In the same post you can also see that ageispolis is indeed German. He used the word "Doppelgänger". And you can tell that he is not an English native speaker, because he uses German word order. He wrote: "On the Doppelgänger forum we started months ago a topic". This is exactly as you would say it in German.

As ageispolis is a song by Aphex Twin and that this person is really into the same Idm glitchy tunes I think it's a correct hit.
He is friend with a deviantart member called Czino (also producing a lot of electronic music)
