Macedonia: SDSM Leader Intends to Avoid Comparisons of Programs and Projects During Electoral Campaign

http://www.independent.mk/articles/37273/Macedonia+SDSM+Leader+Intends+to+Avoid+Comparisons+of+Programs+and+Projects+During+Electoral+Campaign

We will never surrender our protest battle. 'The Truth About Macedonia' has initiated processes, which were announced by student movements, many civil organizations and it is legitimate to ask how not to directly compete about whose campaign program is better, SDSM leader Zoran Zaev said in an interview for TV Telma's show 'Top Topic', adding that that he has no intention to conduct the electoral campaign by doing comparisons of party programs and projects.

In line with his statements, it can be concluded that SDSM will again use the illegally obtained wiretapped conversations as an asset in the party's campaign, while its project platform will take up a runner-up position.

Even host Olivera Trajkovska said that VMRO-DPMNE's program contains commendable solutions and ideas, Zaev failed to respond to the comment.

During the interview, SDSM leader Zaev also pointed out that he will pursue the opportunity for obtaining more votes through Albanian voters, i.e. in electoral unit 6, made up of Tetovo and Gostivar voters. This obviously explains his new policy, which promotes official bilingualism in Macedonia.

Hillary Clinton’s Campaign Chair John Podesta Refers to Macedonia as “FYROM” in Latest WikiLeaks Release

https://iammacedonian.com/2016/10/13/hillary-clintons-campaign-chair-john-podesta-refers-to-macedonia-as-fyrom-in-latest-wikileaks-release/

“I still call it FYROM” – John Podesta

In the latest WikiLeaks release of emails from Hillary Clinton’s campaign chair, John Podesta is caught referring to Macedonia using the derogatory term “FYROM” – responding with “I still call it FYROM” when asked about inviting the Prime Minister of Macedonia to an event in July of 2015.

John Podesta is of Greek descent from his mother’s side and Italian descent from his father’s side. His use of the derogatory term “FYROM” and his closeness to the Democratic party nominee Hillary Clinton makes me, as a Macedonian, feel uneasy.

Forbes published an interview with former PM Nikola Gruevski.

How Macedonia Survived The EU Migrant Crisis, Grew Its Economy, And Lured U.S. Manufacturing

http://www.forbes.com/sites/kenrapoza/2016/10/24/how-macedonia-survived-the-eu-migrant-crisis-grew-its-economy-and-lured-u-s-manufacturing/#5366868a5a72

Macedonia is yet another former Communist bloc nation inching its way towards open market reforms, and Western capitalism. Some U.S. manufacturers have taken notice and have opened up shop. An election on December 11 will likely show that – despite a recent bout with political instability – the ruling party will win. In a way, neither the 2015 migrant crisis, nor the political deadlock has crippled this small Balkan nation of two million people.

I spoke with former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski recently, following his Oct. 3-7 trip to Washington and New York. These are some excerpts from our discussion about U.S. businesses moving there, migrants, and what one of the best corporate tax rates in the world means for Macedonia. U.S. legislators take note…

If the economy is so great, why is employment so high?

We decreased it to 24% from the previous 38%. Unemployment is a problem. But the government has taken measures to support the domestic economy, to bring in foreign capital, and to create a favorable business climate so employment is increasing even though we are not happy with what we have now. Low taxes are the key factor now. It is what makes corporate investors look closer at us when deciding where to expand. And we are decreasing the VAT in several sectors from 18% to 5%. This is only a drop in the ocean among the things, which were made to keep the economy afloat during the political crisis. These tax rates are what drives a lot of interest in Macedonia.

Investors actually like BB credit these days. But the opposition says new budget proposal threatens that rating.

The 2017 budget is based on the projection of 3% GDP growth. And I think it is a realistic projection because it incorporates slower global growth, the unknown effects from Brexit, and the resolution of the political crisis after December. The capital investments are planned to reach a record amount, yes, but priority is given to fiscal policy, important investments in infrastructure and to social programs like education and healthcare that everyone agrees we need. I don’t think we get a credit downgrade.

How has techonological-manufacturing tax free zones helped the economy during these twin crises of refugees from Asia and Africa, and the wiretapping scandal?

