds.

And apparently it takes several weeks to see real results, so who knows. Step by step!

Then, yesterday, I partook of another small goodie and the same thing happened. Well, something strange happened actually; a half hour after eating some sweetened figs with a nut crumble on top, I suddenly got so hot I could feel waves of heat just radiating away. I even started sweating a bit.
Great stuff. You became more "uncoupled" and your metabolism is probably working more efficiently now! :D Glad to hear it!

This brings to mind the phrase "Eat for Heat". It can be a good measure for foods which are useful for increasing individual metabolism. I find that low carb makes me cold as ice, especially the extremities. On the other hand, sugar makes me hot! and I tend to think this is a good thing.

Thank you for sharing these good news Laura. I am glad that you are improving a lot. Onwards and upwards. :wizard:
