Needing clarity of practical exercise in the WORK. :)

Is the only real practical work self observation and everything else piggy-backs off that improving?
Self-remembering gets more pronounced with when self observation reaches a certain point of success and progress?
External consideration becomes a gift once (again) self observation peels back our false self's, and slowly we grow a real "i"?
We can only let go of internal consideration once we have progressed very much further in the process of none-identifying?

Is the focus for someone who's starting the journey (My 3rd attempt, but I'm starting from scratch) solely self observation and creating separation at the start?

Many thanks in advance :)

My help to you is to give you more questions.

What is the central objective of third density?

Can this goal be forced or is it something natural?

Can anyone know if the objective has been met?

And then live and be yourself, It will be easy or will cost "work".

I hope it helps you.

Scholars who have read hundreds of books will likely help you with many more things.

Thanks for your reply Wandering Star.

The objective of 3rd Density? To become conscious beings?

Can the goal be forced? It has to be according to the "work".

Hi melatonin. Perhaps it might be of interest to start with the recommended readings. I added at the end a very important thread.

A very warm :welcome: to the forum!

You might also want to read through the Diet and Health and EE-Breathing Program threads as well as the Recommended books: List and Guide. You also might be interested in the Knowledge and Being video made by Laura. It serves as an introduction to some of the concepts discussed here on the forum.

Finally, there is so much information on this forum that before beginning a new thread or asking a question on a subject, it is recommended to use either the quick search function at the top of the page or the more advanced search function on the menu function.

Please note that on each section of the forum, you will see a sticky topic at the beginning of the list of topics. This sticky topic called "Important threads - Name of the section of the forum" contains all the important threads that should be read by all members.

For members interested in delving deeper into the material, check our Comprehensive Guide for the Serious Readerand download the Casswiki pdf. It is a very useful resource that can be used when you encounter concepts/terminology that you may not be familiar with.

We look forward to your participation.

Self-observation is one of the first steps of the Work on ourselves, but there is a lot more that builds on it. Once you become aware of your programs and blockages (eg. mental limiting beliefs, emotional charges and wounds, bad habits) you can then start on changing, letting go of and healing all these things that hold us back.

Self-remembering (being as present as possible during the day, instead of checking out and dissociating) is also a central part of the Work and kind of builds on self-observation.