These free economic zones in 2015 were around a billion and half euros in trade, which is 36% of our export value, so these zones were very important to us and make exporting from Macedonia attractive. The latest info I have is from January to September and our exports increased by 19.2% compared to the same period last year. The companies in those zones really do stimulate the development of the local economy and enabled changes in the structure of what we export. About six years ago, in 2009, we were exporting about 22 million euros in goods overall but in 2015 we registered export of about 1.5 billion euros and this year we’re looking at 2 billion. Companies that build there and work from these technological industrial zones get exemptions on personal income tax and corporate taxes for 10 years. Plus we don’t charge fees for construction permits.

U.S. companies are moving there because of the tax rate. Who are some of the latest to set up shop?

U.S. corporate investments are mainly coming from the automotive industry. Johnson Controls built two factories in Macedonia in 2015. During the crisis. Kemet Electronics of South Carolina is also active in Macedonia and have a facility in Skopje. Key Safety Systems, a Michigan company that makes airbags, started working in the technological industrial development zone in Kichevo. Amphenol is Massachusetts based and they have two brownfield facilities, and invested in a new greenfield investment in the zone.

Top three trading partners today.

The most important this year for Macedonia has been Germany and the U.K. There are several German and British investments in Macedonia, which have led to that. Then third place is Serbia. Italy, Spain and U.S. are up there, too.

Where do Russia, China and the U.S. fit?

We are a small country so we have to be open to investments from everyone who wants to do business with us. From the U.S. corporate investors at present, the money is mostly coming from the automotive industry. China has a fund investing in central and eastern European countries, and we have seen some of those funds go to highway construction only so far. As far as the Russians go, we export agricultural goods and generic drugs. And, of course, we import Russian oil and gas.

Macedonia received a lot of press over the migrant crisis. What is the situation like today?

We have two million people and faced a migration problem which, from the beginning of the migration crisis in summer 2014 up to now, meant the transit of over 1 million people coming from Turkey and through Greece trying to reach the EU. It was a very serious problem for us, because we were not their final destination. They kept coming. And we had to take care of that. Right now, there is no longer a way for migrants to transit along the Western Balkan route into Greece, and that includes going through Macedonia.

What is the migrant crisis’ economic impact going forward. Is the crisis abating?

We had significant costs in dealing with the challenges of the migrant crisis. There was no serious or substantial help from abroad either. Macedonia is facing the consequences of this global problem; a problem we know we did not contribute to. I don’t know if it is abating. The only lasting solution is achieving peace, political and economic stability in the countries, where these migrants are coming from.

Where did the majority of migrants come from that used Macedonia as a route into the EU?

All over the Middle East and north Africa, but in September those that we trying to cross the Macedonian-Greek border illegally were mainly from Afghanistan, Syria and then Pakistan. Those are the top three. The rest are mainly from north Africa and Iraq.

What’s next for Macedonia?

December elections are next. Yes, we went through a bad crisis. It is not entirely over. But we did not give up working with the business community. Our economy still grew. We didn’t lose our credit rating and we are going to protect that rating. We convinced several new companies to start a business plan and to invest in Macedonia. It’s not going to be perfect, but I think the country is heading in a better direction now. Let’s see what voters say.

Two Men With Links to IS Arrested for Preparing Terror Attacks in Macedonia

http://www.independent.mk/articles/38475/Two+Men+With+Links+to+IS+Arrested+for+Preparing+Terror+Attacks+in+Macedonia

The Interior Ministry informed that two persons aged 23 and 24 were arrested a week ago over information that they were preparing acts of terror on Macedonian territory. The two were in contact with former fighters in the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria.

"As part of a wider regional operative action aimed at fighting terrorism, the Interior Ministry conducted searches at two sites, in Skopje and in Aracinovo on November 4th. During the search, one 24 year old person from Aracinovo was detained, and the other was detained in Kosovo. Their goals was carrying out terrorist acts in Macedonia. The intentions of this structure were foiled with timely acquired intelligence information", said Mitko Cavkov, head of the Bureau for Public Security.

