A Tucson Police Department SWAT truck is parked near the last two cars of an Amtrak train in downtown Tucson, Ariz., Monday, Oct. 4, 2021. One person is in custody after someone opened fire Monday aboard an Amtrak train in Tucson, Arizona, police said. The shooting happened just after 8 a.m. on a train parked at the station in the city's downtown. Authorities say the scene has been secured and no threat remains. A Drug Enforcement Administration special agent was killed Monday when a passenger, who also died, opened fire as officers were doing a routine inspection for illegal contraband on an Amtrak train in Tucson, Arizona, authorities said. A second agent and a Tucson police officer were wounded.

“It’s very horrific and we’re all just coming to terms with just how terrible a loss this is,” Tucson Police Chief Chris Magnus said. “But I also want to reflect on the really heroic actions of the officers at the scene. They literally ran towards the danger, into the car, where there was an active shooting situation going on.”

Magnus spoke outside the hospital where the agent and Tucson officer had been taken. The agent was listed in critical condition while the officer was in stable condition. He said authorities would not be releasing their names.

The shooting, which sent passengers fleeing, happened just after 8 a.m. on a train stopped at the station in the city’s downtown. A regional task force of DEA agents and Tucson police officers had boarded one of the cars to do a typical check for illegal money, weapons and drugs. It’s a common occurrence at all transit hubs, Magnus said.

Officers were in the middle of detaining a man on the upper level of the double-decker car when a second man pulled out a handgun and began firing. He exchanged several rounds with police and then barricaded himself in a bathroom on the lower level, Magnus said.

He was later found dead inside.

The other suspect has been arrested. It wasn’t immediately known what charges he faces or his relationship to the second man.

Magnus praised Tucson police officers for getting the injured DEA agent off the train and rushing him to the hospital in the back of a patrol car. The hospitalized Tucson officer had been on the platform when he heard the shooting. He was shot when he ran into the car to help.

There were about a dozen other passengers in the car where the shooting occurred.

“I just think it’s kind of incredible here there weren’t other people who were hurt, even though we’re completely so saddened by the loss of the officer,” Magnus said.

Amtrak spokesman Jason Abrams also confirmed there were no reported injuries to the crew or passengers.

The Sunset Limited, Train 2, was traveling from Los Angeles to New Orleans, and arrived at the Tucson station at 7:40 am, Abrams said. There were 137 passengers and 11 crew members, he said. All have been evacuated to the station.

Evan Courtney was in a lounge car when people suddenly came running in yelling: “Shots fired!”

“I grabbed my backpack and ran,” Courtney told The Associated Press via Twitter direct messaging.

He said he huddled with other passengers while looking out the window. He saw several tactical police officers with assault rifles behind barricades. After 15 minutes, “police ran to us and told us to get out of the car and run in the opposite direction.”

Courtney later tweeted a photo of nearly two dozen officers including two embracing.

Dramatic video taken by a camera at the Southern Arizona Transportation Museum shows some of the shooting.

Multiple shots can be heard from inside a train before a man, who appears to be a security officer with a dog, boards in the middle of the second-to-last car through an open door. Two bystanders back away and then run past a baggage cart, joining four others as they usher each other into the last car and the door slides shut, the video shows.

One shot is heard and the security officer, holding a gun, backs off the train with the dog still on the leash. He runs behind a structure on the train platform as a man appears at the passenger car door, fires three shots toward the fleeing man and dog, and disappears back inside.

The camera belongs to Virtual Railfan, which operates more than 50 cameras livestreaming train operations around the country for train buffs. Kathy Abbott, operations manager, said both Tucson police and Amtrak police have asked for any footage to be made available.

Virtual Railfan’s cameras do capture crime but “maybe not this dramatic,” Abbott said. “This was definitely an adrenaline rush.”

Tucson, home to the University of Arizona, is about 110 miles (180 kilometers) south of Phoenix.

WINDSOR, ONT. -- Windsor police say the Ambassador Bridge international border crossing between Canada and the U.S. was shut down for most of the day due to “possible explosives” in the area.

Police were called to the scene at the Canadian side of the crossing between Windsor, Ont., and Detroit, Mich. on Monday morning.

Police say they were alerted by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) after possible explosives were located inside a vehicle in the secondary inspection area.

