Libel and Defamation Against SOTT, Cass, LKJ, QFG, etc

OMG, if my memory serves me correct, we had a new member here on the forum a while ago who linked to this electronic music that he had made! I can't remember his nick right now, but I remember that I checked out one of his youtube links and there was this name: Nitrostirumpa. I remember also that this member was in some ways showing an agenda and being problematic.

Can you find that thread?

One thing to remember is that small groups of harassers often share/swap accounts specifically to confuse anyone profiling them. It's a relatively new technique they've come up with in the past few years.

Frankly, his overt threat above is pretty concerning as well, not considering how he explicitly associates himself with QFS and Laura.

That is definitely NOT our business. Our business is quite simply defending ourselves publicly AND legally when required and possible. And that means on our own turf. We do not violate the free will of others if they are not harming us. People can express their opinions about me all they want. That is very different from going around spreading lies about me. What's more, I can provide facts and figures and witnesses to counter lies about me. But I have no intention of wasting one minute of my energy getting into a food fight and no one in this forum is authorized by me to speak for me.

At this point, I personally don't even know if he's capable of rectifying it - considering the monumental harm he's done with this mindless action. However - if it is possible for him to retract it, apologize, tell 'ufochick' that she's right and that he doesn't represent - in any way, shape or form - this forum or you but that he was just having an emotional reaction due to his own issues and that he is deeply sorry - then should he? Would it even matter? He's done more harm with that one post that a thousand mentally unstable idiots posting lies. I'm just thoroughly shocked.

a) You haven't been listening/learning,

My opinion: it might be helpful for Leo40 to just go back to the Icke forum and state that he is not, and was not, authorized to speak for LKG, QFG, or anyone but himself, and to the extent that his previous statement purports to speak for LKG, QFG, or anyone else, or express the opinions or objectives of those persons or entities, he retracts it.

My two cents....