During the raids, police took away computers and phones from the two persons. It's estimated that over 150 Macedonian citizens have went to fight in the Middle East, joining Islamist groups, and that dozens of them were killed, while some are returning to the country. In the summer of 2015, Macedonian police detained 9 suspected Islamists and filed charges against dozens more, many of whom are in the Middle East. As other countries in the region, Macedonia passed laws making it a crime to fight in a foreign war or conflict.

Recently, Kosovo and Albania police also held raids against recruitment and radicalization groups. It is believed that these groups operate mainly among ethnic Albanian and other Muslim communities in the region, and work across border lines.

Trump's Adviser Burns Says US President-elect Will Not Allow Macedonia's Constitutional Name to Be Changed

http://www.independent.mk/articles/38536/Trump%27s+Adviser+Burns+Says+US+President-elect+Will+Not+Allow+Macedonia%27s+Constitutional+Name+to+Be+Changed

After the election of a new president, the US will continue to advance its good cooperation with Macedonia, Donald Trump's spiritual adviser Mark Burns said in an interview for the TV program 'People's Voice'.

In regard to the name of your country, the one some want to change so as to deprive you of the right to call yourselves Macedonians is something unheard of in the world's history - nobody can change your name and identity as you are born as Macedonians and will keep on living and referring to yourselves by that name, Burns stated.

It is rather dishonest, he said, that Greeks give millions of dollars to the US Democratic Party to gain its support and make you change your name.

'After Trump's victory be certain that this will not happen. I guarantee that after Trump's election for US president, each initiative of the US Democratic Party will be halted immediately. This also refers to the change of Macedonia's name,' Burns said.

Speaking about December 11 elections in Macedonia, Burns said he expects for VMRO-DPMNE's leader to once again score a victory.

"Mr. Trump is familiar with Mr. Gruevski's work and offers him full support for everything he has been doing for the people of Macedonia. We expect him to again obtain a mandate (to form a government) by the choice of the citizens at the forthcoming elections, as we consider that Nikola Gruevski will continue, with the same commitment as thus far, to work on the country's economic development and security,' Burns says.

THE HILL: You Should Practice What You Preach

http://www.independent.mk/articles/38552/THE+HILL+You+Should+Practice+What+You+Preach

When a special prosecutor is called in to clean up and legally enforce change in an entire country’s system, you would expect that person to live by the values and words that he or she defends in the courts every day. Unfortunately, these expectations do not ring true in the case of Macedonia’s Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva.

The Special Prosecutor’s Office was formed last summer as part of an agreement between political parties in the small Balkan country. The SPO is meant to investigate officials without taking sides in the political rift, and yet clearly, this aim is not being fulfilled by the very people meant to enforce it. Instead the SPO is focusing all her attention against the VMRO- DPMNE ruling party.

To Janeva, being an independent prosecutor means dismissing two deputy prosecutors who allegedly refused to follow her political will. It means threatening the citizens of Macedonia or, according to local reports, it means attempting to bribe them into giving false statements about other officials. What’s more, she employs her own relatives at her offices – using the argument that it strengthens her team – and the government subsequently pays the salaries of her family members.

Rather than living by the law that she so artfully defends and allegedly champions, Ms. Janeva instead represents the very corruption she is supposed to combat.

Before throwing attacks and charges against others under the guise of a defending the legal system, the special prosecutor should perhaps look in the mirror and practice what she preaches.

Katica Janeva is not doing the work of the people. She is not acting as an independent prosecutor, the very job she was selected to do. Rather, she is abusing her power and discrediting the office and the public trust that she has sworn to defend. She is tarnishing the entire judicial system by taking the law into her own hands.

Through her actions and blatant disregard for the law, Ms. Janeva is polarizing her office, doing the work of the opposition party, and simply pushing their agenda. This is not justice; it is politics, and that can be understood by the public in any language, in any country.

These abuses of power cannot continue in the SPO.

The people of Macedonia were finally given a chance to trust their government when the Special Prosecutor’s Office was created. Under Katica Janeva, this trust has been violated. Rather than the professional, non-polarized, and independent institution it was intended to be, the SPO is simply a biased and political vessel for Janeva to act against the public’s best interests. The SPO is undermining the expectations and the long-awaited trust of the public and pushing Macedonia in the wrong direction.