“No threat was associated to this and this is believed to be an isolated incident,” says a Twitter post from police. “The safety and security of staff and the public is paramount; as such traffic has been re-routed.”

Police say the driver of the involved vehicle is being detained pending further investigation and is currently in the custody of the CBSA. No other persons are believed to be involved in this incident.

Officers say the area was evacuated and the bridge was shut down to incoming traffic from the U.S.

The Windsor Police Service Explosive Disposal Unit is investigating.

The Ambassador Bridge Company says U.S.-bound traffic “has always been open for travelers and will continue to be open for those wishing to cross into the United States.” There is access off of Wyandotte Street West only.

An alert from the CBSA is encouraging incoming travellers to consider alternate ports of entry to cross the border.

By around 7 p.m., Windsor police had cleared the scene. Further updates are expected Tuesday, police say.

Man kills several people in Norway in bow-and-arrow attacks, police say

OSLO, Oct 13 (Reuters) - A man armed with a bow and arrow killed several people and wounded a number of others in attacks in the Norwegian town of Kongsberg on Wednesday, local police said.

At least four people had been killed in the attacks, public broadcaster NRK and newspaper VG reported, citing unnamed sources.

"The man has been apprehended ... from the information we now have, this person carried out these actions alone," police chief Oeyvind Aas told reporters.

"Several people have been injured and several are dead," Aas said. He declined to comment on the precise number of casualties.

The attacks took place over "a large area" of Kongsberg, a municipality of about 28,000 people in southeastern Norway, 68 km (42 miles) from the capital, Oslo.

Following the attacks, the police directorate said it had ordered officers nationwide to carry firearms. Norwegian police are normally unarmed but officers have access to guns and rifles when needed.

"This is an extra precaution. The police have no indication so far that there is a change in the national threat level," the directorate said in a statement.

Aas said police would investigate whether the attack amounted to an act of terrorism,

Norway's minister of justice and public security, Monica Maeland, has received updates on the attacks and was closely monitoring the situation, the ministry said.

I live in Kongsberg, and actually was supposed to go for a walk in that specific location (same itinerary) yesterday around the same time but decided against fortunately. Around the time of the event saw alot of police cars, ambulances and helicopters which was unusual. As a side note, fortunately it was bows and arrows, if it was a gun attack, the most logical decision would have been to go toward a slightly different location (same distance) and head over to the main shopping center which was quite full at that time.
Life is pretty back to normal in here as of today.

Not stabbing or shooting bit I don’t know where to put this kind of news…

It‘s a tragedy; man killed their children and tried to kill himself.
children were 7-year-old twins, a boy and a girl, and a 4-year-old boy.
😢

To me it seems that this happens more and more often.

Just few months back, a woman beat her daughter who then died in hospital.
The child was taken from caring guardians/foster parents only to live with biological parents who didn’t take care of her.
Awful times..

These tragedies seem to be happening more and more often everywhere.

I am seeing a LOT of similar stories in Greek news too. Revelations about underage children being sexually abused by family members are weekly news. Recently, a mother from a Greek island repeatedly sold her 8 yo daughter for money...

There have also been 9 murders of females by their spouses/boyfriends in 2021 so far in Greece. A few of the perpetrators killed themselves afterward. A handsome, very rich pilot dramatically reported the death of his wife by burglars, and then it was revealed he killed her himself in front of their toddler daughter. A man shot his wife in broad daylight where she was working and then turn his gun to himself...

We are talking about a country where a similar murder would happen once every few years and it would be talked about for a very long time. But in 2021, 9 of these murders already took place. Everyone was in shock when the 3rd one happened, now everyone is numb, while the media try to explain the unexplainable (to them), calling it "Feminicide" and they blame the greek "macho" masculinity for everything. As if all these decades greek men were not macho. And they were even more so then than now.

I don't know if it was the extended lockdowns or the vaccination program. Since March 2020, the Greek citizens have suffered (and for the most part, accepted) some of the worst "pandemic" measures. And in the end, it seems, they allowed darkness to win in every aspect of Greek society.

Sir Iain Duncan Smith spoke to GB News about the incident, he said "The discourse outside of Parliament in politics has become quite threatening and angry."

