You may not want to do it due to not wanting to support Amazon, but you could have a link or links of some kind to Amazon where for every item bought from clicking the link you get a monetary kickback. The example I'm thinking of is from cryptogon.com http://cryptogon.com/?page_id=2377 I've seem him have income of $700 from Amazon alone in a month. Considering how many people buy books here, doing it might be worthwhile.

I love how Scottie's blog starts every entry by saying "so, you have <insert huge issue here>" or "so, you want to accomplish <insert impossible task here>" and always follows it up with "well that's extremely easy!" and then without fail, he provides a very simple and direct solution that anyone can follow. Way to take the headache out of these things, Scottie! They should've hired you to write the Windows Help, maybe it wouldn't be so useless then!

The Windows help is probably constructed that way in order to feed the lizzies; there is no other plausible explanation to the depths of meaninglessness with which it is infested that I am able to discern. :)

So, they should hire Scottie to rewrite *nix help, and the
universe may be balanced... two fingers pinched together,
legs crossed in a pretzel, in meditation on a mountain, saying