Macedonia: SPO Begins Election Campaign With Calculated Press Conference

http://www.independent.mk/articles/38738/Macedonia+SPO+Begins+Election+Campaign+With+Calculated+Press+Conference

On the eve of the election campaign for the December 11 elections, which begins on Monday, the Special Public Prosecutor`s Office reacted after a long silence with the announcement of another press conference which will report data for a new investigation, this time named "Target ".

The time when the SPO makes this conference sparked controversy and public comments that the team of the special public prosecutor enters in campaign against the ruling party just before the beginning of the election campaign.

The move of Janeva is contrary of the suggestion that last week came from diplomatic circles, that emphasized the need SPO to reduce the public presentations of cases during the election campaign. On meetings with local media diplomats in the last period advised that it is better, in the interests of the election campaign to reduce the public appearances of SPO.

However, Janeva planned on the last working day of the week, before the three-week election campaign, to appear with a new case. What is the case about is not known yet.

However, it is symptomatic that SPO occurs with a conference precisely at a time when the public began to resent the statements of SDSM leader Zoran Zaev, who repeatedly began to propagate bilingualism in Macedonia. He said this in public at the meeting with expatriates in Bern, Switzerland, where he said that Macedonia is worse than its neighbors. He emphasized that it is not possible always to search the guilty in them but, as he emphasized, the error is in Macedonia.

It is not possible everyone to be bad around us, and we are the best. If all are at odds with Macedonia, the problem is in Macedonia-said Zaev.

Zaev in front of the Albanian Diaspora talked about equality in use of language, i.e the introduction of bilingualism on the whole territory of Macedonia.

SPO Opens New Pre Elections Wiretapping Scandal Case

http://www.independent.mk/articles/38744/SPO+Opens+New+Pre+Elections+Wiretapping+Scandal+Case

"Target" is the latest case opened by the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPO) referring to the illegal surveillance of communications in period 2008-2015. The investigation focuses on the manner and means used for the illegal surveillance of communications.

Ten persons, former and current employees of the Administration for Security and CounterIntelligence (UBK), are charged with abuse of office and jurisdiction. SPO prosecutor Fatime Fetai said the evidence they possessed pointed to the suspicion that at least 5,827 telephone numbers were subject of the illegal surveillance in the period 2008-2015.

Three different systems for surveillance of communications were used for this purpose. Chief prosecutor Katica Janeva stressed the investigation has resulted from months long efforts by the entire team of prosecutors, investigators, IT experts, the institution's services and administration.

She added that sufficient material and verbal evidence has been collected to open an investigation in the case. Janeva said that privacy or secrecy of citizens' communication, which is guaranteed by the Constitution, was not respected through the illegal surveillance in the above mentioned period.

According to her, the state has the right, in certain circumstances, to legally infringe the people's privacy, but this should be carried out in compliance with precise legal framework by authorized individuals.

Scandalous expressions of SDSM leader Zoran Zaev, who in yesterday's interview on TV 24Vesti, from which issued the threat to the life of politicians in Macedonia.

http://netpress.com.mk/zaev-zakani-deka-ke-ginat-politicari-video/

SDSM leader Zoran Zaev in an interview yesterday on TV "News 24" openly threatened murder of politicians, coolly saying "no big deal if politicians perish."

Scandalous expressions of SDSM leader Zoran Zaev, who in yesterday's interview on TV 24Vesti, from which issued the threat to the life of politicians in Macedonia.

- Will falling ratings, and the ruling parties and politicians. And politicians will die and leave politics. But died our grandfathers and fathers for this our Macedonia, nothing will tragically die if politicians - Zaev said in yesterday's interview on TV "News 24".

While political analysts and security experts have warned that Macedonia is prepared bloody scenario of SDSM Zoran Zaev and separatists which should take place on election day, immediately after Election Day.

There is a scenario of political and security incidents should be carried out before or on the day of elections, warns journalist and analyst Vasco Eftov his last show "In Center" where he analyzed the political and security challenges which also include Macedonia in the period before upcoming early parliamentary elections.