"I think it's vitally important that we do whatever we can to stamp this out", said Former Conservative Party leader Sir Iain Duncan Smith comments after Sir David Amess MP was stabbed in Essex.

A man has been arrested after Conservative MP Sir David Amess was reportedly stabbed several times at a surgery in his Southend West constituency.

The 69-year-old was attacked on Friday at Belfairs Methodist Church in Leigh-on-Sea.

In a statement, Essex Police said officers arrived at the scene in Eastwood Road North shortly after 12.05pm and arrested a man.

A knife was also recovered from the area.

Aerial footage showed multiple police officers outside Belfairs Methodist Church and an air ambulance remained at the scene.

A large cordon extended down Eastwood Road, with members of the public gathering behind it, and multiple side streets were closed off.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Two U.S. Postal Service employees are dead after a shooting at a Memphis postal facility, authorities said.

The suspected shooter, who was also a USPS employee, died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, FBI Memphis spokesperson Lisa-Anne Culp said during a press briefing Tuesday.

The shooting occurred Tuesday afternoon at the East Lamar Carrier Annex, a location that does not have retail customers. Around 2:50 p.m. local time, the Memphis Police Department said it had secured the scene and there was no active threat.

Two U.S. Postal Service employees are dead after a shooting at a Memphis postal facility, authorities said.

A witness told Memphis ABC affiliate WATN she saw people running away saying shots had been fired.

USPS is working with the FBI, Memphis Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives on the investigation, Postal Inspector Susan Link told reporters.

The USPS and FBI spokespeople did not share any additional information on the shooting, including the identifies of the victims or suspect.

"The Postal Service is saddened at the events that took place today in Memphis," the USPS said in a statement. "Our thoughts are with the family members, friends and coworkers of the individuals involved. The Postal Service will be providing resources to all employees at the East Lamar Carrier Annex in the coming days and weeks."

This is the second high-profile workplace shooting in the Memphis area in recent weeks. Last month, one person was killed and 14 others were injured in a shooting at a Kroger grocery store in Collierville. The suspected gunman, a third-party vendor for Kroger, died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, police said.

Didn't the sessions indicate that assassinations would be on the rise...🤔

The Home Secretary will face questions concerning what was known about a suspect held on suspicion of murdering MP Sir David Amess as police were granted extra time to question him.

Sir David, 69, who had been an MP since 1983, was meeting constituents at Belfairs Methodist Church in Leigh-on-Sea on Friday afternoon when he was stabbed multiple times in a frenzied attack.

The MP spoke to PR professional Richard Hillgrove to discuss the Children’s Parliament, an event where youngsters are matched with MPs, soon before the attack, the Sunday Times reported.

The newspaper reported Mr Hillgrove ended the Zoom call at 12.02pm, three minutes before the married father-of-five was stabbed.

A man arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder was later further detained under section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000 and is in custody at a London police station.

A warrant of further detention, which allows detectives to hold the man until October 22, was granted at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.

The name the police have for the suspect is Ali Harbi Ali.

The man is believed to be a British national with Somali heritage.

The investigation is said to be assuming there was an Islamist extremist motivation for the attack.

Hmm why is the reporter stuttering..🧐

The Met said officers are carrying out searches at two addresses in the London area and are not seeking anyone else over the death.

The force believes the man, who is in custody in Essex, acted alone but inquiries into the circumstances of the incident are continuing.
Government sources have told the BBC he is a British national who, from initial inquiries, appears to be of Somali heritage.
BBC security correspondent Frank Gardner reports Whitehall officials are saying the arrested man was not on a database of terror suspects.

One year after the beheading of Samuel Paty mentioned in the post above, the decapitated body of 77 y.o. woman has been found in Agde (Southern France):

Marseille – French authorities have found the decapitated body of a woman aged 77 at her home in a southern resort, police said on Thursday.

A police source, who asked not to be named, told AFP that the authorities were not at this point looking at terrorism as an explanation and the case has not been referred to national anti-terror prosecutors.

The body of the woman was found in the Mediterranean resort of Agde, in the Herault region of southern France, the police source said.

Police had visited her home after the woman's son raised concern he had not heard from her despite usually making daily calls. He was also connected to her home via video link and said he had seen a shadow on the ground.

According to another source, the victim's head was on a table next to the body. There was no sign of a break-in, the outside gate was closed, and the front door of the house unlocked.

