Melatonin

After many years of working at night, for the past few months I have found myself only working in the afternoons until 9:30 p.m. So my sleeping hours have become more normal, I finally sleep at night.
For the past few weeks I have again found myself regularly waking up completely drenched shortly after falling asleep, as had happened to me when increasing the dose as explained in my old post.
It is true that in the meantime I changed the brand of melatonin, but I rather think that my body no longer needs the usual dose since my sleep cycle has changed.
So I had to reduce the dose from 5mg to 1.5mg to get everything back to normal.
 
I'm sure (tart) cherries are not unknown here for their melatonin content. One would have to explore if the supplemental dosages are comparable or worthwhile, though.
