Probably so. Although I personally have a hard time understanding what kind of “tech“ could in some instances, even through great distances, see or even “read the minds“ of an observer and SEEMINGLY interact with what the observer sees or thinks. Which seems to be what some UFO type things can do. For example, sometimes there might be more then one observer looking and/or thinking about the UFO at quite some distance and at totally different locations. Yet the UFO seemingly can interact with the various observers at the same time. Also, sometimes an observer might be very well hidden from the UFO, yet the UFO still seems to be able to interact with the observer. If a more or less ordinary drone can do that, one might assume that it can somehow detect human eyes looking at it at greater distances. Maybe that is how? Or it interacts with a cellphone that is recording what the observer says and its location? Or, more fancy, the UFO or drone can interact with the consciousness of the observer?
One thing to consider: Since there is such a buzz right now about the drone thing it is likely that quite a number of people start to see “drones“ everywhere when they look outside, especially at night, even though in some if not many cases what they see might just be ordinary planes, helicopters, satellites etc. In other words: The buzz probably further muddies the waters.
Yes, as in Crooks' case, we know 3D tech is capable of delivering mind control signals via drones.
Remember, there is also an EM 'grid' (an application of UFT) above the planet used by the 3D/4D Consortium to do nefarious things. We are in the middle of an EM playground. I think the secret government has a 'GPS' for consciousness!

It might even be a type of an EM frequency 'fence' in a sort of a feedback loop connection to consciousness, affecting it to resonate on certain frequencies and being powered by it resonating on those same frequencies.
Kind of FRV forced oscillations or vibrations mechanism.

This one is an orb sighting in Georgia. Video posted on the 17th Dec. At first it looks like a star behind some branches but the poster claims there were no branches. It also morphs a fair bit before disappearing.

Also, since it's all drones, the person can rest assured that they can tell it openly and without danger.
A drone is still a UFO (unidentified flying object), but saying that you've seen a UFO is crazy, but seeing a drone is fine.
Yeah, it seems likely that what we're seeing here is the 'mainstreaming' and acceptability of 'strange lights in the sky'.