There were no immediate further details and police did not at present favour one particular theory over what happened, police said.

Testosterone booze and outsiders mar the GSU homecoming.

Video / 0:21:51
GRAMBLING, La. (KNOE) - A fight broke out and, seconds later, the apparent sound of gunfire scattered a packed crowd attending homecoming at Grambling State University over the weekend.

The Oct. 17 shooting claimed one life and injured seven others, leaving one in critical condition. A witness, identifying himself as Cordarryl Albert, says he was recording when it happened. Albert catches part of a fight on video. Within seconds, successive sounds of ‘pop, pop, pop’ can be heard, coming from somewhere else it appears, just after the camera turns in another direction. Albert catches a chaotic scene on camera as the crowd reacts to the sound of over a dozen ‘pops’ before the video goes out. (The fight Albert was first recording does not appear to be related to the shooting.)

Grambling State officials and Louisiana State Police confirmed the mass shooting happened on campus around 1:30 a.m. Of the eight victims, only one was a student. That student suffered non-life-threatening injuries. During a news conference the following afternoon, state police said they had no suspects and the motive for the shooting was not clear. It’s also unclear how many shooters might have been involved and whether they were exchanging gunfire, shooting at unarmed people, or haphazardly shooting without regard to bystanders. As such, witnesses are asked to contact state police with any information they think might be relevant.

This is the second deadly shooting at GSU this week. The suspect in an Oct. 13 shooting is still wanted. That shooting left one dead and another injured and, of all three people involved, none was a student.

Louisiana State Police spokesperson Michael Reichhardt assured the public that both investigations are moving forward. The two shootings don’t appear to be connected but Reichhardt warned that investigations can take time so we may have immediate answers.

“Our investigators are doing everything they can. They’ve worked throughout the night and throughout the whole day to t
lk to witnesses to go over all the evidence that we have,” Reichhardt said. “There were several different law enforcement agencies here throughout the week, but just remember this does take time for us and it’s a process and a sequence of things that we have to do.”

President Gallot, who spent his childhood on campus, eyes safer school

After Sunday’s shooting, GSU President Rick Gallot addressed the media and lamented another life lost despite working with multiple law enforcement agencies across the northern half of the state to prevent it from happening.

“Our campus community worked tirelessly to ensure that our students and others were safe for homecoming activities,” Gallot said. “Yet, with all of our planning, all of our coordination ... the entire Grambling State University Police Department along with our [Lincoln Parish] sheriff, Stephen Williams, who’s here with us, all of our local parish, regional, and state law enforcement partners, we still find ourselves grieving the loss of life and injuries, just as too many communities in our country have experienced as well. Why would someone come to the campus of your old Grambling and commit an act of violence as we prepare to celebrate our 120th year?”

“Additional troopers were allocated to work day in and day out prior to the events,” LSP Major Cordell Williams said. “Having not just patrol but every section of Louisiana State Police, plainclothes, etc. were working diligently prior to ensure the safety of our students and our homecomers.”

Officials said the sheer number of people who were at Grambling to experience homecoming presented challenges in keeping the campus completely free from violence this week. They said GSU students come from 40 states and about three dozen foreign countries, so all kinds of people should be expected.

“Everybody in other states, other countries knows the history and knows of Grambling State University. So there are a lot of people here from all parts,” Reichardt said. “You should almost expect that type of people to come here, you know, and especially during homecoming week.”

“We had thousands of Grambling alumni or Gram Fam, as we like to say, who came here and got exactly what it was that they came here to do,” Gallot said. “And that was to see their friends and classmates, to tailgate, to attend the game without any, you know, problems whatsoever.”

Having been a fixture at the school for nearly his entire life, Gallot addressed the refrain that outsiders are to blame for violence at the school and touched on current and future plans to restrict outsider access to campus events when it makes sense.

“Now, I will tell you at times I’ve heard from students who say, ‘Prez, this is harassing, that the police want to see my ID to make sure I’m a student.’ We’re already doing those things and so we will continue to be vigilant with that. We’ve already set up roadblocks which restrict car traffic during the evenings, you know, curfews as necessary. We will, collectively, again along with our students and with our law enforcement partners, you know, we will find ways to continue to ensure our students’ safety.”