According Eftov, the implementation of such a scenario would mean entering into a very unstable political process by 11 December.

There is a political case. I hope that will not be realized, but you should know the contours of this political scenario. It involves certain political and security incidents. Perhaps before the election or on Election Day. It would mean entering into a very unstable political process by 11 December. It implies possible formation of a broad-based government or a possible request, if you win VMRO DPMNE Nikola Gruevski not to be the new prime minister. And that political tension should last until the local elections and further exhausted Macedonia to become unstable and at a crucial moment when the relationship between America and Russia, perhaps Turkey, Macedonia is very fragile and very unstable, as such they enter the political resolution of the Balkans.

Macedonians vote in snap parliamentary elections

http://www.presstv.com/Detail/2016/12/11/497343/MacedoniaElection

People in Macedonia have started casting their ballots in snap parliamentary elections.

Sunday's vote is part of a deal among Macedonia’s four major parties: the governing conservatives, the left-wing main opposition and two minor ones representing the ethnic Albanian community.

The election is an attempt to end a political crisis that has gripped the Balkan country since 2015.

The vote was postponed twice, in April and June.

A key candidate is former prime minister Nikola Gruvski who stepped down in January 2016 in the wake of major anti-government protests. He was at the helm of the center-right VMRO-DPMNE party that has governed the former Yugoslav republic as the major party in various coalitions for almost a decade. Gruvski is now seeking a return to power.

The resignation of the nationalist leader occurred as part of an EU-brokered deal that put a caretaker government in place. The plan was to resolve one of the worst political crises since Macedonia gained independence from Yugoslavia in 1991.

The opposition Social Democrats (SDSM), led by Zoran Zaev, has been accusing the government of corruption and large-scale wiretapping of thousands of people, including journalists and religious officials. SDSM includes several smaller parties, some representing the large ethnic Albanian minority.

However, the government has rejected all such claims, accusing the opposition of plotting a coup instead.

There are nearly 1.8 million registered voters, and 123 seats in the parliament are up for grabs. Each of the four parties has put forward a list of 20 candidates in each of the six electoral districts.

Pre-election opinion polls showed that the VMRO-DPMNE may be in the lead. Also, up to one third of voters were said to be undecided.

"This election is one of the most unpredictable to take place in Macedonia," Zaneta Trajkoska, director at the Institute of Communication Studies, told AFP.

"Whoever wins the election will have huge challenges and issues to solve."

The first indications from the electoral committee will be revealed on Monday and the final results will be out on Tuesday.

According to latest data from 98.30 percent of the votes processed by the State Electoral Commission, VMRO-DPMNE won 445,541 votes, against 430,651 for SDSM.

Calculated in seas in Parliament that would be 51 deputies for VMRO-DPMNE and 49 foe SDSM. DUI-10, BESA 5, Alliance for Albanians-3 and DPA 2.

Former Macedonian Prime Minister in No Position to Form Government - Opposition

https://sputniknews.com/europe/201612131048520341-macedonia-prime-minister-government/

Former Prime Minister of Macedonia Nikola Gruevski whose center-right VMRO-DPMNE party declared victory in a parliamentary election has no right to form a new government, because the final results will show the opposition had won the vote, Zoran Zaev, leader of the opposition Social Democratic Union of Macedonia (SDSM) said Tuesday.

On Monday, the Macedonian State Election Commission announced preliminary results of the snap election held on Sunday. Gruevski's VMRO-DPMNE won 51 seats while SDSM got 49. The other 23 mandates were won by various parties of Albanian minorities. Gruevski already announced his party's victory but the opposition refused to accept the results.

"The final results that we have show differences between the protocols from polling stations and what was declared by SEC. If we take this into account, SDSM gets more support in the Sixth district, and the final result is 50 to 50," Zaev said at a press conference broadcast by several local TV channels.

Zaev called on all the parties excluding VMRO-DPMNE to show respect for the choice of the people and choose "changes over the defeated regime." He emphasized that the people opted for "life in which there is no place for such politicians as Nikola Gruevski. That is why he has no right to form a new government".

The parliamentary elections in Macedonia took place on Sunday, December 11. The final results are to be declared later on Tuesday.

The political crisis in Macedonia began in 2015 as the opposition accused the ruling conservatives of intercepting telephone conversations of some 20,000 people, including police officers, judges, journalists and diplomats. It resulted in the agreement reached last year between the most influential parties in Macedonia, under which then-Prime Minster Gruevski resigned in January, the parliament was dissolved. Early elections were repeatedly announced and then canceled.

SEC confirms VMRO-DPMNE is winner of the elections

http://english.republika.mk/sec-confirms-vmro-dpmne-is-winner-of-the-elections/

The State Election Commission has confirmed that VMRO-DPMNE is the winner of the elections in Macedonia.

According to the calculations using the D’Hondt method, VMRO-DPMNE won 51 seats, while its coalition partner DUI won 10 seats. Thus, the ruling coalition in the country has kept majority in the new composition as well.

SDSM won 49 seats, BESA won 5 seats, the Alliance for Albanians 3 seats and DPA 2 seats in the new parliament.

Gruevski says VMRO-DPMNE will begin talks to form the next Government immediately

http://english.republika.mk/gruevski-says-vmro-dpmne-will-begin-talks-to-form-the-next-government-immediately/

Following the publication of the final election results by the State Electoral Commission, VMRO-DPMNE leader Nikola Gruevski spoke to his supporters who gathered in front of the party building in downtown Skopje to say that he will begin work on forming the next Government immediately, while also addressing the political divide in the country.

“Macedonia had a very important victory, the likes of which we haven’t seen in a long time. And we can feel that in the energy among the people. As I said yesterday, this was not just a mere electoral win over SDSM, but something much more than than, given everything that was happening in the past two years. My thanks go to all of you who have supported us in the past two years, who supported us on Sunday and who came here to celebrate. This is a significant victory for all VMRO-DPMNE members, but also for the whole of Macedonia. Even thought there were unusual delays, the State Electoral Commission finally mustered the strength to publish the final results that show a 10th victory in a row for VMRO-DPMNE and our coalition”, said Gruevski, whose party won the majority of votes and 51 seats in Parliament.

Gruevski added that there are congratulations coming from top European Commission officials on the victory, coupled with calls for the opposition to remain active in Parliament.

“We will, of course, begin talks to form the next coalition and we must lay the grounds to put an end to the crisis. The people demand this from us, they are sick and tired of the crisis and of all those who caused it. We must finally return to the path of improving the economy, increasing the salaries and retirement incomes and to resolving the problems of the citizens of Macedonia. We will also focus on reducing the political gap among the citizens of Macedonia. In their desire to beat us, our political opponents SDSM introduced much anger and hatred and caused a major gulf among the citizens, and in some instances, among the ethnic communities. This needs to stop. I will work to reduce this gap and to unite all the citizens of Macedonia, to build Macedonia as a country with many new jobs, one which will move toward NATO and the European Union”, Gruevski added.

Mogherini, Hahn: We look forward to a swift formation of the new Parliament and of the new Government

http://english.republika.mk/mogherini-hahn-we-look-forward-to-a-swift-formation-of-the-new-parliament-and-of-the-new-government/

European Union diplomatic chief Federica Mogherini and Commissioner Johannes Hahn issued a joint statement on the early general elections in Macedonia, after the final results were announced. In it, the two welcome the calm and orderly manner in which the elections were conducted and call for a swift creation of a the Parliament and Government and for unification between the common European Union integration goal.

“These early parliamentary elections were a key element of the 2015 Przino Agreement. They offer the country a crucial opportunity to renew a democratic, constructive dialogue to overcome the long-lasting political crisis and unite behind a common objective of Euro-Atlantic integration. Political parties need to act in an inclusive manner involving an active parliamentary opposition and a vibrant civil society. We look forward to a swift formation of the new Parliament and of the new Government and to the implementation of reforms to address systemic rule of law issues, also through the Urgent Reform Priorities. Government and opposition need to continue implementing previous political agreements in full, including supporting the work of the Special Prosecutor’s Office. The European Union will continue to support the country in its reform process, with a view to its European integration path”, Mogherini and Hahn said in their statement.