“Going forward, we will be engaging with our student leaders as these plans are being further developed. For the past several months we’ve already been working on our campus master plan project. Priority will be made to accelerate our public safety component ... Far too often it’s outsiders who have created these situations that have put life and limb in danger.”

Gallot agreed that action must be taken to keep armed outsiders who disregard the law away from campus and promised to do so, but he stood up for law-abiding visitors with good intentions.

“You know, I attended nursery school through college on this campus. This is not the first homecoming. I’ve attended 55, so I’ve been to a lot and I can tell you that having high school bands to come to march in our parade is an annual thing that we do without incident year after year,” he said. He talked about how people from all over the country and different parts of the world come to GSU for an education or to visit. “About outsiders, as you would say, being here, the difference now is outsiders who have a reckless disregard for the safety of others here on campus.”

Gallot said GSU is a good school with good students and alumni then expounded on the unique ways in which the school stands out.

“Let me be clear,” Gallot said. “We have thousands of visitors on our campus this past week who had a great time watching our victorious G-Men football team win our homecoming game. Thousands of tailgaters who came here celebrated homecoming and returned back to their homes safely. We had alumni here this week who work in the entertainment industry who served on a panel to discuss with our students how Grambling provided the foundation for their success. Visitors marvel at the nearly completed digital library which is the first of its kind in our state and of all HBCUs and visited our cyber security and cloud computing departments to see firsthand the state’s first and only programs in this emerging technology, but of course, that’s not why all of you have descended on our campus on a sunny Sunday afternoon.”

Louisiana State Police spokesperson Michael Reichhardt addressed information circulating online that bulletins we sent out regarding possible threats to GSU. At least one bulletin named a specific person who was suspected of having plans to carry out violence at GSU. He said he believed law enforcement contact was made with those individuals, “I’m not sure if they were arrested for anything, but I think they were detained and, of course, that’s part of the investigation.”

“State police has a vested interest in our partnerships with our presidents, with our colleges, with our universities and that’s throughout the state of Louisiana,” Major Williams said. “We want to ensure everyone’s safety.”

One of the first actions taken in response to this shooting is a curfew. For now, it is in effect until further notice. The school said on its website, “After consultation with student leaders, it was concluded that a curfew will be enforced from 9:30 p.m. through 6 a.m.” You can find further information here.

Oct. 22, 2021, 4:47 AM CEST / Updated Oct. 22, 2021, 5:30 AM CEST
Producer and actor Alec Baldwin fired a prop gun that killed a woman and injured a man on the set of the movie “Rust” in New Mexico on Thursday, Santa Fe County sheriff's office said.

The film's director of photography, Halyna Hutchins, 42, was killed, and Joel Souza, 48, was injured when Baldwin, 63, discharged a prop firearm, the sheriff's office said in a statement Thursday evening.

Souza was taken to the hospital by ambulance and was receiving emergency care, officials said.

"There was an accident today on the New Mexico set of Rust involving the misfire of a prop gun with blanks," a spokesperson for Baldwin said in a statement. "Production has been halted for the time being. The safety of our cast and crew remains our top priority."

A representative for Baldwin declined to comment further.

Hutchins' representative declined to comment. She was flown by helicopter to University of New Mexico Hospital where she was pronounced dead, the sheriff's office said.

No charges have been filed, the sheriff's office said, adding that the investigation is ongoing.

Bonanza Creek Ranch is often used for Western productions. Aerial video from NBC affiliate KOB of Albuquerque showed an old church that appeared to be blocked off.

The film centers on a 13-year-old boy who goes on the run with his estranged grandfather after he is sentenced to hang for the accidental killing of a rancher in the 1880s, according to the movie's logline.

How the deadly accident Thursday in New Mexico occurred was not entirely clear.

In 1993, "The Crow" actor Brandon Lee died in a filming accident after he was shot with a prop gun. The son of martial-arts film icon Bruce Lee was 28.

And from the desk of Variety and The Santa Fe New Mexican (Albuquerque New Mexico, in Santa Fe county).

Alec Baldwin fired a prop gun on a set in New Mexico on Thursday, causing the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and wounding director Joel Souza.

The incident occurred on the set of “Rust,” an independent feature that was filming at the Bonanza Creek Ranch, a popular production location south of Santa Fe.