After the election this Sunday, none of the parties have sufficient majority to constitute a government.

TIRANA, Albania (AP) — The United States embassy in Tirana says Central Intelligence Agency Director John Brennan visited Albania to discuss terrorism along with a variety of other bilateral and international issues.

An embassy statement said Brennan met with Prime Minister Edi Rama, President Bujar Nishani, Defense Minister Mimi Kodheli and intelligence officials on Wednesday to discuss "regional security, counterterrorism cooperation, intelligence sharing, and other bilateral affairs."

The U.S. and Albania have intensified their ties recently in the fight against violent extremism and to stop foreign fighters from joining Islamic rebel groups in Syria and Iraq.

Albania claims none of its citizens have extremist groups during the last year, although scores are thought to be active in the Middle East.

Something is cooking over there.

Federalism is open map Zaev, hiding and tutors and financiers of all activities of the bloc Soros, and finally, of the international community which, to put it mildly, such a project would have closed the "Macedonian issue" once and for all

No doubts that random sudden meeting of CIA Director John Brennan with Albanian Prime Minister And quickly appointment of Rama with the leaders of the Albanian parties in Macedonia, in the wake of the elections in Macedonia.

The apparent failure of elections Zoran Zaev activates Joker Soros. Edi Rama comes into play at a critical moment when the people a vote, and the SEC by verifying confirm the defeat of SDSM parliamentary elections in Macedonia.

Rama as a close friend of Soros, and large debtor tasked to "see reason" and to "remind" the Albanian leaders in Macedonia that will have to negotiate with the winning party coalition in power that their agenda is busting Macedonia. Acting Rama not aimed at meeting the interests of Albanians, but achieving personal interests.

Very lucid but very transparent matrix for work Rama stood in line with Zaev and confirm his thesis of getting out of the framework of the Ohrid Agreement. Disguising its vested interests behind Albania, Rama did not allow defeat Zaev to disappoint Albanian electorate and once again fueled the greater dream that Albanians are equal with Macedonians in Macedonia.

- Given that Macedonia is at the end of the electoral process, I congratulate all elected without exception, especially Albanians. They need to find the strength to advance the common agenda to achieve the quality of democratic coexistence Albanian and Macedonian citizens. On top of their agenda should be OFA and shared unanimously to ask the program of the new government set within the Ohrid Agreement. Albanian parties in Macedonia have their own identity and their own proglrama, they are not obliged to agree with one another or be soedinieti in a block, but are asked to side with the interests of all Albanians and joint appearance in the interest of what is indivisible, and that is the principle of equality between the two peoples complete freedom, rights and obligations in the context of the Macedonian state, told Rama Albanian parties.

These those voiced by Prime Minister of another country a grave interference in the internal politics of a sovereign country such as Macedonia. However, Rama is not the first time to interfere in the internal affairs of our country. He should not forget that Albanians in Macedonia have much greater rights of Macedonians in Albania and while using fascist methods of the Macedonians in Albania, leaving no room to talk about equality among nations.

Albanian Prime Minister is known for his radical views and interference in the internal affairs of Macedonia. He even threatened like Greece and Albania can put a veto in NATO.

- Macedonia will join NATO if fully implement the Ohrid Framework Agreement. With more persistence and intensity we are trying to pave the way for Macedonia to join NATO. But the fact is that it requires pressure to both sides to resolve the dispute and more important, the government in Skopje to respect the Framework Agreement, said Rama last NATO summit in Wales.

WHY SEC declined to verify WILL OF MACEDONIAN CITIZENS: Scenario for another day of pressure on members of the SEC!

Slowly but surely running out the first 24 hours of the deadline from 48 to act on the complaints to the SEC by both parties with the most Albanian votes SMDS and BESA for polling stations that according to the minutes, but claims of charge at the polling boards in on the election day there were no violations of the election process

Although the entire Macedonian public in yesterday eagerly awaiting the decision of the SEC complaints submitted by SDSM and BESA and verifying clearly expressed popular will, the representatives of the State Election Commission without detailed explanation postpone the session for today.

According to the information that came in yesterday despite assurances and strains among the members there was not enough support for accepting illegal and illogical objections SDSM and BESA. Faced with this reality, 'the writer' put on the table a plan B to delay meeting the SEC in order to get another full day of practicing pressures on members of the SEC.

Regarding the information that two days ago came out in the media that the SEC is the US Ambassador who pressured the members of the SEC in order to mount the electoral will of the citizens, the embassy yesterday issued a denial, calling this information "conspiracy theory."

Meanwhile iNFOMAX.mk came to the aforementioned photography which denies the denial or conspiracy theory makes factual situation.

Similar denial embassy came out a few months ago when informed about the interference of the embassy staff in the judiciary and putting pressure on judges and prosecutors, but then as now arguably has been proven that this disclaimer is only an attempt to degrade the information that is not published in the media under the control of funds of Soros and USAID.

Set-up by 'writer' SDSM and Besa major players stealing the electoral will of the Macedonians

_https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=mk&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fzurnal.net%2F%3Fp%3D34028&sandbox=1

After yesterday's banal objections to voting in early parliamentary elections and the domestic and international public were declared most peaceful and democratic so far, there is no one who does not understand that during the last attempt to steal the will of the majority of citizens through electoral engineering .

Writer failed to defeat the will of the majority Macedonians, on the ground, in a fair fight now so insidiously through their installations are trying to steal the victory under the table and to demonstrate to the Macedonians that no matter how they vote in their own state because decisions only wear it.

No one in the country that does not understand that there was no serious incident and that election day went well. No one who does not understand that VMRO-DPMNE 10th consecutive win. Not someone who does not understand that this election victory of the Macedonian people was not only against the SDSM, but against a much more powerful opponent. It could not hide nor the president of the State Election Commission Alexander Chichakovski who violate the law and only to provide time for a writer to target the sites under the table would allow it to steal the will of the majority Macedonians. After the deadline, however Chichakovski out at the press conference and the public and said that VMRO-DPMNE won 51 mandates, SDSM 49, DUI 10, DPA 2 BESA 5 seats and the Alliance for Albanians 3.

Therefore SDSM and Bessa received an extended deadline and targeted places where with the help of Albanian votes would circumvent the decision of the Macedonians about who should lead the country in the next four years.

Writer would not be on top of the problem if other than the targeted places where Albanians could complete its work of Zoran Zaev, not inserted and another that does not have any impact in the final quotient, except to be counted as rejected.

Zoran Zaev and screenwriter risk chaos and the outpouring of the wrath of the majority Macedonians.

The idea of the whole concept is a mass re-run in places where the majority of voters are Albanians SDSM to get closer to the mandates to VMRO-DPMNE and thus to circumvent the will of the Macedonians and deleted 17,000 votes more that won VMRO-DPMNE.

Thanks to the vote in Aracinovo Studenichani Saraj, Brest and other environments where there is a purely ethnic Albanian population SDSM has already managed to upgrade about 70,000 votes Macedonians ....

That prepares theft of votes confirmed the information yesterday announced that the SDSM filed complaints to the SEC relating to the polling stations in Tetovo and Tearce where again in minutes by EB no objections. After these banal complaints no doubt that the sole purpose of Zaev, SDSM is challenging the will of the majority of the Macedonian people and the victory that fair and democratic elections won VMRO-DPMNE.

It is obvious that in this way SDSM is trying to prolong it to sacrifice the future of the Republic of Macedonia only to protect Zoran Zaev in an attempt to protect their own chair.

Professor Alexander Dashtevski says the law has rules and general to file complaint, within a day of the election day there were objections.

-So Did before, I remember. In voting, the parties learned observers and representatives of the Electoral Board to submit a note each case in order to have grounds for complaint. In these places, where they claim that there were some things that they want to cancel just because of the result, nothing else, are crystal clear. There is no objection, the voting accelerates normally says Dashtevski.

According Dashtevski symptomatic that even the third day decided to go out and say that the elections are not clean after two days was said to be clean.

-So, First, there are no grounds for complaints, and another, although seven members close to SDSM SEC can they vote against the bill. Complaint must contain certain basic arguments to prove that indeed there were irregularities. There was no added Dashtevski.