Hutchins, 42, was transported by helicopter to University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque, where she died. Souza, 48, was taken by ambulance to Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center in Santa Fe, where he is undergoing treatment for his injuries, according to the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s office.

The Sheriff’s office said in a statement that Hutchins and Souza “were shot when a prop firearm was discharged by Alec Baldwin, 68, producer and actor.” The Santa Fe New Mexican reported that Baldwin was questioned by investigators, and was in tears.

Baldwin is a co-producer on the film and plays infamous outlaw Rust, whose 13-year-old grandson is convicted of an accidental murder. Ackles plays a U.S. Marshal and Fimmel plays a bounty hunter who are on the pair’s tail as Rust tries to break his grandson out of prison. An unexpected bond forms between the outlaw and his estranged grandson as they go on the run.

CAA Media Finance and Highland Film Group were launching sales on the film at last year’s Cannes virtual film market, with Baldwin producing through his El Dorado Pictures banner alongside Anjul Nigam and executive producer Matthew Helderman. Baldwin and Nigam produced Souza’s previous feature, 2019’s “Crown Vic.” Anna Granucci is also producing with Elizabeth L. Barbatelli as an executive producer.

New Mexico is a busy film location, and the Bonanza Creek Ranch has hosted productions including “Hostiles,” “Cowboys & Aliens,” “3:10 to Yuma,” “Appaloosa” and “Longmire.”

No one was arrested in the incident, and no charges have been filed, the office said. Detectives were interviewing witnesses, and the incident remains under an “open and active” investigation, according to the Sheriff’s office.

Baldwin’s reps did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Hutchins’ death was confirmed by the Sheriff’s office and by the International Cinematographers Guild, Local 600.

“We received the devastating news this evening, that one of our members, Halyna Hutchins, the Director of Photography on a production called ‘Rust’ in New Mexico died from injuries sustained on the set,” said John Lindley, the president of the guild, and Rebecca Rhine, the executive director, in a statement. “The details are unclear at this moment, but we are working to learn more, and we support a full investigation into this tragic event. This is a terrible loss, and we mourn the passing of a member of our Guild’s family.”

The Sheriff’s office received a 911 call reporting the incident at 1:50 p.m. Mountain Time.

“The Santa Fe County sheriff’s office confirms that two individuals were shot during filming of a scene on the set of the movie western ‘Rust’,” the office said in its initial statement. “According to investigators it appears that the scene being filmed involved the use of a prop firearm when it was discharged. Detectives are investigating how and what type of projectile was discharged.”

Hutchins graduated from the American Film Institute in 2015, and had worked on several short films before shooting “Archenemy,” a 2020 feature starring Joe Manganiello. She was named a “rising star” by American Cinematographer in 2019.

“She’s a wonderful, positive, creative person that was so excited to be breaking through and making movies,” said Michael Pessah, a cinematographer who was a friend of Hutchins’. “She was really on the upswing.”

Souza is writing and directing the Western, which also stars Frances Fisher, Jensen Ackles, Brady Noon and Travis Fimmel. Albuquerque station KOB4’s news helicopter photographed the incident, showing an old church set blocked off, and reported that set security confirmed it is on lockdown.

This story is trending everywhere right now and all reports talk of the death/injury being an accident. It's really weird though.

Why would the actor turn a gun (even a prop gun) towards the cinematographer and the director of the film?

And if he shot once and saw that he actually injured the person, why would he fire again?

These are early reports though, perhaps later ones will clear things up.

If it was a live round it could've easily passed through the first victim into the second but why have a live round in a prop gun? He could've been pointing the gun at the director and cinematographer while rehearsing a scene and fired twice at close range with blanks. Blanks can kill at close range.

Could be sloppy handling on Baldwin's part too. Ever been paint-balling? Many participants have no idea when it comes to safety!

Very weird

An update on SOTT:

Affidavits in published/leaked court documents state that the Asst. Director unknowingly gave Baldwin a loaded gun. That same Asst. Director, Dave Halls, worked on the sequel to The Crow (the first movie of which, in 1993, which was the last time someone was killed on set because of a loaded gun) - Bruce Lee's son, Brandon Lee.

Real-world drama is stranger than fictional drama!
